Every opportunity you ever wish is on the other side of fear and you need to take risk, adapt change and go through unfamiliar road to achieve it.

Change. Unfamiliarity. Opportunity. Risk : All four brings fear

Change isn’t a favored by well settled human to come out of his/her comfort zone to explore the unknown and unf opportunities for risk of losing comfort.

We are afraid to act on uncertain opportunity and prefer the security of proven static routines, comfort zones and regular known financial support.

We stay with what we know,rather than risking for something that is uncertain and unknown.

Change will bring opportunities, growth and developments in our material,financial, intellectual and spiritual sphere of world.

Instead of to conquering fear we should tame it like fire. It can burn anything if not used wisely but can do best things that are in our best interest. We must learn how to act in spite of fear, with calculated risk for opportunity.Instead of fear halt us or stop us, we can use it as fuel to propel forward and achieve what no one else has.

In life, fear is your worst enemy and risk is your best friend.

Sharing my thoughts on "Integrity a way of life" at Syndicate Bank mumbai on the occasion of vigilance week on 31 Oct. I was happy to know that syndicate bank is first in india to adopt Core Banking Solution for banking. While sharing my thoughts I expressed that Every country and Organisation is made great by its greatest asset its people. The trust of people is utmost. Entire organisation stands on trust. Personal Integrity of employee or citizens builds trust of the organization.Organisational, professional and social integrity starts from personal integrity of individuals. Every day vigilance to maintain the integrity of ethics and morality is the way forward. We should expose the corrupt practices and protect the good samaritans.
