I went through therapy last year and it literally changed and saved my life. I “graduated” in about 7 months, which my therapist said was fast. 7 months is fast. I also took and still take meds. You will move at a different pace than someone else. Be patient. And do the homework.

Therapists aren’t people who you “pay to pretend to care about you”, therapists are people you pay to teach you how to care for yourself
