I understand if this is a lot to ask but are you going to continue making Penumbra art in the future? No pressure to do so but you've spoken about this before and I'd like to hear your thoughts, thank you! x

so, yeah in the grand scheme of things we have this conversation every week and i dont even just mean with the penumbra or the podcast sphere or anything, if anyone remembers my hsoc days u know this is years ive discussed and taken personally as a fan creator

but for penumbra specifically, yeah probably not. this is both from my own disappointment with this situation and for the fact that between school and work, im generally not posting as much art as i used to anyways.

im personally not going to take down any of my existing art as it happens to almost be everything i put my creative energy into the last couple years, bc yeah i still do love the show, its characters, and its narratives themselves! and its hard to divorce myself from that as someone who both loved and critiqued it all the same.

that said u might see me pop up again in the near future for @pocpenumbraweek and if you still want to appreciate some beautiful work, check out the talent featured on there!

#pocpenumbraweek is a weeklong artist collaboration event featuring visual artists, cosplayers, writers, and more! For a medium with so much representation, nonwhite fans and fan content creators often get overlooked. POC Penumbra Week looks to change that by uplifting BIPOC, SWANA, Latine, and AAPI artists and giving us a platform to share our work!

This event is (tentatively) scheduled for the week of 10/3-10/9 and will feature fanart, cosplays, and featured fanfiction of either canon characters of color or headcannoned ones! Artists and cosplayers can choose to collaborate with fic writers and vis versa to create culturally informed masterpieces that showcase the creativity of this fan base!
