oh fuck we were really close. Huh. i mean i suppose everyone will have their own views so if being rq was too much then our short lived romance was going NOWHERE for real. concerned anon from pervyvamp's blog again - whether or not you think it's a bad thing, it objectively is. it is objectively harmful, because you two (assuming you're both minors) can't consent to this kinda behavior. it's also objectively not healthy to date your brother, ESPECIALLY at such a young age.

and the reason why interacting with "MAP"s online is a bad thing is because of the kids, and their lack of ability to consent. it *isn't* like saying boys and girls can't be friends, because in that scenario i would assume both parties were adults, or at least both teenagers.

the thing with a lot "MAP"s in the rq community (pro-c's specifically) is that, while they're not all offending, they do think kids can consent, ergo, they would be okay with victimizing one of you guys.

no matter what, being on tumblr, in those kinds of communities, having audiences, and talking openly about your relationship to your brother is going to attract bad attention, and you're gonna be harmed, and i don't want that to happen. i'm not concern trolling, i really *do* mean well, but it's sorta going in one ear and out the other and i don't know what else to do.

i think weve already both established to you that we.. generally are very aware of the risks of being online at all? considering that weve both been groomed online before (myself numerous times, not sure about her) and are MORE than willing to take a break or even just leave if things go south for us and our mental health. im also going to mention that just around a month ago i was ACTIVELY inviting and even searching for maps to interact with romantically lol. i dont anymore and am going to turn down any offers from ANYONE, map or not, of any sort of "contact" because were. a closed relationship and im not interested in having any more partners or even oneoff flings.

also were. like almost the same age. completely ignoring the fact that were related i want you to be aware of that because i think it kind of completely shuts down your whole "you cant consent :(" point because. believe it or not minors can be in relationships before theyre 18!! especially with others in their age group!!! like thats a NORMAL part of life for teenagers? we dont just magically gain freedom and a license to date (and fuck but mainly date here) when we turn 18 and trying to imply that we somehow do or that we SHOULD is frankly WEIRD AND GENUINELY OPPRESSIVE AS FUCK. minors are people too. we have our own thoughts and feelings just as much as any adult does. i wont listen to you about shit regarding maps but you should really stop trying to argue about OUR OWN RELATIONSHIP just because were both. yknow. kids. because KIDS DATE EACH OTHER AND ITS A NORMAL THING WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT

i dont really know why you expect me to listen when you dont listen to me either. i tried to at least vaguely go over roughly everything you said even as just a general statement/paragraph rather than focusing specifically on every little part. in the end, we both are more than aware of what we are doing, weve BEEN on the internet (and in rq spaces) for years now and kids arent just, stupid? i really do think youre completely ignoring anything we say in favour of your own bias just because were not adults and thats extremely weird. you can think were naive and DoNt ReAlLy GeT iT or whatever the fuck but if you do, honestly keep it to yourself at this point because its annoying. and i know ignoring wellmeaning people just because theyre annoying is bad or whatever but you just say the same things that weve heard before and can disregard because while i cant speak for anyone else on the internet, weve been here a long time, we know what we are doing. we are more than capable of just leaving if anyone tries making us uncomfortable or feel bad or anything else.
