I keep forgetting I have an autoimmune disease then it's like "Oh yeah no, you actually have another vitamin deficiency and your body is going to constantly ache for like a month straight" and then I remember 🫠

A healthy reminder to all Healthcare workers that even though our fields are understaffed, do not let yourself feel undervalued. Get that promotion, get that raise. Don't do anything more then is expected of you without getting shown appreciation!!!
