More Stardew Valley Headcannons

• Sebastian tried to pierce his nose, but the needle he used wasn't big enough so no jewelry would go through.

• Sam gets caffeine headaches if he doesn't drink his daily Joja Cola (he would rather die than drink coffee.)

• Abigail’s spice tolerance is scary good. Like girl could eat a ghost pepper and go on about her day like nothing happened.

• Harvey has the music taste of a 70-year-old woman. He especially loves doo-wop and music from the 50s/early 60s.

• Jodi did beauty pageants up until her 20s. She won a few times but she was often the second runner-up. This made her pretty self-conscious. She ended up getting a couple of cosmetic surgeries.

• Sam and Abigail never hang out without Sebastian. They don't have much in common and it just results in awkward silence.

• Haley has a whole Pinterest board of clothes she's gonna make Emily sew for her since they don't have easy access to clothing stores.

• Vincent pretty much exclusively wears hand-me-downs from Sam. He also lets Jas borrow his clothes to play in so she doesn't get hers dirty. The kids walk around town in clothes in outdated styles and with characters, they don't even recognize.

• To Sebastian, Sam, and Abigail playing Guitar Hero or Garage Band = Band practice

Some Sam Stardew Valley thoughts:

-when he's sleeping by himself as a bachelor he's a total starfish. Sleeps in either his boxers or the clothes he wore the day before. Sometimes wakes up hanging halfway off the bed. Sleeps like a log, you can set a ships horn off next to him and he won't wake up. If he's out, he's out, and you won't wake him up until he decides he's awake.

-its when the farmer starts visiting him in the morning with gifts, and he's still got his ass half-hanging out of bed, boxers sometimes only half covering his ass, that he starts clearing his act up a little. He doesn't want to embarrass himself in front of the person he likes, even if he hasn't quite realised that last part yet.

-during the dating phase Sam 100% considers taking a nap together to be a valid date and so that offer will be open to his partner.

-when he gets married his sleeping habits change a smidge. He still moves around a lot in his sleep, but now he's clingy. He's got to be touching his spouse in one way or another; back to back, face buried in their chest or vice versa, spooning- doesn't matter. He's got to be clinging onto his spouse somehow. He gets a bit restless if you're away for whatever reason.

-if he has kids, though? And they have a nightmare and want to sleep with their parents? They take priority. He will keep them wrapped up in his arms, kissing the top of their little heads and singing them little lullabies. And whilst I won't say that he's going to kick his spouse off the bed and onto the floor, it won't be surprising if he does. It's not intentional, and he will apologise. Also, permanently takes to wearing a pair of pyjama bottoms just in case, so that his kids never have to see him either bare-assed or just in his underwear.

-also he is the utter KING at handling his kids having fears of monsters under the bed or in the closet. Takes a torch and scopes the area out, gets one of the kids toys and instructs them that they're on monster duty, marks up an air freshener with stickers and calls it monster spray to deter them. It's genuinely good entertainment watching him go around his kids room scaring off the "monsters", he'll always make his kids feel better.

Alex seems like the kinda guy to do the whole looksmaxxing thing. You would think he's ignoring you but in reality he didn't respond because he's mewing.

Sam’s hairstyle is something I think about a lot. I feel like I've been interpreting his hairstyle too literally if that makes sense. I always picture him having spiky anime hair but I feel like that's part of the art style. I think his hair would be closer to Billy Idol’s style.

Stardew Valley Headcanons - Sam, Sebastian, and Abigail

They take the bus to Zuzu City at least once a month to go to concerts.

Sam is the tallest at 5’11, Sebastian is 5’8, and Abigail is 5’3.

Sam is always jokingly calling himself short to make the others feel even shorter.

Over time their music tastes have started to merge, so now they all like the same music.

They used to sneak into the Community Center to smoke 🍃 before it got fixed up.

(This is more of a Kent headcanon but oh well…) Kent used to be punk until he got married and settled down but he still properly educated Sam on punk culture/music.

Sebastian hates everyone, except for Sam and Abigail, for no reason (especially Hayley and Alex.)

They give each other bad stick-and-poke tattoos when they get bored.

Sam’s hair always smell so yummy and fruity because of his hair gel.

Speaking of fruity, Jodi is worried that there might be more than friendly feelings between Sam and Sebastian (that's just their odd humor.)
