who in lc is the most probable to be the Dom? and who would be the Sub?

I personally have mixed thoughts on this lol but I am curious to know if you had any of your own on this topic

I don't really. I know its a fanfic staple as much as a kink one now but I find it too limiting and binary. And kinda boring.

I'm more interested in what a character's approach to sex says about them, and while yeah, "who tops" can be useful shorthand, I think it's a bit oversimplified.

Since I'm usually writing them as fumbling and inexperienced, there are moments like...Jinx initially being mortified she's going to hurt Lux and ruin everything, but then realizing from Lux's reactions that she can approach this like she was tinkering with her machines and the moment pleasuring Lux becomes a logic puzzle Jinx gets excited and into it big time.

Lux being repressed as hell and having built-in romantic expectations from the courtly culture of Demacia only to find those enforced boundaries completely unraveling as she and Jinx explore each other, and becoming a passionate little monster who can't get enough of her new lover (she's so damn touch starved, Lux is a born hugger in a kingdom of big empty marble castles and people in layers of elaborate armor, the whole culture screams "do not touch").

Jinx being almost uncharacteristically attentive and sweet and also a little imp who likes to play and gets creative not only with what she'll do to Lux but with her, ah, wonderful toys. Lux finding creative uses for her Light magic not just to turn Jinx on and get her off but to soothe and comfort her in aftercare.

Jinx loving pushing Lux over the edge and watching her let go, usually in a literally dazzling way, and Lux loving giving Jinx the space to be heartbreakingly vulnerable, cherished and loved. Lux being loud and Jinx being quiet.

There's so much more to explore there beyond arbitrary bedroom roles.

yesss, ezko is so good, though I'm biased and I would love to see more ezreal love too, like I know riot isn’t doing him any favors with lux rn but platonic ezlux would be one of those things that I would love to see explored, I just hold onto valoran town by now 😔

platonic Ezlux or Ez moving on from his crush would be good for his character too, IMO, because the crush doesn't do his characterization any favors. It just kinda gets played for laughs and he's the butt of the joke? But it's a 15+ year old joke by now.

There's so much more he could be doing with his character concept and lore, and there's actually so much more he HAS done if you go back and read all his old lore entries, there's a whole solo adventure world tour he's on that would be fun to see pop up again as a concept. And getting to see him interact with other characters...Kai'Sa, Taliyah spring to mind, Ekko, for sure! But we don't even get to see him interact with any other PnZ characters and there's so much potential for shenanigans with him meeting fellow home town gang the likes of Jayce or Cait and Vi or the list goes on...irregardless of Arcane continuity.

Oh me too. Ezko is a peak ship and the Pulsefire short story is awesome, and their dynamic is adorable.

Ez would annoy Ekko so much lmao but in a 'damnit I love this guy' way that would also be so fricking cute.

Never met a Lightcannon fan who doesn't love Ekko and want good things for him. The only debate is whether "good things" = Zeri, Ezreal, or both 😏🤭

After Jinx and Lux announce they're dating, how do you think Vi and Garen would react? And do you think they would get along as the older siblings?

I know a few commenters on my fics wanted them to fight and beat each other up for some reason, but I couldn't really see it.

Garen is a big old Demacian stick in the mud and Vi would likely never stop giving him shit because she's still a roughhousing Zaunite to her bones. But Garen's also very earnest and loves his sister deeply despite all their differences, and that would resonate with Vi, how could it not?

They're one tavern bender and exchange of drunken horror stories about all the adorable/hilarious/terrifying shit their little sisters did over the years away from being best friends and comrades for life.

Garen is a better Loris, is what I'm saying.

what’s the perspective of demacians towards garen and lux?

Average Demacian I imagine is in awe of the Crownguards.

Garen is basically the hero of Demacia, he's the front man and poster boy for the valor, bravery and sacrifice of the Dauntless Vanguard, the bulwark that stands to stem the tide of Demacia's enemies, the front line of battle defending the glory and peace of the Kingdom!

The "Before Glory" cinematic from Legends of Runeterra pretty much exemplifies this:

Demacian culture very much lionizes people like Garen and Fiora as brave heroes defending the kingdom and I don't doubt that's how the vast bulk of Demacia sees them (except your Sylas supporters ofc 😅)

Lux is likely beloved in a slightly different way. Garen is the brave warrior hero on the front line but Lux (as of current lore) is well known in Demacia for her brightness and optimism and her tireless charity work with the Illuminators as well as being the 'golden girl' of the Crownguard family.

Think of her as a bit of a Princess Diana figure, a "people's princess" (I know she's not literal royalty but the Crownguards are definitely close enough) who'd rather be out among the common people of Demacia listening to their stories than she would be attending a fancy ball.

It's Lux's youth, kindness and approachable nature that sets her apart from the rest of Demacian nobility IMO, though that's venturing into h/c territory. She's just one girl and Demacia is huge so it's unlikely many people know her other than reputation just for being part of such a powerful family, but that'd be her reputation.

Once she's outed as a mage, I imagine that gets very interesting very quickly for her. Famous golden girl of the super powerful noble family disappears during the Mage Rebellion and then shows up as governor/protector of an impoverished refugee Mage settlement? Living openly as a Mage? You can even see her clothes in Mageseeker are patched and worn out and she's sleeping in the roofless ruins of a half collapsed library, she's not exactly living a cushy life there, but she's also clearly adored by the populace of Terbisia.

What the average Demacian thinks of THAT would be anyone's guess.
