Spring has sprung! The birds are singing, flowers are blooming, and the world feels much more vibrant than before. From all of us here at the Sakurami City Police Department, we highly encourage all of you to visit the Sakurami Central Park to partake in the annual hanami festival to see the wonderful cherry blossoms that give our lovely city its namesake in full bloom.

Oh, and for those with hay fever, don't forget to wear face masks and bring allergy medication. The cherry blossoms may not spread pollen, but the cedars and cypresses sure do!

Longshot in the dark here, but there's something that's been bugging me ever since you came to this country.

You came to Japan to assassinate a religious leader, but you failed and are now into hiding. Additionally, there's a temple by the outskirts of Sakurami where the main figurehead is claimed to be clairvoyant. As of now, that figurehead is still alive and well.

So, instead of either fleeing the country or trying to take out another religious leader, you choose to stay and pester me and my family. Why? What's your endgame?

What do you think about Uryuu Minene ?

Well, before I met Minene, I thought she'd be difficult. Most likely the most difficult criminal we'd have to face.

With worldwide infamy and a penchant for evading police capture in various countries, a lot of my men down at the station thought she was the toughest son of a gun we'd meet. I don't blame them too. Even I got doubts if we'd be able to properly protect the cardinal.

Thankfully, we intercepted assassination attempt from being successful and neither the Father nor any other civilians were harmed. But...

It came at the cost of one of our own... Even now, Natsuko's loss is felt by many of us in the department. It wasn't easy dealing with the loss, especially since her absence left a deep void in our workplace. She easily lit up any room she entered and made friends as effortlessly as she smiled. I'll never forget that smile... It was the same smile that greeted me when she was first deployed here at Sakurami and the one she wore proudly alongside her badge. May her loved ones find solace in her passing and may she rest in peace...

Back to the topic, after dealing with the aftermath of Minene's failed attempt, we thought we wouldn't see her rear her ugly head for a long while. We upped security just in case and even set up police checkpoints near the roads towards the Cult of Justice. We thought she'd skipped town and hightail it out of the country, but, turns out, we were wrong.

After setting up this blog, I began to receive anonymous hate messages. At first, I thought they were from internet trolls trying to get a rise out of me, but, upon further investigation, and some hunches, we figured out it was Minene who was sending them. And, by God, they were an eye-opener.

Who would've thought that the infamous Minene Uryuu, the most feared anti-religious terrorist the world had seen, would end up being the most immature person I'd ever met when she lost. I swear, even Yoi didn't pitch a fit like her.

Anyway, after that, I started to track down her movements to see if she made a blog and, surprisingly- or unsurprisingly at this point -she messaged me in private which allowed me to finally find her blog.

All-in-all, my thoughts of Minene range from rage for the murder of Natsuko, to desolation from the loss, and to comedy at the weird twist of fate of recent events. This will definitely be the most interesting case file in the archive room, that's for sure.
