part one: gameplay mods

better social bunny - this mod adds the ability to randomly post, less computer generated sounding posts and 1200+ new messages!

bed cuddles - oldie but a goldie, a cute cuddling interaction between couples in bed.

health redux - this mod adds infections, doctors, prescriptions and even health related deaths (this is togglable)

cooking club afterschool - this mod adds another career for teens, the cookery club! especially helpful for those challenges where you need cooking skills!

realistic childbirth - adds more ways for your sim to give birth, rather than a rabbit hole birth!

more personality please - this mod is now updated for GT, giving all family members new interactions, responses and better autonomy.

realistic pregnancy overhaul - this mod adds ultrasounds, healthy/unhealthy pregnancies, and much more!

all woohoo is risky - want a realistic pregnancy chance? well, this mod is for you. all woohoo is TFB!

the mood pack - adds more moods to sims, depending on the strength and the events going on around them!

traumatic divorce for kids - children in ts4 don't care when their parents get divorced (unrealistic much?) this mod adds buffs to them depending how close they are to their parents!

meaningful stories - in the sims, your sim randomly goes from one emotion to the other. this mod adds a nice transition between each emotion and an actual good amount of time to feel each buff!

part two: bug fixes/overhauls

fear of dead-end job - this mod fixes those times when your sim randomly hates their job for no reason, thank you.

no dissapearing family tree - in ts4, the family tree often deletes family members after a certain amount of generations, this mod makes them last on there forever!

faster homework - kids can now do homework in less time, which means more time for fun!

child drawing replacements - this mod adds updated and HQ kid drawings to the game! now you no longer have to lie to your kid and say their drawing looks good!

GT invite any family members - in GT, you can only invite family members you have a relationship with, but this mod allows you to invite ALL members, even if you do not know them.

show adoption buff - when adopting a child, you get no buff with them alluding to the adoption, this mod adds a cute little message reminding of the unconditional love

easier infants - when playing with a big family, it's hard to keep up with EVERY sim, so infants need a lot of attention. which is fine one on one, but this mod slows their needs down by 50%, making it easier for gameplay!

better science babies - when asking for science baby with spouse, they're always for it. but this doesn't make sense with some sims personalities, or relationship with the sim. this mod makes it more interactive and realistic!

unlocked family interactions - kids/toddlers/teens have locked interactions with family, this mod unlocks these so you can have more creative interactions with the family!

cas unlocks - this mod is a minor tweak, allowing access to all cas functions for infants.

control pets - allows you to have full control as a pet, helpful for gameplay and screenies!
