I’ve been having a good time reading all of the stories of people who share my sentiment about geese. I thought I would include a last little detail about this that I find funny, my family has always used the nickname Goose for me. I don’t know why or when it started but for as long as I can remember I have been called Goose. Anyways, the validation has been appreciated and I hope everyone who reads this has a good (geese free if you fear them) day!

I saw someone fearing mortality on here and thought of my just as serious fear, geese. They are big scary birds that somehow hiss and I will not get over it. People think I’m silly but I thought you might take it more seriously.

When I was about 8 we went with the school for horse riding lessons at a local farm. The farm had geese. The geese had very strict ideas about where the kids were allowed to be and they would herd us into corners by hissing at us and jabbing at us with necks and biting with beaks.

This may seem silly, but are there any photos out there of frogs in costumes? Of times people have put real actual frogs into hats or capes or suchlike? My Google-fu is failing me and just giving me endless images of people in frog costumes interrupted occasionally by dogs, cats, parrots and babies in frog costumes.
