hey there, where can we submit our poetry? :)
Helloo, you can submit your poetry by clicking this link to the form, which also contains most of the info! I'll pin the post to this blog as well, just to make it easier to find.
Thank you so much for your question

Would people be more interested in submitting their poems if submissions were just open and optionally anonymous? No need to apply or anything

It often feels like my poetry won't amount to anything, that I write and write and write and nothing ever leaves the pages. This is why I thought of this zine. Even if there's only five people that want to submit their poem, even if there's only one, even if there's just me.
To finish a project like this is not for recognition, it is to feel proud of something you made after you put so much time into it.

Zine Announcement Autumn 2023
This project, currently under the working title Queer Poetry Zine aims to compile poems and artworks relating to Autumn in the broadest sense. As it is commonly associated with Spooky Season, this will include Halloween.
Entries may address queer identity and experiences, or not at all, you remain who you are even without a direct implication. This online zine wants to achieve a collection of poems as well as illustrations by queer artists. Participating artists are encouraged to engage in decisions about the final form of the zine, as it is a shared project.
If you are interested, or have any questions, feel free to find the ask box under Questions here.
(Edit: Submissions will open on September 1st)
