Long time no see everyone~ Due to various reasons I'm not going to get into right now, Puppit Productions has been a bit on standby this past year, but I'm hoping to make a comeback. For now, enjoy Rudolph the Bionic Reindeer: Found this 3-legged darling in the discount bin and thought I'd give him a kick-ass mobility aid.

Weekly Photo 44/2023
Eddie wishes you and everyone who likes to celebrate it a wonderful Halloween (he's old and has no idea what day it is, bear with him). May your day be full of comfort, fun of your choice and the treats you like.
Eddie is the Grandpappi of the Pumpkin Family, always wearing his slippers wherever he goes, his loyal cane and some glasses to read the best stories are his main accessoires.
He's the picture of a friendly Grandpa, always an open ear for his family, good advices and stories to tell.
... don't tell Juniper she's actually older than Eddie.

In the full version of the meme'd comic, the dog eventually gets moving. Take your rest, but try to help better times arrive sooner when you can, in whatever way you can.

Been feeling a bit like that dog from the "this is fine" meme for the last couple years. I hope times will get a little less interesting soon.

Quick update on the red wolf head: hinged jaw now fully operational, next up is final detailing of the nose, ears, and fur.
I hope to find a way to obscure the little neck piece visible through the mouth some more: unfortunately I couldn't move the hinge further back or the jaw wouldn't be able to open to its current maximum range.
Luckily it's only bothersome when viewing the head directly from the front with the jaw open at maximum (last picture is halfway open), tilt it a little and it gets hidden by the snout or cheeks (second-to-last picture).

Level 1 Akuma Sculpture!
I made this rather quick sculpture (took me about a week... we don't talk about the fact I do stress art, do we?) for an art contest. I don't think i will win a thing but the theme "villain" got me motivated to sculpt something.
I didn't want to submit the Earl therefore I went with something new and... yeah... of course it's D.Gray-man themed
Progress pics under the cut!

Wip - Earl
Installing magnets... this gave me a headache in several ways.
First my attempt failed hard. I needed to remove the complete progress again and then I .. underestimated how much dust would be produced while using the dremel and I grilled our heating system.
Well that's the current status at least as the dust most likely gathered around the filtre and we will see if we can clean it... it's great that I protected myself with a mask but next time (there WON'T be another head guess I will not touch the Dremel ever again) I will do that outdoor .-.
Dad was super sweet and said he don't want to scold me as I was just not aware, he explained everything like he would the same as when i was small.. I am thankful he's so understanding and I know he might be angry and all but he isn't showing towards me. This is a lesson I have learned now.
Please check if the craft room you are in has a good ventilation system/if there are any devices that could suck in the dust/you could damage then OTL
#NOT made by me#Poupees de cirque#Respiratory protection#Is so important and easy to forget when you think you'll “just tinker for a bit”...#Love the head so far!
