I’m not sure, it’s possible. But the same thing happened to a friend of mine a few days ago, and nothing really happened on the blog. Luckily she got the account back after a few days, so I’m hoping it’ll be that simple. If I have to though, I’ll just remake this blog.

Dear past me, 

I’m not really sure how to start something like this. 

You’re probably wondering how it went with StarFox, with being a pilot just like how you thought you wanted, how our dad wanted. Well, I made it, or we made it I guess. But this isn’t what you thought it was, it’s not all the smooth sailing and glory that you thought, and I know you’ve heard that a thousand times from everyone and their mother. But we had no idea what we were getting into, what our dad pushed us into. War is messy, it’s sickening and painful and it’s something that has to be done sometimes, no matter how much I wish that wasn’t true. I know you want to make our dad proud of us, I know you want to see him beam and receive all that praise from everyone around him, and you want that for him because you love him and you see how happy it makes him. 

Please understand, if you decided to do something else with your life it’s not wrong. It was selfless of you to give everything to him like you did and I know you think you owe him everything and that’s why you do it, but parents should want their kids to be happy, not a perfect image of everything they wanted. I don’t think this would change anything, because we’re stubborn and so sure that this is what we wanted, but at least take it into consideration. We end up okay, we get to see a whole new world, a whole new side of people that we were taught to hate. I’ve gotten to meet and get to know so many people who were villainized for us, and they’ve been so kind, funny, and supportive. Even though they don’t have as much to offer as say the Cornerian Military, they still share what they have for anyone who needs it, and they’re just as protective.

Maybe this will fall on deaf ears, our journey isn’t done yet and the war isn’t won, but right now I really feel like things are going to be okay. Even if you make some changes, or if you go down the exact same path that I did, things will be alright. There are some rough choices you have to make, and some tough encounters that you feel drag on forever, I’ve got some shit I need to work out with Fox and our dad. We’ll make it through it, we’re going to grow and be so much better, so much more than anything we ever thought.

P.S for the love of Corneria please learn to drop out of a fight when we’re about to crash, I know you want to prove yourself and you think you can make it, but it costs us in the future.
