Inside the perspective of the car where the dashboard would be and seeing Ema in the front seat.

Ema: "Happy get out of jail day!"

Lana, getting in the car: "Yay. Good to see you without a glass divider."

Panel 3

Ema: "Where to first? Your favorite bookstore's still open. Or it's late enough, we could try this bar I like."

Lana: "What?"

Ema: "What?"

Lana: "Go to the bar? You can't drink."

Panel 5

Ema: "I'm 25. Did you forget?"

Panel 6

Lana: "Oh. I did."

Panel 7

Lana: "I did forget."

Panel 8

Ema: "Hey. You ok?"

Lana: "I'm fine."

Ema: "How about we head home?"

Lana: "...That sounds good."

The point of view has pulled back, so the reader sees Lana and Ema through the front windshield of the car. Lana has her eyes closed and her face in her hands. Ema puts a hand on Lana's shoulder to comfort her.

Tbh tumblr has become incredibly unfun for me but I’m still gonna upload art for archival reasons. I’m on bluesky with the same name.i may come back if i ever get a fandom hyperfix cus meeting the ace attorney community on here but that one’s getting pretty fleeting. But I imagine if i actually pick up and finish the games I might pop out a few more fan arts lol
