Be a Master Lucid dreamer
Alright, no rambling. Iโm just going to jump into this.
What youโll need today,
1. A journal
2. Your sanity
Before you read
In light of the TikTok ban, I will be going through dopamine withdrawals and will most likely not post for a couple days.
I honestly couldnโt give a darn about if the app comes back or not. I know they sold out to Trump and his billionaire bros. I will not be supporting it. So just be mindful. Be kind to the people around you for the next few days, we are all about to snap.
Day 2-3
(Day 1 but better)
Alright this is pretty short. Because well this is basically the same as Day 1. Thatโs why I crunched Days 2 and 3 together. Because theyโre honestly the same with a minimal difference.
So if you havenโt read Day 1, I advise that you do.
For Day 2
So basically everything is the same except youโre going to set the timer for 2 hours and 10 minutes. Again if you have trouble falling asleep quickly go for maybe 2 hours and 25 minutes.
For day 3
Youโll push it to 2 hours and 55 minutes. If you have trouble sleeping then do 3 hours and 15 minutes.

Hi, you may be asking โwhat do I know about lucid dreaming that can make me master it, in ten days?โ
Persistence and delusion. I consider myself a master lucid dreamer, because well I am.
I have been lucid dreaming for a while now, and lately itโs been getting easier and easier. So Iโm going to tell you exactly how i did it in 10 days, or less. No, Iโm not some โIโve been lucid dreaming since I was child,โ person. This is through sweat and tears. I built this sh*t, brick by brick. I found my method and now I lucid dream without even planning to. Mostly because I unconsciously do this method.
You will need 3 things
A notebook or journal
A regular sleep schedule
A strong willed mind
The notebook or journal is to not only document your journey, but also to make sure you are recognizing the patterns in your dreams.
The regular sleep schedule. Yes, this means no more going to bed one night at 10pm and another night at 4am. Find a middle time that can get you the regular 8+ hours that you need!
A strong willed mind. That is for not giving up, and not giving into the negative. Lucid dreaming is tedious at first because you are basically controlling what your mind is doing.
โBut Phinena, I canโt dream.โ
I would rather you tell me you canโt breathe.
Unless you have CWS, you should be able to dream. Aphantasia is the ability to not see images. Dreams are created through a whole different part of your brain. Though thereโs still a VERY SMALL CHANCE that aphantasia effects this.
Now before you even start this method, have a good sleep schedule. You shouldnโt be trying this on irregular sleep schedules because of the way this method works. I would at least have 1-2 days of a going to sleep at the same time, before even attempting this first step.
So Iโm going to start with day 1.
Day 1
(Getting your dreams back)
If you think you canโt dream
Youโre going to love this method. And by love, I mean hate. And by hate I mean despise, if you like your sleep.
This method is not new. If youโre familiar with WBTB (Wake back to bed), itโs exactly like this, but with a more drastic approach. It will have you tired, so I do not recommend doing this on a day you have something important. School, work, an interview, party, etc. This method will leave you tired and exhausted. But letโs GO.
1.
Get ready to go to sleep. In my experience, I have a routine before I go to bed that starts to really get my mind in the mindset of, โoh Iโm ready to sleep.โ So do whatever you usually do. But make sure you put your journal next to you. With an intention to recall and write down your dreams.
2.
After you have winded down, set a timer for 1 hour and 25 minutes. If it takes you a while to fall asleep, maybe 1 hour and 35-40 minutes. Make sure this timer is loud and annoying, and not something you will sleep through. If you think youโll just wake up, and unconsciously shut off the alarm and fall back asleep, set your phone away from you. Like on desk that you have to get up to be able to shut it off.
3.
Fall asleep, But have in mind that you will wake up very soon. Almost like having a nap. This will cause your brain to be more on alert, and wonโt make you fall into a deep sleep.
4.
Now that you have waken up from your first round, pull out your journal and start writing what you could remember. If you canโt remember a whole dream, maybe write out certains things you can remember. Like: Ball, Club, dancing, singing, etc. And if you didnโt have a dream or canโt recall a single image, you will be able to recall your emotion. Did you feel happy, sad, confused, terrified, angry. Was the tone of your dreams chaotic or calm. Just write down what you think you felt. It doesnโt matter if what you think you felt was true or not, just write it down. Donโt write stuff for longer than 10 minutes. Just do a quick write.
5.
Return to bed and reset your alarm for 1 hour and 25 minutes. Fall back asleep.
6.
Rinse and repeat steps 4 and 5 until you complete your regular 8 hour sleep cycle. By the time you are done, you will probably have gone through 5-6 rounds of waking up. And you should have 5-6 entries. With your brain being on such high alert, this will cause you to retain your dreams much better. It will make it easier for you to see them and sense them.
7.
After completing your sleep cycle, take out your journal and go over the dreams you had. Try to think back on them, see if you can find missing details you can remember. Sometimes you may find more than you think. Recall for as long as you feel like it, and then go about your day.
The reason you will be doing this, is to get your brain used to being in a light sleep. This will fix your dream recall pretty much overnight. And remember, the further into your sleep you go, the longer and more vivid your dreams will get. Most of the dreams you naturally remember are the ones you have in the last 180 minutes of your sleep. 3 hours.
This is because you are starting to wake up, and your sleep becomes more and more light. Which is why most lucid dreams happen between the 5-7 hour mark of your sleep cycle. This method is preparing your brain to start becoming aware of your dreams.
You have come to the end of Day 1
Take care of yourself

~ Introduction to ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ~
Youโre probably here because I directed you to this post to learn more about me. Or this post popped up on your timeline or something else
You may call me Phinena (Seraphinena). Obviously not my real name. I am here to discuss my thoughts and opinions on shifting and other spiritual aspects of life.
At the time I am writing this, I have yet to shift to my DR. I know how discouraging that sounds; however, Iโm not here to make you believe in me just because I have successfully shifted or not. I am here to make you learn things I wish I couldโve learned.
Iโve learned more about shifting in the past month than I have in the years I have been trying to shift. I want to prevent that from happening to others, if I can. LOA (Law of Assumption) and lucid dreaming is my strong suit. Stuff I have been working on for the past months that have grown stronger every day.
Now before I begin, I have 3 rules to my account that you need to understand before you follow me.
1. I do not want to hear your negativity.
This rule is for the people who canโt help but say โI canโt shift,โ or โI donโt think Iโll ever shift.โ Nah uh. Donโt bring that onto my account. Point blank period. I understand if you put โIโm having trouble grasping the concept of me being able to shift.โ But nothing else more negative than that.
On top of that, I do not accept any negativity towards others or myself. Keep your racism, sexism, homophobia, etc to yourself, but you should actually talk to a therapist if you actually have a problem with others existence.
2. Do not think I will be like others
That means I will answer things differently. My opinions stem from my beliefs. I will not think the same thing as all other universal shifters. That does not mean my word is law. I will share things of my DRs or my opinions that I feel comfortable with sharing. If you do not agree with my opinion, you may kindly exit.
3. Do not bring your Shifttok drama, morals, rules, etc, to my page.
I do not want to know what person has lied about shifting, or thinks shifting isnโt real, or for some reason thinks only certain people can shift. I do not care about your moral codes. I do not care if you consider things wrong or right. This isnโt about you. Shifting is a universal law. Read that again. Because I promise you, you either 100% know what I mean, or you donโt know at all.
This is about life outside the 3D world. Seeing things youโd never see. Knowing stuff you never thought you could know. If you have questions, I may know those answers. But I promise I will not sugarcoat what I say. Live in the moment. Remember that these are your last moments in this life. Do not waste it telling yourself you canโt shift.
I will be creating a master list of all of my post once I get further into posting.
A red flag ๐ฉabout me, I am not going to be a consistent poster. Do not expect me to be on here everyday or posting every day. I only post when and if I feel like it. I literally wrote this post 8 days ago and Iโm just now posting it. Most of my posts are scheduled post because I just canโt.
Feel free to ask questions, I am going to answer them to best of my ability.
Take care of yourself
