pecan praline sweet potato oats✨we are in the swing of things Thanksgiving over here this week And since I'm not a huge fan of pumpkin i created this breakfast bowl after I saw the sweet potato casserole that I saw on Tieghans page @halfbakedharvest 🍂 1 cup cooked oats 1 baked sweet potato (cooled and peeled) 1/3 cup plant milk 1 tbsp coconut sugar 1/3 cup pecans (sub sunflower seeds for nut allergy) 2 marshmallows @mydandies Blend cooled sweet potato, coconut sugar and milk in blender until smooth. Add to cooked oats. Spoon into a bowl and top with pecans and the marshmallows cut in half. Place whole bowl under broiler to toast marshmallows (only takes a few seconds🔥) Have a great day 💕 #thanksgivingfood

Smoothie bowl loaded with bananas, berries, yogurt and nutsssss✨Talking about getting the most out of your morning smoothie 👇🏼 as lately I've been trading in my straw for a spoon ... seems the smoothie bowl gets me to lunch better Build your best smoothie bowl: Base ~ 1 frozen banana, 1/2 cup plant milk and 1/2 cup yogurt Berries ~ mix them up to get in all those antioxidants Iron and Protein ~ handful of chopped nuts or sunflower seeds if allergic to nuts. Also, you can add a protein powder but I can only personally recommend one that I have tried. Guys...please do your research before using a powder🙏🏼 I know many of you already know the benefits of a great breakfast but recently I have heard from some new friends who are just starting this journey and contrary to what's been "news" lately. This is a community where we encourage, uplift and love on everyone!! It's all real, all me, I eat all of the food that I make ...nothin but mad love💕#nobs

my most favorite lunch ever slice it, smash it and top it ... could actually eat this all day long as well ... for anyone who knows me this could be "which food would describe you?" Answer : almost burnt toast with sliced avocado, sea salt, black pepper, hot pepper flakes and lime. Served with watermelon and grapefruit juice. It's so simple and refreshing. I make a huge pitcher of juice on the weekends and have measurements on the blog { link in bio } You all gave me some great breakfast ideas and I can't wait to make them and feature you!! 💕Corey

veggie fajita salad with spicy avocado and lime dressing✨ already on my site {link in bio} Mexican food has to be the best and always easy to prepare. had company for lunch today and made this fajita salad served with warm corn tortillas. serious foodporn guys🍴 The dressing is my go to dressing. For this dish I kept it in its simplest form but can't wait to add more spices and create more dishes. I always peep all food pages (Vegan, RT4, Paleo, Baking, Standard Diet, etc) while I'm eating to see what's new in the world of food photography. I know, it's weird to look at food while I'm eating. Well, I'm kidding I don't think it's weird at all.😏 I was out to lunch with my girl friend and she showed me a salad and said, "This looks so good". Guys...were all in and I love seeing your recreations from last weeks plant-based even for just one day recipes. Back at it again #ontheblog { link in bio } get set for a whole new set of recipes and shopping lists for plant-based meals. And, yes this is what we ate for breakfast this morning. The first recipe is breakfast but these smoothie bowls made with all whole foods can be enjoyed at any time of day as they are packed with calcium, vitamin C and E, protein, essential fats, fiber and antioxidants. hump days on the blog✨ I'll admit when it comes to lunch I'm lazy...always. If I can't grab something, blend it and drink it down I usually don't make the effort. However, since my kids are back in school and I'm doing #mealprep for their lunches and I have started doing it for myself. I'm actually looking at lunch like, "hey, this could be my favorite meal of the day".😏 The second recipe and shopping list for your meatless Monday (or whatever day you choose) is Favorite Chickpea Salad made with whole, fresh ingredients and lasts in the fridge and lunch boxes.
