When I First got to China, I was fat AF, no lie. Always know that anything is possible, do what you need to do everyday to #getitdone do not allow yourself to make any excuses to get what you want. It's all internal, I used to allow my mind to make me like what I used to be. It is simple, but not easy. It takes repitiion, 100 hands, wax on wax off means to keep doing it over and over then do it again and again. Green lentil, garbanzo, tvp, cilantro, tomato sauce over bulgur from @bobsredmill - The recipe is simple, soak the tvp in water, while cooking the green lentil. Add the fresh veggies, tomato sauce, spices and tvp when most of the water has been evaporated out from the pot. - I do eat white rice, on most occasion, I choose bulgur over rice because of it's higher nutritional value .
