#workoutoftheweek this will be a 2 part post. 16 exercises. Set your clock for 4 minute sets with 1 minute repetition rounds in each set. Complete 4 exercises i.e. 1-4, 5-8, 9-12, 13-16, per set. Each exercise lasts 1 minute long. Focus on proper form with each repetition. This is an every minute on minute workout. It is designed to get the most out of you in a short amount of time. 3 rounds completed will only cost you 48 minutes of workout time. Work your way up if you need to do so. Exercises are as follows: 1.) squat to overhead press, 2.) med ball rotational slams, 3.) push-ups, 4.) inch-worms, 5.) lateral bear crawl, 6.) plank saws, 7.) straight leg bicycles, 8.) seated scissor kicks, 9. Lateral bounds, 10.) t- push-ups, 11.) squat jumps, 12.) 17's, 13.) jumping lunges, 14.) mountain climbers, 15.) crab reachers, 16.) burpees. #pursuitfit365 #fitness #workoutoftheweek #tagafriend record, tag and post yourself doing this great workout.
