I would think you wouldn't be able to, because a communist state can not effectively dissolve capitalism and protect itself from foreign pressures. I think this is shown in how most anarchist revolutions fail to maintain themselves compared to socialist revolutions that were able to last longer and prop up other socialist revolutions (USSR and by proxy Cuba being the most successful anti-capitalist states ever)

-Me when I don't understand basic Marxist theory and act on the most reactionary bases.
This is the type to hear national socialist and think it really means socialist.
The post it was under btw.

People like this baffle me. No reasonable leftist believes what they claim. It shows such a lack of knowledge on the very basics of socialist and Marxist thought. Reactionary thought is so prevalent in Western leftists; it's a plague on the leftist movement altogether.

The DotP is the idea that a socialist society is enabled by the proletariat and follows the proletariat's interests. The dictatorship of the bourgeoisie is what we are currently under due to being under the social organization called capitalism. Socialism is the in-between capitalism and communism as a sociatal organization and oversees the dissolution of the bourgeoisie and the transition away from capitalist organization. Socialism, just like capitalism, will fall, and society will reorganize into communism. Socialism is a needed step to be able to gain the correct material conditions for communism.

There are far better ways of learning Marxist-Leninist theory than asking me. Lenin's "The State and Revolution" is a good start, or if you want something more digestible, watch videos from Second Thought or Hakim for base information, Socialism for All has audiobooks for Marxist theory as well.

If you're either voting for Stupid Hitler or Liberal Hitler, you vote neither because both are genocidal pigs. You protest to try and force them to stop committing genocide. There is no "Harm reduction." Biden oversaw more deportations than Trump's 1st term. Biden also oversaw the overturning of Roe v Wade.
USAID is American economic imperialism. It forces third-world countries to rely on U.S. support, allowing them to be exploited by America. USAID is no different then the World Bank or the IMF.
People will occasionally ask me why I am mad at non-voters or protest voters on the left instead of Republicans. Which is a misunderstanding. I AM mad at Republicans. I know who my enemies are.
But when you have a friend who looks down on you, says they care about you and your loved ones, but actively works against anything that might be good for you, sabotages you, sneers at you for being angry or hurt by it, makes choices that do you harm, and knowingly leaves you under the power of abusers... At some point you have to stop and ask yourself if that person is really a friend, you know?

when someone tries to make china out as uniquely evil ('authoritarian') for having official state censorship policies, bear in mind that three usamerican companies are currently globally enforcing censorship policies founded in a right wing christian worldview. this is the 'freedom of speech' capitalism gets you!

"A natural complement to the economic and political tendencies of revisionism was its attitude to the ultimate aim of the socialist movement. “The movement is everything, the ultimate aim is nothing"—this catch-phrase of Bernstein’s expresses the substance of revisionism better than many long disquisitions. . . to the chopping and changing of petty politics, to forget the primary interests of the proletariat and the basic features of the whole capitalist system, of all capitalist evolution, to sacrifice these primary interests for the real or assumed advantages of the moment—such is the policy of revisionism. . ." - Marxism and Revisionism (1908) V.I. Lenin.
If your political critique of revolutions is not based on historical and material dialectics, then you are a reactionary. Without dialectics, one's critique can only uphold the modern system.
If your political arguments deliberately ignore historical and material conditions, then you are a revisionist.
Authoritarian is a word that means nothing in a political discussion. Authoritarianism applies to all states due to all states having a centralized organization of power. Authoritarianism as a term is based on the ideas of the liberal theory of democracy.

My friend Mosab's daughter, Lama, has been injured in a bombing in Gaza and is in need of donations to help save her life.
His family doesn't have money for food or medicine and there is no cooling system to shield them from the scotching heat.
Please help this family meet their basic needs so they can escape this genocide. They have survived through hell the past nearly 2 years. Please don't let them die now just because of hunger.

A reactionary found my post.

All states have a central authority, which is the defining characteristic of a state. I can't believe I had to say that.

Communism would be the end of contradictions in sociatel organization, not people.

there is no Marxist idea that humans can be "perfected". what we believe is that people are a product of their environment. it's common for people to look at human behaviour in a modern capitalist economy and assume that people are inherently greedy, selfish, and callous, instead of identifying these as traits that are rewarded, or even made necessary, due to the way society is structured. a land owning peasant in 11th century England will develop a different world outlook from a gig worker today, and someone from a hunter gatherer community will have a different world outlook still, due to how different their day to day lives are. you don't want to be greedy in a community where the person you're letting starve might be needed to feed you when you're unwell
we don't want to be mechanical about this though and say that the structure of the economy determines how people learn to interact with the world entirely. while a large part of how we live is forced on us by the world we're born into, we're also able to create our own culture and proactively influence how people interact with the world. the changing structure of the economy will always have a huge sway on how society develops, but people are active agents in its development as well
all this is to say that when you structure society so that work is for the common good, and nobody is able to exploit the labour of others for private profit, you'll end up with culture and people who are much less greedy and selfish than today. even more so given that working people will finally be in charge of society and able to take the leading role in shaping its culture

We live in a world where thousands yelling "Death to Arabs!" to colonized people is more acceptable than yelling "Death to the IDF!" to a genocidal terrorist group. Fuck Israel, Free Palestine.
