i literally love when people realize positive reinforcement works like yes its so silly isnt it. but it literally works humans love juice reward too

Taking away the sticker charts thing they do to little kids when ur "old enough" is a terrible idea because they are taking away positive reinforcement in favor of "maturity", but such a concept is very subjective and sometimes prioritizing looking more "mature" can damage you.

What I'm saying is that if ur workers aren't very productive u should do stuff like sticker charts for accomplishments or just generally doing a good job and u will see tons of positive changes from that, u will see them being more productive because getting a little sticker next to ur name on the chart will give you so much dopamine that it makes you wanna work more!
