Another cool game that I think would be fun for anyone to try.
Witasy Express is a tabletop roleplaying game about exploring and experiencing wondrous sights while boarding a cruise-like train by journaling. Uses a standard 52 card deck. For 1+ players.
You are a normal office worker who had enough of work and decided to go on a long vacation until things got better. You went home after working the late night shift at the factory and were about to sleep but you couldn't.
So instead of going straight to bed, you decide to check the news. As soon as you turn on your television set you hear two newscasters talking excitedly about something called the "Witasy Express".
They talked about how they would travel across continents without any stops or delays because of the amazing technology used by the Witasy corporation.
You get a budget and go on a trip. How simple is that? And if you ran out of money you can get it by going on a job hunt on the bulletin board.
There's more feature coming too like battle, pet, companion and so much more for those who wanted a bit more than just exploration.
Keep this in your list of game to watch out for. Journaling at least.

Sharing this game out so that people can play it. So it's a solo or co-op tabletop roleplaying game about exploring and experiencing the microscopic world of Scopicity by journaling. It uses a standard 52-card deck. For 1+ players.
You play as a Scopicitiae Mode (an inhabitant of this world) or a World mode (where you act as a narrator that oversees the world).
These miniature worlds came from insignificant moments in the life of giant humans.
Scopicitiae, the microbes of this world had been born due to certain conditions, but it was impossible for them to know what those circumstances might turn into or how far their environment will change.
Join these sturdy little creatures as they live through the seasons of their lives, and you can experience what it’s like to be a part of the Scopicity, and become one with your environment.
It wasn’t just the inhabitants of Scopicity that you needed to keep an eye on in this game, but also the disaster-causing events that are lurking around every corner.
What kind of calamity could possibly cause such devastation among so many microscopic organisms?
Find out by playing!

It's a dark and stormy night; there's a murderer on the loose who has already claimed five victims. You are the sixth, hiding in the closet with your phone and a knife while the psychopath prowls around your house. Booster Prompt: You're cowering in the closet, your phone gripped tightly in your hand and a knife clutched in the other. The psychopath has already claimed five victims, and you're next if you don't find a way to escape. He's already searched the kitchen, basement, and attic, and is now slowly making his way towards the bedroom where you're hiding. Only one person knows you are here: the murderer. If you come out of the closet, it's certain death. If you stay here, it's certain death. You can't hide forever--he'll find you eventually. But if you come out now, maybe, just maybe, you can surprise him and survive. You opened the door and rushed out. "Hello there." the murderer says.

Character Prompt: Thunder Wolf, Leader of the Animal Spirits The Thunder Wolf is the leader of the Animal Spirits. He is a force to be reckoned with, and only the greatest hunters can face him without quaking in fear. But he is not all brawn, Thunder Wolf also has great wisdom. It was he who showed the First People how to survive in this harsh land so long ago. He controls thunder and lightning and can summon them down from the sky at will. He can turn the tide of any battle with just a single howl, but he's old now and doesn't get out much anymore. So he sits around his cave chilling, looking at his trophies and getting fat. Thunder Wolf resembles a golden giant wolf. He has keen senses and can smell an approaching threat from far away. He's a fair leader who respects all living creatures and wishes to protect the environment from destruction.

You're on your way to a job interview when you notice that something seems off. You've been running for nearly an hour, but it feels like you have only just left home. Also, you are pretty sure that you passed this very café like 15 minutes ago. Booster Prompt: You are standing on the street outside a cafe. You've been here several times before, and you know that your interview is due to start in ten minutes. You are suddenly hit by an incredibly strong sense of deja vu, and you find yourself experiencing a memory of the past: You are here, experiencing the same memory. This is a loop, and you will experience it again and again until you figure out how to break out! "Wait!" you think to yourself.

The first thing you remember is opening your eyes to a bright room. The second thing you remember is someone saying, "She's alive!" You must have fallen asleep in English class again, but this time something was different... Your mind is a complete blank -- you can't remember anything! All you know is your name, and you can barely remember that. How will you survive in a place where you don't know anything? Booster Prompt: You sit up and see a girl standing in front of you. "Are you okay?" she asks. "You just started shaking and screaming before passing out." This is really weird. You feel very dizzy right now, but you need to make some sense of this. "Do I... know you?" "I'm Jane. We've been in English class together since the sixth grade!" "The sixth grade?" You don't remember anything before right now. You nervously look around the classroom, searching for something that looks at all familiar. Everything appears strange and new. Even the students around you seem to be of a different nature than yourself. You never thought you could feel so alone surrounded by people.

You're a lonely girl with no friends, no social life, and no family. You go to school, you come home, you sleep, you go to school, you come home... That's it. Every. Single. Day. You go to your local coffee shop every once in a while to read or do homework but people usually avoid you. The baristas know you so they usually just up your coffee ratio or give you free refills. Booster Prompt: "A shame," you think, "I could use a friendly face every once in a while. Even if they were just minimum wage baristas". You get to the coffee shop at the usual time and order your usual: a small dark roast. You go to the pick-up counter and notice the barista is new. "That's okay," you think, "I'll just be nice and explain things." You go up to her and say "Hi, I'm the one who always gets the small dark roast. I noticed you're new, so I'll just explain what everything is." The barista gives you a confused look and says, "I'm sorry but I can't serve you."

You're an immortal. Not in the traditional sense, such as vampires being immortal. No, you're a human being who has been alive since the Stone Age. You've seen every major event in history. Except for one. World War II. It was the first war in history you were not there to witness. It's driving you crazy that you're missing this part of human history. The problem? Nobody remembers it. Booster Prompt: He looked at you as if you were crazy, and shouted, "Get out of here, bum!" You left, daunted. You had talked to dozens of people that day, and nobody even understood your question. World War II was supposed to be one of the most significant events in human history. How could it just disappear? "I'm trying to find something." The teenager seemed intrigued by this, and replied, "What are you looking for?" You took out a pen and paper and wrote World War II. The teenager stared at it for a moment, then said, "Why would anyone forget something like that?

One day, you're just a normal kid. The next day, you develop a strange disease that makes people think you're someone else. This might not be so bad, if only that someone else wasn't your little sister's imaginary friend. Booster Prompt: You sit on the curb, watching the other children play. They laugh and smile as they run around in the yard of the old Victorian house. The sky is a clear blue with a few puffy white clouds drifting by. A bright yellow sun beats down on you, warming your skin and filling your heart with joy. "Come on! You have to play!" You look down at the young girl tugging your shirtsleeve.

Character Prompt: The Great Daddy Long Legs The Great Daddy Long Legs is the ruler of the Arachnid Quarter. Rumors abound about this strange being. Some say he is a living god, possessed of many sorcerous powers rendering god instincts and keen insight. Others claim he is not a native to this world but is merely the leader of the outworlder spiders that dwell here. Then again, he might just be a huge human who can climb really well, pretending to be a spider. Either way, if you run afoul of his people, he'll certainly hear about it.

You find yourself standing alone in the center of a great hall. Two voices, one warm and comforting, the other cold and hateful, speak inside your head. They are arguing with each other, getting louder and louder, competing for your attention. You're facing two doors, the cold voice screams at you to open the left door, and the warm voice begs you to choose the right door. Booster Prompt: "Left, left, left, left! That's my boy! I'll give you warmth, love, and acceptance. All I need is your loyalty, and we can rule this world together!" The voice cackles. "What are you waiting for?! Open the left door, dammit! Don't you know what's good for you?" You hear the cold voice screaming at you. "Right, right, right! Do not listen to my adversary. Only I can provide you safety from his wrath. You and I will rule this world, and we will destroy the other. I promise you that." The warm voice says to you. #writing #prompt #writingprompt

Your father was the last of a dying breed, a True Gentleman. So of course he was a hitman for the mob. He taught you everything he knew, and soon it was your turn to take over his job. Booster Prompt: You live a pretty good life for the next few years until one day when you are out in public with your father, he witnesses you performing a "good deed".

The wolf knew he should have run away when he could. He didn't though. Instead, he fought. Some of the villagers laughed when they saw his puny attempts to scare off the approaching alpha. But they all stopped laughing when they saw how fast those teeth can tear through flesh, and just how relentless a beast with hate in its heart can be. Booster Prompt: 'I'll get you, Domid! I'll get you for this!' he shriek, as he felt his bones break from the force of the other Alpha's kicks and punches. The 'beatings' went on for a few minutes, before the other Alpha stopped, looked up at the moon, and howled. The Wolf whimpered softly and did the same. They were calling their pack. The Wolf knew there was no way he could take on an entire pack of wild wolves by himself.

Character Prompt: Captain Krozer, Captain's of Emporer's own guard
Captain of the Emperors's own bodyguard, Krozer has been "protecting" the Emperor for as long as most can remember. Her loyalty and dedication are without question, although there are rumors about her true sexuality.
The most bizarre of these is that she likes to dress up like a man when not on duty. There are also rumors of her having a sexual relationship with the Emperor, but this is unlikely due to the Emperor's dislike of women in general. If he did like women, there would undoubtedly be one in line for the job...

Prompt: A cold wind blows, carrying with it the promise of winter. You are a miner, one of several that work the mines in this small town. It's been nearly a year since the mine was opened, yet the miners are no closer to running it dry than they were when they first began. Still, work is hard to come by and life in this town is difficult as it is.
Booster Prompt:
You've been working all day down in the mines. Your fingers are sore from gripping the pick, your muscles aching from swinging your pick, and your skin covered in a fine layer of dirt and dust. You don't particularly like mining. It's a dirty, thankless job that can easily be fatal if you're not careful.
You awake to another long day in the mines. The sun has barely risen and you're supposed to meet your fellow miners at the mine entrance in an hour. Shoving your legs out from under the warm covers you sleep on, you stand and make your way to the closet.
