With as wide spread as smallpox was there is probably not a small amount of Kindred with smallpox scars. In every clan. Yes, even the Toreador.
The question then becomes, ‘How masquerade breaking is it to walk around with smallpox scars?’
Smallpox was declared eradicated in 1980, so the time is coming when it will be strange, especially for those embraced in their youth. You might be able to pass a mild case off as acne scars, but the more severe cases, not so much.
The Tzimisce are about to be in high demand.
