In the future there is no tomorrow.

By the year 30XX the concept of privacy is laughable as every citizen of the United States has become an unwilling agent of the surveillance state. Now the only place the government does not have eyes is the human mind, but that is changing.

Dr. Humphey Brumford has crafted a neuro chip that once inserted will catalogue every thought in the individual's mind. While most of the citizens have grown apathetic enough to not care about this development there still exists a small portion of the population who want to hold onto their mind.

In the midst of this chaos government officials have proposed The Silent Surveillance Act, which would force the government into mandating every citizen to get the chip.

Those in support of this act have used recent examples of youth terrorism to push support, making the public fear the unfiltered thoughts of unruly children.

One October night after the most recent episode of "Who's Still Awake" hosted by the former Chinese spy turned to media darling; Orion Chao this advertisement appeared on the screen.

Many claimed that the seemingly still image had slight movements to it. There wasn't much of an initial reaction until one woman in East Philadelphia had taken the life of her three children. Once detained she explained that after witnessing the advertisement she began to hear a voice that told her that her children were terrorists and that if she didn't kill them, they would go on to take the life of the current President.

Once word began to spread of this incident other reports came in of similar events, of people claiming to have heard a voice after seeing the advertisement which drove them to take the lives of their children. Some speculated that the advertisement was used to cover up the parents' homicidal intent, but the chaos only continued to spread.

Everything would culminate in a school shooting, that normally wouldn't cause shock amongst the American populace but there was something about this one that struck the heart of the nation.

Ezekiel Broom, a controversial psycho-philosopher, speculated that the "Invisible psychic connection" that he believed every American shared was being manipulated by those behind The Silent Surveillance Act to drive support for their movement. However, by this point the act had enough support and on December 12, 30XX the act was put into place and the process began to insert the chip into every American.

There was minimal resistance as for some unexplainable reason those who opposed receiving the chip instead took their own lives which shocked many especially since many of those who took their own lives were members of The Disconnected Brotherhood. The Brotherhood had been known to oppose any government enforcement even if it contradicted previously held beliefs. Instead, members either agreed to receiving the chip or instead they decided to "leave the country" by ending their lives.

In less time than it took to get the Act signed into law every American became connected to the network.

Now the government has eyes behind eyes and in a sense every American is connected to one another. Other countries grew interested in this project and proposed their own variants of this act with some believing that once their homelands had this level of connection they could connect to other countries and finally achieve world peace.

But that's for another time, another tomorrow.

Winter

Winter is kicking into high gear. Now I gotta throw on a bunch of layers whenever I want snacks.

Now yes, I could buy a bunch of snacks and store them around but if those snacks are within grasp I *will* eat them all.

DanDaDan is a series that feels like it was made for someone like me, something I would like to see be made. So not only am I happy that it exists in the first place, but that people are loving it. Inspires me as an artist to go with my more out their concepts. Usually, I do JoJo edits but have recently decided to branch out and make edits for different series. Hope you all enjoy.

Yesterday I was bored and decided to make a JoJolion wallpaper. It soon snowballed into a more elaborate design that I kept tweaking until I got this result. Don't know which JoJo character I should make an edit for next. Any suggestions?
