quick q if it's ok to ask- how do you take your prog? i have been taking orally but ik there's... other options... and wanted to know if the other options are actually better or nah (i figure you'd know at least vaguely better than most seeing as how you're a biologist and all lmao)

I do actually take it orally. I was given rectally as an option, but I decided that oral was simpler and just set out with that to see how it went. I've had no issues so far. In theory, if it's micronized progesterone, there should be no difference. In practice, I know there's studies that suggest rectal is better, but I'm genuinely unclear why, even as a biologist. For me, it's working just fine this way so I'd rather not add an extra complication to the mix. I will say I also take 200mg, where 100mg should be fine, so that might be contributing to things.
