One hilarious thing to come out of chapter 431 of MHA is the sheer amount of plot material for other bakugo ships.

Like I've already seen about 5 new fics in the todobaku community of todoroki swooping in to win bakugo's heart after finding out izuku rejected him.

Bakugo got rejected and now everyone is competing on who gets to win his heart and give him the love he deserves lmao they were all WAITING.

My sympathies to the bakudeku shippers cos wtf Izuku, but also thank you Izuku, for freeing bakugou from ya'lls years long situationship so other people can finally have a chance.

Sorry to bakudeku shippers but todobaku, shinbaku and kiribaku stay winning lolz.

I’m obsessed with the idea that Katsuki didn’t get any taller after high school like-

I’ve read so many fics where he gets big and gains all this muscle but let’s think logistics rq; he would want to maintain a lean figure for his aerials and everything he does in the air so it would make sense for him to keep some muscle but he probably wouldn’t bulk up like Shoto, Kirishima, Deku (had he kept his quirk), or many of his other classmates.

The height thing is purely self indulgent HOWEVER — it would make sense that since a persons body and personality are built/adapted to their quirk that he wouldn’t get much taller. Again, it would go with the logistics of his quirk and yada yada yada—

This has just been at the forefront of my mind so I had to share it with my fellow Short!BK truthers😌

Todobaku has so much potential post-canon when I think about it.

I remember when chapter 431 came out, people were behind the idea of Shouto being a rebound for Katsuki to get over Izuku or take revenge on him, but to be honest, I prefer something deeper than that. There's just something about Katsuki thinking that there will be no one else for him but Izuku, only for Shouto to unexpectedly worm his way into his heart and give him a second chance in love. Shouto would be like the Kimmy to his Michael. The Autumn to his Tom.

And Shouto would be so good for Katsuki because his straightforward and compassionate nature would enable him to handle Katsuki's personality, just like during their time in UA. I think Shouto would also challenge him, not only as the No. 2 Pro Hero, but also as someone who realized that there may be more to life than wanting to become a hero. Finally, let's not forget that Shouto likes to eat while Katsuki likes to cook. If Hori ever wrote a spin-off in the future, I'd be happy if it was about them.

Shouto being incredibly protective of Bakugou means like, everything to me. While Bakugou is all like “back off that’s my man”, Shouto would actually kill someone if they tried to hurt Bakugou. Like point blank.

So in the recent fan book, shoto was talking about how much his friends helped him in his journey. then they SPECIFICALLY asked him about his friendship with Katsuki. This is his answer:

PAUSE!! does this mean they live together?like roommates? Or are they neighbors? Because if he's lazy to take that lamp out, it means shoto lives so close to him that to get rid of the lamp he just gave it to him (as a prank😭) instead of carrying it outside.... hori what are you implying here TELL ME. Also we all know Katsuki isn't lazy. shoto listen he just wanted to have your attention, this is how tsundere ppl move🤧

But if they don't live close together it makes it even better because Katsuki's tsundere self just wanted to go to shoto's place and have an excuse for it😭

Also this is just so close to all the hcs where shoto accidentally reveal their relationship in an interview 😭

now imagine if Katsuki bring that broken lamp to make fun of shoto and laugh but then shoto sweetly smiles and says "I'll cherish anything from my friends". Katsuki after 1 minute of silence:" WHAT? THROW IT AWAY" his smirk faltering while blushing so hard
