✶ EXPLAINING THE VOID STATE.
the void state is basically a state of deep consciousness where you feel empty but in a powerful, limitless kind of way. like, imagine your mind being a blank canvas—completely detached from the outside world, just being there in pure stillness. no thoughts, no distractions, just you chilling in this black, endless abyss of potential. it’s where people say you can manifest literally anything because there’s nothing holding you back.
⭒ ˚ ₊ ⋆ WELL, EMMA, THAT SOUNDS FANTASTIC! HOW DO I GET THERE?
people usually do meditations, affirmations, or breathwork to hit the void state. the key is to relax, focus inward, and let go of all the noise. you’re basically tuning out of this reality and into your inner space.
SET THE MOOD. get comfy. lie down or sit in a cozy position where your body can relax without distractions. dim the lights, grab a blanket, and maybe play soft, ambient sounds (or just embrace the silence).
RELAX YOUR BODY. start with deep breathing. inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 4 (repeat a few times). then do a mental body scan—relax your toes, then your legs, then your chest, etc. until you feel like a puddle of calm.
QUIET THE MIND. focus on nothingness. easier said than done, i know, i know, but try to let go of any thoughts that pop up. some people imagine a black void or empty space to help. if thoughts creep in, don’t fight them—just let them pass and gently refocus.
AFFIRM YOUR INTENT. use affirmations to remind yourself you’re entering the void. whisper (or think) things like.....
"i am in the void.” “i am pure awareness.” “i am limitless.”
say them until you feel it.
DETACH AND SURRENDER. here’s the key—don’t force it. just let yourself be. the void isn’t about trying hard; it’s about releasing everything. trust that you’re exactly where you need to be, even if it doesn’t feel dramatic.
SIGNS YOU'RE IN THE VOID. you feel detached from your body or surroundings. there’s a deep stillness or “nothingness” sensation. you’re hyper-aware, but everything feels quiet.
MANIFESTING...OR CHILL. once you’re there, you can affirm what you want, visualise your desires, or just bask in the calm. this is YOUR moment to do whatever you like.
⭒ ˚ ₊ ⋆ IS IT REQUIRED FOR MY SHIFTING JOURNEY?
the void state is cool and all, but let me be clear—you do NOT need it to manifest, shift, or achieve your dreams. belief, consistency, and confidence in yourself are just as powerful. the void is like an optional bonus round; sure, it’s great if you get there, but it’s not the be-all and end-all. you already hold the power to change your reality through your thoughts and intentions alone. so don’t stress if the void feels elusive—your belief in yourself is enough. always has been, always will be.

✰THE “I AM” STATE: do you understand? ✰
let’s clear things up!! a revamped logical, explanation to the void state
a lot of you are “failing” to induce pure consciousness because you don’t understand.
If you feel like you need a routine to shift/tap into the “I AM state”, you don’t properly understand what it is
If you feel like you need a good “mental diet”, you don’t properly understand what it is.
If any doubt has creeped into your mind about the void/“I AM” state, you definitely don’t properly understand what it is.
If you feel like you need a method, you don’t property understand what it is.
If you feel as if you MUST stay still, you don’t properly understand what it is.
And if you compare your story to others, you don’t properly understand what it is.
The void state is a deep mental space where you let go of thoughts, emotions, and any sense of “you” as a person, almost like floating in a blank, quiet space. In this state, your brain shifts to slower frequencies, like theta waves, which are linked to creativity and openness in the subconscious. With the conscious mind quiet, your subconscious is more receptive, so any intentions you set can bypass mental barriers like doubt and self-limiting beliefs. People often reach this state through meditation or deep relaxation, opening a space where you can set intentions that stick. This isn’t magic—it’s a psychological and neurological process that aligns your subconscious with what you want to achieve, making you more likely to act in ways that bring those desires into reality.
So you see, it’s literally just a state where all your intentions can come into fruition without the barriers of the 3d. It’s not some magical thing where your soul lifts to some higher places and a genie grants all your wishes. It’s just pure consciousness.
So you don’t need a routine for something effortless. You don’t need to have a “good void concept” or a “good mental diet” to do a basic ability. You don’t need an elaborate ten step method to induce pure consciousness. You don’t need to be a productive manifestor who has a routine where you repeat the same affirmations till your brain goes numb, where you listen to the same subliminals over and over and over. It’s not something you need to do. Not for something as easy as breathing, not for something that is in your fucking brain. You can have the worst day with the worst thoughts and still induce pure consciousness. Because it’s not something you need to mentally prepare for, it was never and is never that deep. Doubting that just shows you don’t truly understand what you’re dealing with.
Having doubts means you don’t truly understand. why? because it’s not something you get to doubt. It’s not some belief that can be speculated against, some superstition that can be proven wrong or some conspiracy theory that can be debunked. It’s a basic ability, it’s law, something that is law cannot fail, no matter how much you want to convince yourself, it’s just not possible for it to fail. Why wouldn’t you doubt that humans have the ability to breathe, because it’s not that deep, it’s not something that you speculate on or something you get suspicious of, because its nothing, just like the void.
There are people who fell asleep in an apartment and woke up in a penthouse, there are people who went to bed with nothing in their wallet and woke up a billionaire. There are people who went to sleep hating their family, the way they look, where they live and woke up with all of that changed. And why? because they induced a state where their intentions can come to life with out any limitations.
You can do it, and i’m not saying that to be sappy and motivational, im saying that because it’s a fact that it’s a basic thing that you can do.
It’s just pure consciousness, nothing too serious 🤭💋

Before I say this, just remember:
○ you DON'T NEED anything to shift. this is just what motivates me.
○ You especially DON'T NEED to be in any specific mood.
★ my current reality's bedroom is just my dr bedroom. when im laying in my cr room, I'm actually just in my dr bedroom.

★ Writing a list of my beliefs and non beliefs. my beliefs & non beliefs are basically saying what I believe in and what i don't believe in. for example:
BELIEFS:
I can breathe
I can walk
I'm a master shifter
I dont like roller coasters
I have fairly good grades
Shifting comes easily to me, it's nothing difficult
NON BELIEFS:
- I don't believe in Santa Claus
- I don't believe in the tooth fairy
- I don't believe anything can hold me back when shifting
- I don't believe in the Easter bunny
- I don't believe that I'm not pure consciousness.

★ Making a visualization guide. personally for me, I can't visualize on my own, so having reference pictures really helps me, and visualization personally helps me shift a lot, but to each their own of course. its just simple things like just my looks, my room, my school and other stuff.

STOP WITH THE NEEDINESS ❦
wanna shift? let me put you out of your misery
This is the only method you need to induce pure consciousness/ tap into the “I AM”/ tap into the void:
relax, deep breathing
affirm “I AM”
relax some more
detach, get lost in the darkness of your closed eyes
you’re done, you’ve shifted
there are no if ands or buts, there’s no “i was so close”, “it just doesn’t work for me”. this method cannot fail, there is no such thing, at all, it’s you who focuses too much on the symptoms, it’s you gets upset when “nothing happens” before rolling over to go to sleep just to endure another day in your shitty reality. it’s you who fails to see your own potential and it’s only you who can change that
this is the basic method that works for anyone with a conscious and subconscious mind,
it’s not anyone’s fault that you’ve decided to overcomplicate it
that’s the basic fucking template you don’t need shit but yourself
stop with the neediness it’s getting kinda pathetic
You dont need to follow some stupid 10k affirmation challenge
You don’t need to follow any challenges lasting weeks
You don’t need subliminals or waves or a guided meditation
You don’t need to ask bloggers the same shit and vent about how you “just can’t do it”
You don’t need to lucid dream
You don’t need any of this
again the basic template is only difficult to you because of the over-complication of it all
Let me give you an example: Imagine you’re a baker and there’s this iconic legendary baker who has this incredible, world famous cake, they give the world a recipe to it and it’s quite simple. how can such a simple recipe impress the taste buds of so many? it doesn’t matter about the how or why, it just does. But so many bakers around the world, including you, are scared of not impressing their customers so they add all this other shit to the recipe that was perfectly fine. And it just makes everything so complicated, all because they don’t trust that the original recipe will be able to impress and satisfy their customers.
That basic recipe is the “method” that Neville gave to us, he didn’t have tumblr, he didn’t have youtube to binge fucking yoga nidra meditation videos. He didn’t have a phone to inhale subliminal after subliminal like it’s a full time job. He didn’t have bloggers shoving 10k challenges down his throat, and guess what, he was just fine! Stop overcomplicating the recipe, all you need is the mind. You don’t need a fucking routine, all you need is you
But I know there are some people who will look at this, scroll past and still scan their feed, scrambling for an “instant method” like some junky. And to that i say, go ahead, waste your days overcomplicating the act of shifting consciousness, waste your days overconsuming, doomscrolling, complaining. The law and the art of shifting was always real and will continue to be real while you sit there with absolutely nothing, so go ahead. Rack your brain to the point of a headache, to the point of insanity trying to understand what’s right infront of you, you’re only doing yourself harm.

OH MY GOD THIS SUB IS SO GOOD
Shifting Self Hypnosis
I've took some time off lately and decided to work on more subliminals (have quiet a few ready) but I decided to try something new first!
This Subliminal is different. It is a self hypnosis tape, focused entirely on hypnotising your mind into believing you have already shifted.
But, dear witch, how is that any different from other subliminals?
By using "You are" affirmations and statements, this Subliminal is designed to override the doubt and suspicions that riddle your mind whenever you try to affirm. A lot of people report not believing in their Affirmations whenever they use "I Am", and that is mainly due to a lack of trust in their own voices, so by switching to "You Are" affirmations, you trick your brain into thinking someone else (with more authority) is calling the shots, and that could be beneficial for people who are just starting off.
At the end of the day, nothing is as powerful as your "I Am". But if you experience doubt, fear, suspicion, and apprehension, starting off with this self hypnosis tape could give you the results you need to trust yourself more.
