Anyways ME AND @ljgarts MADE A DATE EVERYTHING OC (and sonas.)

This is Regie, our version of the MC in the game. Regie is also known as ‘the vessel.’

Regie is the vessel for two separate souls—Audmin (or August) and Cobalt. They either share the vessel or one takes over depending on who they’re speaking to.

These two are Audmin and Cobalt—Or Auggie and Co for short.

Auggie was created by LJ and I created Co, but she did a lot of brainstorming for both designs and color schemes (like the animal motif/masks). Think of them like ghosts—most people can’t see either of them on their own or even know there’s two people there, they’re known only by their vessel Regie for the most part.

Certain ROs can see Auggie and Co from the get-go (ShadowLord, Nightmare, basically anything with an outside influence) but for the most part it’s only Regie—until the RO reaches a relationship status with them. The RO will then see both souls, either one of them translucent and one fully visible (the fully visible soul is the one who romanced the RO,) or in the case of sharing interest both will be fully visible.

On the other side of things, Co and Auggie can see and interact with their ROs without the dateviators if they’re outside of the vessel. For example, Auggie has woken up to cat eyes watching her and Co sleep on their bedside dresser—this is because Co is in a relationship with Timothy!

Both work the same with Friendship or Hate relationships.

This entire concept was made by us rambling in a discord call while I screen shared the game. LJ didn’t buy the game so I offered we share a save file and alternated every other object, which turned into us joking about sharing the mc’s body and quickly lead to this. Feel free to ask questions or share ideas!
