Cosmic giant!Q and Picard tho. Because if an otherworldly giant being would 'play' with Picard or even the entire Enterprise at first there would be fear to a bit of panic until the realization hits 'oh thats just Q. He must be really bored and/or lonely right now.'

And even Picards protest of not being Qs pet/doll/toy that he can just pick up whenever he wants and that he demands Q put him down/put him and his ship back do not hold a single nuance of fear and only annoyance (which Q takes as encouragement).
