downloading and applying covers to fan fiction
so i realised i never posted anything to teach you how to actually "use" the covers i make if you're not planning on printing them.
so here is a step by step guide on how download your fics and change their covers.
(side note: downloading your fics take very little space and you won't have a million tabs open, it's offline and you can bookmark pages and stuff it's great)
step 1: downloading them
at the top of every work you will find a "download" button press this and choose epub. this file format allow the text to be formated to fit your phone or tablet when opening them with a reader app (the kindle app as well as kindles themselves however use the AZW3 format)
step 2: locate an ebook reader
if your on an apple device the best ebook reader app is probably apple books. there are loads of options that are available for android as well such as google play books or full reader which are both free.
if you don't want to change the covers you can just import your fics and you're good to go. but if you want fancy covers then there are a few more steps
step 3: finding covers
i have a bunch here (and on my notion) or you can browse tumblr to find any missing ones or make your own. (remember to crop them to only the front cover if they're wrap around covers)
step 4: add covers
easiest way i think is to use a website like this one:
https://www.onlineconverter.com/change-epub-cover
all you do is upload the cover and epub and it will create a new epub file for you with your new cover.
now you can import these new files into your ebook reader of choice these files should also be compatible with most ereaders so if you wanted you could transfer them to those. (if you want to import them to a kindle you have to also convert them to the AZW3 format which you can also do on the above listed website.)
thats basically it enjoy offline fic reading and enjoy your fancy covers!
if you have any questions feel free to message me on here or on twitter <3

It was recently brought to my attention that there are two websites that allow people to view Tumblr blogs at their web address instead of the actual Tumblr. The websites are called "Tumbral" and "Tumgir". I did a bit of exploring and found my own blog. This is peculiar, specifically because I have chosen to have my blog blocked from searches (Inside and outside of Tumblr) .

These websites immediately post everything from the original blog without consent from the creator. I created a post and it was uploaded to this "Tumbral" the second I posted it.
Post being created on Tumblr:

Post on "Tumbral"

As far as I'm aware, these sites were not made by Tumblr.

These only use your info when "you or enter information on our site"

Last time I checked I never entered any information on your site. You stole it from a website that it was entered on.
There's a lot more that I'm not gonna get into.
And to all of you here on Tumblr, all of your blogs are on this site. And as far as I'm aware, everything that you've ever posted will always be there. So be very careful of the things you reveal about yourself online. Because everyone can find it.
Sorry for blowing up your dash and sounding so salty. I just want everyone to be aware of this.
