ok, so here's my concept for a new constructed eternal format
start with any one card, we'll call it the Seed
other cards need to match either a Color or a Type of the Seed
I'm also playing with the idea of allowing duplicate and triplicate based on certain conditions: like if the card matches both a Color and a Type of the Seed, you can have two; further,if it's Common, you can have three
allow any Basic lands desired
I'd more likely use a points system like Canadian Highlander rather than a ban list
leaning more toward 100 cards than 60
