The Gulfstream G650 is faster then others
The company Gulfstream Aerospace announced that G650, which was recently certified by the FAA, got higher performance than previously stated. Improvements affect the range of the aircraft at high speed and the necessary take-off distance at the maximum weight that will help operators greater flexibility in long-distance flights.
So, now range G650 at cruise speed of Mach 0.90 is 6000 nautical miles (11112 km), which is 1000 miles (1852 km) compared to the original range 5000 nautical miles (9260 km). This allows you to associate without landing pairs of cities such as Tokyo and New York, New York and Dubai, Shanghai and London, as well as Moscow and Los Angeles faster than any other business jet.

The G650 can travel 6000 miles in less than 12:00. According to Presa Henne, Senior Vice President of direction programs, develop and test Gulfstream, increased speed allows you to overcome this distance on 40 minutes faster than the G550. And in a situation when every minute counts, 40-minute savings are quite substantial. Thus, improved landing hakakteristiki aircraft. Optimal take-off runway length at maximum takeoff weight the G650 99600 pounds (45179 kg) fell to 5858 feet (1786 m) from the original at 6000 feet (1829 m). This improvement allows G650 use shorter runways. "G650 enhancement do and so the best aircraft in its class, even better," said Larry Flynn, President of Gulfstream Aerospace. "Operators take a clear advantage from these improvements-they will be able to fly further, faster and with short runways. If the business jets "time machines", the G650 has become the best choice for business travel.
G650 received FAA type certification September 7, 2012 year. Delivery of the planes is scheduled to begin before the end of the year.

The first group of pilots G650 already trained
The flagship Gulfstream Aerospace for nearly two weeks is in official status. And the approval of the aeronautical authorities of the G650 gave the opportunity to the company FlightSafety International start retraining civil pilots on this type of aircraft.
Just three days after receiving the certificate, September 10, 2012 year company FlightSafety adopted at its training centre in Savannah first group of 16 pilots reported the AIN. They will be within 3.5 weeks to undergo basic training at the G650. To organize the educational process Centre has at its disposal two integrated Flight Simulator approved by FAA, four graphical Flight Simulator, as well as a staff of 14 pilots-instructors. One of these simulators is also certified by EASA and the rest should get it before the end of this year.

FlightSafety is currently building another two G650 Simulator and plans to put them into operation in year 2014. Throughout the past year, the company trained on simulators G650 factory pilots Gulfstream but on graphic simulators conducted trainings on maintenance of these business jets. graphic simulators G650 ( graphical flight simulators (GFS)) have intermediate FAA approval FlightSafety level C and therefore they can be used for training factory pilots.
"Thanks to our close work with Gulfstream, we were able to demonstrate to the FAA that the trainer works the same way as aircraft, although the aircraft at that time did not have a type certificate," notes David Davenport, Vice President and General Manager of FlightSafety Center in Savannah. Currently on level D certification of these simulators is considered by the FAA.
Recently it became known that the G650 will most likely be the founder of a new family of aircraft, Gulfstream Aerospace. As reported by Aviation Week, Gulfstream has recently filed a patent Committee an application for registration of a series of signs of new programmes from G180 to G890. And according to the newspaper, the next representative of the new family (most likely, it will be a shortened version of the G650) has already been worked out by the constructors and will be presented to the public next year.
In Russia its willingness to serve the G650 has already declared the company Jet Aviation Vnukovo airport.
