What if…Vega and Warden happen to find Caelum n FL n Gav, and they explained to each other what happened, they apologize and allat…and they team up? LISTEN-

Gavin sees Vega and stands in front of Cae + FL, ready to wreck the old man again. Warden stops him and explains everything. They are all surprised, and Vega feels hurt knowing he did what he did, but at the same time he didn’t. And he wouldn’t.

They talk things through and decide to team up 😼

Bonus scene:

Vega calls Caelum out to have a talk, poor boy’s terrified but gave him a chance, knowing this isn’t the Vega who had hurt him. Vega feels shattered and confused.

“Why would I hurt my brethren?”

“Why would I hurt an innocent empathy daemon?”

“I am made of sadism, but I would never.”

“I’m so sorry.”

“I don’t mean any malice, I just want to talk. I’m hurt and confused.”

He apologizes in confusion, knowing he would never do that, but future him did. He feels terrible, but Caelum understands and eventually forgive him. Maybe Vega can tell the boy about ancient stories too 🫶 like ur grandpa who tells u about his younger days

I have many, many thoughts on Vega.

At first I did hate him with a passion for his Caelum actions. However when he got his own series my feelings softened slightly towards him, then I started really liking Warden - therefore their feelings for Vega made me want to like him more.

Now I find him really interesting, in a character/lore sense. I love the Warden and Vega storyline because there’s so much pure emotion and care and complications, and it’s so fun to let the feelings run through my brain.

So now, yes I do hate the fact he hurt Caelum so much, but now I’m so excited to see how the Hush-Doc-Vega-Warden-Department storyline plays out.

Also your posts make me like him more because now I associate him with you.

Overall, he’s interesting. I like him. I like drawing him a lot.
