I’m pretty excited about this theme! On the main page, post thumbnails are displayed. Clicking each thumbnail brings up the full post in a popup (if the option is enabled, otherwise clicking the thumbnail will bring you to the permalink page of the post).

Notes:

This was made largely for photo-oriented blogs. In the thumbnail, only the first photo of a photoset will appear. If an image is very wide and short, it will appear distorted to fit the thumbnail. Text will be cut off if it overflows the thumbnail–think of them as previews.

I spent a lot of time fretting over this theme. It took me a day to code it and longer to plan. Therefore, please do not steal my coding. I will not change things for you either. It looks good as it is, so don’t ask.

As always, to have the manual load work, you must also have the infinite scroll option checked.

This theme was inspired by Cargo and a previous personal theme of iliyon’s

Dissing someone for a hairstyle or for a fashion choice, if done by a white person towards a black one is ‘racism’. If a black person calls out a white one for that, it’s 'defending black culture ’. It’s not. It’s racism. But they teach you racism is only against white people. It’s not. Racism is present everywhere towards all races. And part of eliminating that includes eliminating labels, like the 'common white girl’ one. Anyone can go to Starbucks, watch Netflix, wear UGGs and Victoria’s secret. So why wouldn’t it be the same for cornrows? Equality means all being the same. Same rights, same obligations. Racism is not allowing someone to do, wear or say something, or just generally treating people differently because of their skin color. I think we should all stand together and fight against that, instead of fighting each other ,ending up being racist ourselves. Yes, black lives matter. But the real trend that should be going around is ALL lives matter. All should be treated the same. So we should treat all the same. Because truly, beyond race, gender, sexuality, nationality and others, we are the same. 💕

hi im new to making gifs and was wondering what your text settings are/what colors you use for the outter stroke (the gray)? like your character settings as well. thank you so much!! and i love your blog so very much :))

hello! for outer stroke i pick a random grey every time that’s close to black i don’t have an exact color code. here are my character settings though!

also to another anon asking about reblogging - we look in the tmpedit tag and usually we look for gifs that are every frame and have nice coloring and font :)
