cw: 100.2lbs
about yesterday and the day before I’ve binged eat and gained three pounds- I was freaking out so badly. I woke up and weighed myself and went back to 100lbs??? idk how but I’m not complaining lol.
anyways woke up at 11 am 🎀 which means I skipped breakfast yay, I then fast until 3. 🎀 only had a chicken caesar salad today but didn’t know the exact cals ( ̄^ ̄) 🎀 now fasting again, i need to start working out but im extremely lazyyyy so im motivating myself by looking at thinspo lmao 🎀

🎀 during the school year it was so simply easy to under-eat all the time without suspicion 🎀 now during smmr it is extremely difficult to do so, for an example; my friends want to hang out quite a lot which I adore- however when we hangout it contains fast junk food 🎀 earlier in June I was “recovered” and didn’t matter how many calories I’ve consumed, but now I went back and restricted it’s extremely hard w/o gaining suspicion 🎀 if anybody has tips PLEASE LMK!!! 🙏

🎀 woke up so earlyyyy like around eight, which I hate so much because now I’m stuck awake being hungry 🎀 either way I managed bypassing the starvation and went swimming and walking 🎀 today I only had triple zero yogurt (140 cals) and seven strawberries (27 cals) around 1pm! 🎀 working out again later today 🎀 cw: 45kg -101.6lbs
