Have you ever wondered what happens to you of you die? I always think about it and it terrifies me. The bible says you will not remember anything and anyone you love when you die. That single thought scares me. They said you wouldn’t even know that you die. It feels like you just fell asleep but without a dream— just nothingness. But I don’t want that. I have this idea in my head that when people die, they either go to heaven or hell. That dead people can still visit their loved ones. The idea of not having an afterlife terrifies me. It’s hard to make peace with that information after you experience living. Does reincarnation exist? Can we go back as a different person in a different universe? Does multiverse exist? Are we going to be in a different universe once we die? Is Quantum Immortality just a theory? I wonder how people just live their lives without thinking about dying. Does dying going to give me peace and euphoria? I really hope there’s an afterlife where everything feels right, a place where we can be with our loved ones once again.

a girl is never simply grocery shopping btw. she is grocery shopping and running away from the horrors. she is grocery shopping and trying to find her childhood whimsy somewhere between the aisles. she is grocery shopping and feeling an amount of grief that is insurmountable. but she is never just grocery shopping

Honestly it boils down to reparenting yourself & rewiring your own neuronal pathways & telling yourself a firm “stop” when you notice your mind slipping down negative loopholes & being present in the moment & enjoying being mid task rather than waiting for it to end & not thinking of inertia as your baseline and natural way of living

you will get up & you will make that to do list & you will be realistic about your limits & you will take it easy but steady & you will eat good food & you will get things done & you will move your body & you will do things that make you happy & you will limit your screen time & you will be the thing that saves you
