FCP X: Cool Tip to Relink Media| FCPX Insights
I learned this tip last week from Michael Wood, when I was teaching a Final Cut Pro X class to his team. I don’t know when Apple added this feature to the software, but this is new behavior, at least to me. Nothing causes more frustration than the dreaded red Unlinked Media icon.

Thinking about rebooting.
Rebooting. I’m often at a point in a day thinking about this. To be able to stop what you’re doing shut it down and then begin again – the computer does this usually once a day on a best case scenario.
I get a bit frustrated. Frustrated with where I am what I’m doing and where I’m going. This is probably very common for most people I think. I have a lot of coals and a lot of fires and I just want to see one of them take off.
I find myself most the time extremely tired. So my off time isn’t really my time. And what I mean by my time is, time for me to create and do the things that I wouldn’t normally get to do.
Right now I’m not sure if there’s an easy answer or if an answer is what I’m really looking for at this time.
Just getting a thought out while I can.
