"Settle for What You Have" challenge

Reminder: The idea behind this is to strongly pretend/repeat to yourself that you already have everything you've wished for. Your life is perfect just as it is.

Day 10

I'm absolutely satisfied with where I'm at, in my life. I'm an adult woman with a job that I love, that I also feel is my mission in this world, & I'm not afraid to speak up. I got rid of my insecurities & my main fears, & I learnt in exchange how to manage my body & my physical possibilities. I know my strengths & weaknesses well enough to use them to my advantage. I can deal with all sorts of people, it took me long to learn how to feel at ease in any situation & I'm really proud of myself. I achieved several goals & I'm continuously moving forward. I am stable & I'm a good person, one I appreciate & value on the first place. I can express all this, & I receive confirms & compliments, & I feel awesome, powerful & confident wherever I am.

Day 11

I'm satisfied & proud of my healthy body & general health conditions. I'm strong physically & emotionally. My body is still very resistant despite the struggles & trials. I rarely catch a cold or have a sore throat or the flu; in fact, I don't even remember when the last time was! Even if exposed to germs or viruses, I never get ill. I recover very quickly, too. My body is efficient so that I can concentrate on other important things in life. I love being so in shape, flexible, & resistant to fatigue even if I'm not a sporty person. My brain doesn't get tired easily either! I can sleep little but still do all my things all day long. I fall asleep with no difficulty when I can, so I can take a short nap when possible & feel great afterwards. I'm so proud of my body!

Day 12

I loved completing this challenge. It was easy & natural to carry it on through all the 30 days, dedicating some time to creating my reality & expressing gratitude for it. I loved how words & ideas came to me spontaneously, & the amount of improvement & blessing that I started receiving from the very first day. It feels like a door has opened in front of my eyes: the same door that stayed closed for such a long time that I even stopped considering, & if I thought about it, I had started to believe I could never open it. & now it is wide open, I see the light through it, I can touch the reality I dreamed of with my hands.

"Settle for What You Have" challenge.

Day 7

I love my social life. I have lots of friends to go out with, go on adventures, text, watch movies & eat. They are all very different but they all get along well on occasions. We laugh a lot together. We are kind & loyal to each other, & we're trustworthy. I learn from all of my friends, & they come ask me if they need help or advice. They are all amazing people, & I know they appreciate me. I know because we tell each other this kind of things: we are sincerely happy when we can give compliments, & exchange love in all forms, so much so that when we give criticism, it is well accepted too because it's never harsh or random. & I also love my acquaintances, people I get on well with, & I have many I can go out with for coffee, happy hour, lunch & we have a lovely & fun time.

Day 8

I love my mind & my soul. I am stable and determined, & I get what I want. In times of trouble I can keep my peace of mind & I quickly see the solution to the problem, that comes naturally to me. My soul is strong & my mind is clear. Even when I'm tired, I can usually manage to get back on a positive mindset pretty quickly. I can make myself noticed when I want it, & get compliments for my way of adapting to situations & people with grace & empathy. I am funny, interesting, engaging, & wise. I don't judge easily, & I listen eagerly to people's stories. Everybody I meet finds it easy to tell me about themselves, & they've often told me that I make everyone feel at ease. They come look for me, & I frequently receive signs of this appreciation. I am passionate & enthusiastic, & people find me attractive because I'm relaxed, welcoming & spontaneous. I don't care about size, gender, or style in those that around me: I'm interested in everyone & everything they give me.

Day 9

I love the grace & ease with which things arrive to me. I love the splendour & amazement of chance, coincidences, or Destiny. I love the unexpected gratifications, the surprising responses, the messages I get from the Universe through people. & I love the fact that I can count on this things with my eyes closed, because I know they come to me frequently, normally, easily. I love expressing a desire or a feeling, & having it fulfilled & welcomed in the most delightful way.

The perfect afternoon in Xmas Town, with unicorns, Santa Klaus, street lamps Narnia-like, & a Xmas village where I'd go live tomorrow 💙 wishing for more social life, & getting it 💙 getting xmas decorations for free! 💙 fall colours of nature 💙 being cold, but not too cold 💙 planning Thanksgiving + sharing a lovely night with old & new friends 💙 pijama day + Netflix + Hemingway 💙 feeling awfully sick, & being able to take one day off work to stay in 💙
