Thinking about renting a cheap cabin in the mountains and raising chickens while growing my own garden and spending time writing and becoming a small town's recluse and only coming into town to buy food for my animals, get new library books, and give baked goods to the locals who don't actually know my real name but it's okay because I'm not bothering anyone I'm just existing. BTW, the belief that you have to leave where you are and go somewhere in order to connect with nature is part of the problem. You can literally connect with nature anywhere; yes, even in an urban environment. You have birds, bugs, plants, weather, seasons, etc. A lot of people need to stop thinking of nature as something out there and start recognizing that it's something that's already right here.
