ahyeon laughs as yuina’s grin turns sly, wiggling her fingers at the camera as if the older group were watching. “i’m serious! they were really sweet and helpful even when we were trainees and they were already out there performing for the world. it takes a special kind of person to help you perfect your skills even after long hours of schedules.”

“i’d have to go with soyeon.” ahyeon hums thoughtfully for a moment. “i’ve always had a love for making my own music for ages, but it wasn’t until i caught wind of who she was and how much she’s done that was i like… she gets it. so i hope to one day—not even collab, but just have a really good conversation with her.”

“iu.” a collective sound of agreement rises in the air when eunji speaks, the youngest of the four looking extremely happy about the reception. “she’s my inspiration for singing in general. i want to be able to have an entire stadium captivated one day. like—and i know it’s not silly because i became a singer to do so, but i want to touch hearts. i want to sing songs that make people feel emotions. that’s why she’s my idol.” ahyeon’s soft that’s very sweet makes her smile widely.

“and as for me… i don’t think i really have one.” micha shrugs, ignoring yuina’s flat expression. she then shrugs, “i mean, wouldn’t say i looked up to anyone. wooyoung is a great dancer but i wouldn’t call him my idol.” she pauses momentarily, then adds with a faint grin, “it’ll get to his head. and then i’ll never hear the end of it. i’ve already said too much.”

“hiraeth.” yuina blurts out her answer before anyone else can, earning an amused smile from ahyeon. “they’re so cool. i want to be yvan’s friend so bad. they’re so talented, all i’m really asking for is one hangout, please—”

by the time yuina is out of breath from her rambling, eunji is laughing into her hand, the eldest two mirroring each in expression of mirth. ahyeon pipes up soon after, “would love to work with hero one day. his catalog is impressive and i’ve never heard a bad song from him.”

“anyone from venus, personally.” micha goes next, “they’re really talented and a collab would be next level.”

finally, with three pairs of eyes on her, eunji tosses her own pick. “honey from blackpink. i like her style a lot and her solo music is really good. i had espresso on repeat for a while—”

“that’s eunji-speak for ‘please be my friend, i admire you so much!’ yuina snorts when the younger woman flushes and swats at her arm, only for her laugh to patter out when micha raises a brow at her.

“like you weren’t about to fall over yourself wanting to befriend yvan? god help them when you finally meet.” yuina sputters before letting out an embarrassed huff, crossing her arms.
