Magica delicia, restaurante "La Parada" en San Miguel primero un cebichito de robalo con cebolla, cuadritos de piña y mango cilantro y bañado en jugo de limón con elotitos alado. Y de segundo plato un pulpo a las brasas con una ensalada de arugula con tomates cherry y quinoa. No dejen de probarlo

Okeey... so today I prepared a bowl of quinoa with a cebiche on top. I prepared the quinoa just with some water, sea salt and to give it a special flavor when the water was boiling I added a Jamaica flower just for a few minutes. The cebiche is made with shrimps cooked in lime and it has cucumber, sweet potato in junks and some cured jalapeño in tiny pieces, at the end some avocado and parsley as topping. Hope you enjoy.

Today I went to a restaurant called “la bartola” in Av. Altavista 154, San Ángel Inn, Ciudad de México, CDMX. And let me tell you that the food was amazing I had a Grilled octopus with 2 sauces and an aguachile of shrimp all delicious, but the best was the guacamole with chapulines to make a few taquitos mmm deli & of course accompanied by a Stella Artois and a winged clamato.
