My favorite ship tropes:

1) Devoted x devoted

- They love and care about each other so much. They're emotionally in tune with each other. They understand each other. So deeply in love like it's in their nature. They're like the moon and the sea. The flower and the bee. Best paired after fluff, trauma or drama. Also good when they can't get together too.

2) Down bad x God help me my partner is weird/acceptance

- I love seeing one partner fawn over the other. Being an absolute simp. I prefer when they're absolute stans and freaks. I love dissecting those who are down bad. Their thoughts are so beautiful that I can literally drown in laughter about how they'd like to be the lice in their partners head. The other is either pretending that they don't personally know the other or are just in acceptance with their partners shenanigans. So good when other people are in the mix. Other variations of this, on the same tier too, is;

> Down bad x down bad

> Freaky x freaky

> Down bad x sensible person

3) I love you :) x I'm deeply in love with you I'm drowning in you and I want to give everything to you

- They're both in love but one of them has these intense emotions or intense way of showing them. Super emotional and stuff. It's like so cute and AGH my heart. I can't explain it well, sorry.

4) I hate you (I love you) x I hate you (I love you)

This trope has been one of my faves since forever. Just that frustrated and hatred yet they feel this emotional connection and love between each other. My favorite subgenre of this is them subconsciously or is aware of this love for the other but they accept it or learn to accept it over time. Also good if they both are gradually aware of each other's feelings over time. It's either going to be a tragedy or an emotional ride and I just,,, AHHH

5) Interesting dynamic / funny dynamic

- Those with such intriguing dynamics are just beautiful to me. I literally cannot look away. Its kinda like some random drama I stubbled upon. I'd want to know MORE.

6) Relationships that can also be seen as platonic/queer platonic

- It's like if it doesn't really matter if its romantic. Its the feelings, experiences and connection within a relationship that truly matters. Like romance is not what fuels it. Romance is like an extra topping to something great. And if a character dynamic surpasses such mere labels, I think its beautiful
