Sushi di qualità a Milano con Shi’s
Ha aperto da poco, ma nel giro di pochissimi mesi è diventato uno dei ristoranti simbolo della città di Milano, dove il sushi è diventata una vera tradizione nazionale. La tradizione giapponese apre le porte alla clientela e permette a chiunque di entrare in un’avventura nuova e qualitativamente superiore. Il punto forte di questo progetto è la scelta di proporre un’infinita quantità di cibi, dal sushi al sashimi fino ai piatti caldi che nascono da materie prime di alto livello. E il tutto viene venduto a un prezzo non troppo superiore rispetto a quanto si spende con un “all you can eat”.
Shi’s è presente con ben 8 ristoranti dislocati a livello nazionale, per un progetto che è sempre più ambizioso. Arrivare a garantire almeno 40 aperture nei prossimi due anni.
Tradizione e innovazione giapponese a Milano
Il menu è la chiave di accesso a bordo di una nave che naviga verso oriente. Nel locale di via Urbano III, 3, 20123 Milano MI, si trovano gyoza di gamberi a 6 euro, veggie a 4,5 euro, i takoyaki che sono le polpette di polpo a 5 euro. E ancora: udon e yakisoba a 8 euro e i veri must immancabili come il riso al curry a 8 euro e il ramen di gamberi a 7,50 €.
L’offerta ti porterà poi ad accostare i grandi classici a versioni creative: i gunkan di pesce a 3 euro al pezzo, gli uramaki unagi con avocado, philadelphia e anguilla a 9 euro. Si sale a 10 euro per assaggiare il nigiri flambé, mentre è fissato a 12 il prezzo per Jap Crispy con riso, salmone spicy e jalapeno.
E se ami sperimentare non puoi non provare i Shi’s burger, piatto studiato proprio per la città di Milano, unendo la forma estetica del classico americano con i sapori orientali. La farcitura è a base di sashimi di tonno e tartare di salmone per un gusto unico nel suo genere.
