It was morning once again. At night you couldn’t sleep at all thinking about what Kawaki told you. You knew it was him but still had second thoughts. To be fair, how could someone so fragile and weak become so muscular and independent? You hate to admit but he was actually really handsome. He has a pretty face.

You got out of bed and went to go take a shower to start off your day. You locked the door behind you and stripped lazily. With your vision still foggy from the deep sleep. You turned on the shower and started your morning routine. You made sure not to leave the water too hot or else the bathroom would fog up like last time.

You were finally done with everything. You felt so clean, fresh, and smooth. You even took the time to do your makeup. Which was unusual during lazy days.

*knock knock knock*

“Who is it?” You asked loud enough for the person on the other side to hear. “Are you busy honey?” Your mom asked. You opened the door to see what she wanted.

“No, why?” You replied. She dug in her pockets and pulled out a piece of paper. “Could you go grocery shopping for me? I was going to do that but I didn’t have enough time. They called me to go to work early.” She said with a pouty face, hoping she would convince you. “Yeah, can go later though? I don’t want to go out with wet hair.” You asked.

“Of course!” She replied. “I’m going to start getting ready for work now. If you’re hungry, there are still leftovers from breakfast.” After that, she went back to her room and closed the door. You weren’t feeling hungry because you were still full from all that food you ate yesterday, so you went back to your room to nap. You could use the sleep. “Just thirty minutes…” you said as you dived into the cold sheets and pillows.

You woke up to the feeling like you were falling off of a building, causing you to jolt up, heavy breathing. You sat up and looked around your room, it was dimmer than usual.

Your eyes widened, realizing it might be because it was late. “I swear if it’s after two I’m going to be mad.” You said as you went over to check the time on the little clock you had on your drawer.

“6:27?!?!!” You yelled. “Does no one care enough to wake me up??” To be fair, it was just you and your grandparents in the house right now, and they normally head to bed around this time to lay down and watch tv.

“I never sleep this much! Especially when I have shit to do.” You said frustrated as you put on your sandals due to the cold floor. You left the room only to find out the house was quiet and clean. “Am I home alone again?” You asked yourself.

Your question had been answered after hearing your grandparents giggle behind their door. They were watching their usual comedy show. You smiled and walked towards the noise.

You knocked on the door, “Come in!” Your grandma said. “Hi sleepy head!!!” They both yelled in awe. “Hii, have you guys ate?” You asked.

“Yes! Your grandpa made grilled chicken. Would you like some? I’ll heat some up if you want.” Your grandma replied. “No it’s okay! I just wanted to tell you guys that I’m gonna go grocery shopping.” You said as you waved the paper in your hand. “Oh okay, isn’t it too late though?” Your grandma asked.

“I guess it is, but since I have nothing else to do, I’m just gonna go.” You replied. “Okay, just be safe.” Said your grandpa before going back to watching tv. You nodded your head and turned around, closing the door behind you.

You went straight to your room to change into a better outfit so people don’t think you were being a couch potato the whole day (You were).

You folded your clean pajamas and placed them on your bed to come back and change into them once you arrive from the store. “I guess I’m going to have to use my own money since mom didn’t leave any.” You said in your head as you put on your shoes. She can pay you back when she comes home from work.

“I’m leaving!” You yelled before walking out. It was so cold it almost made you miss the sun. “No wonder my room looked so dark and grey.” You said as you looked at the black clouds that hovered the sky.

You didn’t waste time so you went straight to the grocery store.

“Welcome in!” Said one of the workers that was stocking avocados. You nodded your head smiling at her and took out the grocery list. “Let me get all the fruits and vegetables first.” You said since you were already in that section.

As you were filling your cart, you noticed a familiar pinked hair woman. “That’s Sakura!” You thought in your head. She was looking at strawberries, trying to see which box was filled with the most deep red colors. After she picked the right package, she turned around only to see you. She looked surprised. “Y/n? Is that youuu?!!!” She asked. You walked closer to her so she wouldn’t have to scream. “Yes it’s me!” She gave you a smile and spread her arms open for a hug. “Didn’t expect to see you here shopping.” She said.

“How come?” You asked.

“Well… before leaving the house I sent Sarada over to yours to let you know you were invited for dinner tonight. Was anybody home?”

“Yeah, just my grandparents.” You replied.

She frowned. “I hope I don’t interrupt them.”

You shook your head to the left and right, “It’s okay! They wouldn’t mind!”

She smiled and put a hand on your shoulder, rubbing on it softly. “I’ll be going now. I have to go buy some things I needed left for dinner before it gets too late, see you there!!”

“Yeah, see you there!” You replied.

“Once you get home, try coming as soon as possible. You wouldn’t want to miss the games now would you?” She cooed. You nodded your head and laughed.

You finished with the shopping and now you were at home. You quickly put away all the things and went to go shower again. You didn’t bother letting your grandparents know you were going over to Sakura’s house because they probably already knew. Besides, they were already sleeping.

Right now, all that you needed left was to do your makeup and to put on your shoes. Your outfit for tonight was (your choice).

Once you were done with your makeup, you went into your room to pull out your (shoes of choosing).

Before leaving, you went to the kitchen to take some snacks you wanted to bring over to avoid arriving empty handed. You were sort of excited to hang out with the group again. Maybe Kawaki could answer some questions you had in mind.

Once you walked out of the house you noticed the sky was slightly drizzling. You didn’t notice it was raining because of how quiet the raindrops were. You took a deep breath and consumed the freshness in the air. “I gotta hurry up just in case the rain gets heavier!” You said as you started to speed walk.

*knock knock knock*

You had now arrived to Sakura’s house and yes, the rain did get heavier as the seconds passed by. “Oh my gosh!!! Hurry get in!!” Sakura yelled. “You didn’t bring an umbrella?!” She added.

You smiled at her nervously and said no. “Sarada! Can you bring Y/n a towel!” She yelled loud enough for her to hear. “Thank you, but I’ll dry up in no time.” You told her. “Yeah, and in no time you will catch a cold!” She replied.

“Hi Y/n! How are you doing?!” Sarada asked as she handed you a warm towel. “I’m doing good! Thank you for asking!” You replied. “I brought these snacks for everyone to eat, where can I put them?” You asked Sakura.

“In the kitchen sweetie!! Here, I’ll take them instead. You can go hang out with the others!!”

“You don’t need any help with anything?” You asked her before going. “Not right now, thank you!” You nodded your head and followed Sarada to the living room.

“Hey Y/n!!!” Yelled everyone.

“Damn, everyone is here (Chocho, Shikadai, Inojin and Himawari). You waved at them and sat on the couch next to Boruto. The spot you were sitting on was warm, meaning someone else was already sitting there.

“What are you guys playing?” You asked Boruto quietly. “To be honest, I don’t even know either. It’s like some hide and seek game.” He replied.

All of a sudden, Kawaki came out of no where and was trying to figure out why you were sitting in his spot. He looked around quickly trying to find another sear but was disappointed with the results.

“Just sit next to me and stop being dramatic.” You said in your head.

He had no other choice but to sit himself next to you. You guys locked eyes for a second before he sat. You were now squeezed between him and Boruto. “Sorry for taking your spot, I didn’t know.” You said trying to start a conversation. “Don’t worry about it.” He replied, with his eyes glued to the tv. Worth a try. Anyways, you too also turned your attention to the screen.

Boruto shifted himself around to face you, “So uhh, Y/n. Any plans over the weekend?” He asked. You squinted your eyes at him, “noo.. why?”

“I just wanted to ask if you would like to go out and eat with me.” You widened your eyes. A date? It looked like he read your expression because he also widened his eyes after the realization. “Wait!! I didn’t mean it as a date! I just wa-“

“Yes Boruto, we could go out and eat.” You teased quietly, trying to prevent anybody from hearing the conversation. He looked down in defeat with his cheeks flushed in pink. Your faces were so close it created tension that even Kawaki could feel. It grossed him out. Most of it was from Boruto because you didn’t really like him as a crush.

Don’t get yourself wrong though, Boruto wasn’t bad looking at all. He has strong masculine features and everything else but he just wasn’t your type, the one on your left was though.

Your eyes started to hurt because of how bright the tv was. Greedy Shikadai and Mitsuki wouldn’t share the controllers with anyone because one keeps killing the other, making them turn it into a challenge to see who can get more kills.

You waited a while for Sakura to call everyone for dinner. You didn’t need the towel anymore because you weren’t wet anymore, plus it was getting hot.

“Kids!! Dinner is ready!!!”

Speak of the devil. You were so hungry already, especially since this was your first meal of the day.

Everyone ran to the kitchen pushing each other against the walls. “Damn is this like normal or something?” You asked. “They like to race to see who gets there first. At their big grown age.” Boruto said as he waited for you. You stood up from the couch and turned around, questioning why Kawaki was still sitting down. He looked up at you and didn’t take his eyes off of yours. They were so hypnotizing.

You turned around to go to the kitchen.

He watched your every move until he couldn’t see you anymore. He rubbed his face and stood up, walking straight to the kitchen as well.

“Don’t eat too fast or else you guys won’t have any room left for dessert!” Sakura demanded. Everyone thanked her and started to eat. How nice of her to serve everyone. You sat down and saw that she had made hamburgers. “This meal is everyone’s favorite. I hope you love it Y/n!” Said Sakura. “I sure will! I love hamburgers too!” You replied.

Everyone finished eating dinner and now moved on to step number two. Which was eating dessert. Sakura didn’t want everyone crowding the counters and potentially spilling some of it, so she brought them to the table.

Three trays full of delicious smells. It almost made you hungry all over again. “Okay, before digging in, these are vanilla and chocolate taiyakis, which most of you already know. This one is cheesecake. And finally, this one is vanilla cake with strawberry filling. Let me bring the plates, hold on.”

She quickly provided everyone with plates and silverware.

“Thank you miss Sakura!” Said everyone in unison. She smiled and sat herself down to eat as well. “You’re welcome! I’m glad I got to spend my day off with you guys!!” She said laughing out of joy. She loved the sight of seeing everyone happy, each bonding with one another.

After everyone finished eating desserts, they all migrated back to the living room to continue playing video games. You stayed with Sakura to help her clean because she had done so much already. You wiped down the table with a damp cloth, scrubbing away stubborn food residue.

You then moved over to the kitchen sink, quickly rinsing the plates with water so it could be easier for her to wash the dishes. “You’re so sweet Y/n, I’m so glad you haven’t changed a bit!” Sakura said as she was pouring leftovers in the containers. You looked back at her and smiled gently, “thank you.”

She smiled as well and turned back around to finish putting away the leftovers.

“Is there anything else you might need help in?” You asked as you dried your hands with a paper towel. “No sweetie, thank you!!” She replied.

With that, you nodded your head and walked over to the living room. Meeting the loud crowd once again.

You were starting to get sleepy. This house made you sleepy in general. Not because it was boring, but because it’s really comfortable.

You found your way back to the same spot you were sitting on earlier. And this time only Kawaki was sitting next to you. You wondered why you hadn’t asked him if he was the boy from the forest, which is strange because you always let the curiosity get the best out of you and start asking questions.

You decided to wait a couple of minutes before making a bold move.

“Hey can I speak to you for a minute?” You asked him quietly. He turned his head to you with curious eyes. You stood up quietly and he understood you wanted him to follow you.

You walked outside because in order to get to a quiet place, you had to literally walk through everyone. And you didn’t want people to get curious, even though nobody probably would have cared.

It was so cold outside.

As you were walking a little further down the steps, you heard him close the door behind him.

“What is it that you wanted?” He asked.

He knew perfectly what you wanted to ask. He was waiting for you to say something actually.

You turned around slowly, and stared at him for a bit before continuing. His eyes were shiny due to the moon’s bright light. “I don’t want to be weird by asking you this question, but..” you said, stopping for a bit because of the nerves. His intense stare made it worse.

“Did you happen to run into a girl that looked like me years ago?”

Even though his face showed no emotion, something inside of him sparked. Was he getting nervous?

“Yeah..” he replied quietly. “Healed me too?” He added.

“Yes,” you said.

He sighed. Was he disappointed? Did he not care?

He was starting to examine you. Scanning his eyes around your body. “Umm?” You interrupted. “What are you doing here?” He asked.

“I live here?”

“Are you here to stalk me or something?”

“Yeah okay. Was that all you wanted to say? If so, then I’m going inside.”

He then turned around and was starting to walk towards the door.

“Wait!” You yelped. Your body moved on its own and grasped onto his hand, which was really cold by the way.

Your touch brought a familiar comfort inside him. He hated feeling like this. He believed it made himself look weak. “Don’t you care?” You asked. After all, you did only meet him for like ten minutes back then, so it’s not a surprise if he said he doesn’t care.

“I do, it’s just I don’t know what to say.”

“Thank you,” He said hesitantly and shy because he usually never thanks people. “…for talking to me about this. It couldn’t get out of my head the day I saw you at that party.”

You nodded your head and smiled slightly, following him back inside.

The night was fun, even though you and Kawaki didn’t talk at all to each other. The curious tension seemed to ease and he no longer carried that RBF face he had on.

Eventually you went back home, (really late by the way). And got ready for bed to start a new day.

You dove into your cold sheets that were waiting to be warmed by your body. You couldn’t help but think about Kawaki. Was it because you were growing a crush on him?

Maybe.

Five more years had gone by, and today was your birthday. You just turned seventeen. And for the longest while, you wanted to tell your grandparents if you could move back to Konoha. You were going to build up the courage to ask them once you got home from buying your birthday cake.

Well anyways, over the years, you learned to accept the new changes, and actually quite enjoyed it more than living in Konoha. Your parents visited as much as they could. You trained by yourself everyday at night after your grandparents went to sleep, you had more time in your hands, and it was way more peaceful. It was like you needed to find yourself.

After buying the cake, you head straight to the house out of excitement because you just couldn’t wait. You bought a (flavor) cake. Which was everyone’s favorite. And the frosting was (color). It was just a simple cake. But you still wanted to share it with your grandparents.

You arrived at the house and unlocked the door with your key. Only to see that the living room was decorated with birthday decorations. You walked inside slowly, admiring the fact that your grandparents actually took the time to do something for you.

“Happy birthday Y/n!!!!” Your grandparents yelled as they threw confetti at you. You started to laugh out of amusement. “Thank you guys, you didn’t have to do so much!!” You said.

“Are you crazy? You’re growing up too fast! I mean come on, you are one year away from becoming an adult. The least we could do is to decorate with as much colors as we can before you grow up!” Your grandma said with glowy eyes. Almost as if she was holding back tears.

“Your mom sent you this.” Your grandpa said as he handed you whatever was in his hands. It was just a birthday letter, and every time you opened it, money was in it.

You looked at both of them and gave them a tight hug. “I wanted to ask you guys something.” You said nervously.

“Yes?” They both answered. You got out of their hug and said, “I wanted to ask if I could move back to Konoha. It doesn’t have to be just me! You both could come, and live there as well.”

“When would you like to go?” Your grandma asked. “Well…as soon as possible?” You answered nervously. Your grandparents both looked at each other and smiled. “Well then, let’s go tomorrow!” Your grandpa said.

“Really?! Are you sure?!” You yelled. “Of course! Let’s go in secret so that we could catch everybody off guard.” He said as he laughed. “You guys are the best!” You couldn’t believe it. You thought that they were going to answer the complete opposite.

You knew that you were going to spend the entire day packing your stuff. It’s not like you cared anyways because this was pretty much the best birthday present ever.

Next day had gone by like breeze, and of course you guys didn’t waste time in coming. At night you couldn’t sleep at all just by thinking about it. You were too excited to even have at least five minutes of rest. But you’re glad you did or else the walk would be so draining. Speaking about walking, you guys were almost there. You’d say you guys had about 45 minutes left. It was sad to see how quiet and abandoned the house looked like after closing the door. It made you realize that you might not ever come back. But whatever.

“Let’s stop to eat.” Said your grandma. “Thank goodness!” You yelled in relief. Maybe she said that only because your stomach couldn’t stop growling every five seconds. Well anyways, you guys decided to enter a sushi shop because your grandpa had been craving that for days.

As you guys walked inside the restaurant, the hostess didn’t waste time in sitting you guys at a table.

“Let’s go get some food what are we waiting for?” Your grandpa said as he laughed because you guys were sitting there awkwardly for about a minute.

You all stood up and went to the booth filled with all kinds of delicious aromas. They all looked so good to the point where you couldn’t choose which kinds to grab, so you got one of each. Making you look like a fatty.

Once you guys got the flavors of your choosing, you went back to your table and ate quickly, but not fast enough to look like you guys were starving.

Five minutes into eating you heard the people behind you say, “Did you hear about that big party Naruto was going to throw?”

“Wow, didn’t know word spreads by fast when it comes to Naruto.” You said. “It might be because they are from the village.” Your grandma replied. You shrugged your head and finished the last piece that was on your plate.

“Man i’m full like a mosquito!” You said while patting your stomach.

“Haha, I can tell!” Your grandpa said trying to get under your skin. (In a funny way).

“grandpa!!” You yelled because you knew that you were visibly bloated from all that food.

“Yeah, and I heard that it was Naruto’s adopted son who planned that party. Pretty hard to believe knowing how much of an outcast he is!” Added the people behind you.

“Adopted son? Outcast?” You asked inside your head. “Let’s go, now that everybody is finished eating.” Interrupted your grandpa. (You weren’t finished eavesdropping.)

Now you wanted to come to Konoha a lot sooner than before after hearing that Naruto was going to throw a big party. Along with that, an adopted son.

Are we talking about the same Naruto? Because he normally doesn’t have time for all that.

“Here we are.” You said as you took a deep breath.

“Hello, what do you guys want.” Said one of the entrance guards. You looked at both your grandparents expecting one of them to answer because you were too embarrassed to. “We’re just coming back to live here. Are we allowed to?” Asked your grandma.

“Wait, you’re Y/n, right?” Asked the same guard. “Yes I am, why??” You replied. “Then why are you guys asking for permission if you were born here in the first place? Come on in.” He said as he guided you guys with his left hand.

“You know, Boruto talks about you a lot. That boy is always here bothering me.” You looked up at him surprised.

“That’s how I recognized you. He’s always telling me to look out for a girl around his age, pink haired, and beautiful eyes. Don’t tell him I told you that part though.” He said as he laughed.

“Here you are. Have a good day Y/n. You guys as well.”

“Looks like you’ve got yourself an admirer!” Your grandma teased. “Grandma! What if it’s not like that!? Maybe he just missed me.” You said clearly embarrassed. “Alright calm down you two, we’re almost home.”

After five minutes of walking, the three of you were finally at the door. “Okay so who’s going to knock?” The three of you asked at the same time causing you guys to laugh. “I’ll do it.” You said as you stepped closer to the door.

*Knock knock knock*

“Who is it?” You heard your mom say behind the door.

“Didn’t except her to be home.” Said your grandpa.

The door swung open, leaving your mother with a shocked face. “Y/n?!!” She yelled, not thinking twice in running straight at you.

You almost fell back due to the force of the hug she gave you. You hugged her back, wrapping your arms around her. Almost afraid of letting go. “I’m back mom, can you believe that?”

“My baby. You’re so big now! I’m glad to see how healthy you look!!” She said as she broke apart the hug.

Out of the blue, Kakashi teleported behind you. But you were still unaware oh his presence due to him hiding it so well. “Y/n right? If so, come with me.”

“Hello,” he greeted everyone before continuing, “don’t mind me, the Hokage needs to talk to her for a minute. I’ll send her back as soon as possible ” Your mom nodded, wiping her nose with a tissue. Kakashi turned to look at you and stared for a bit “follow me.” You nodded your head and did as he said.

The Hokage’s office wasn’t far. Especially when the roofs are jumpable, making you guys arrive there faster. “Couldn’t we just go through the door? I mean, we do have all day.” You said as you watched him knock on the window. He just turned around and gave you a big smile while putting a finger over his mouth. “The hell?” You asked inside your head.

You squinted your eyes trying to see through the window. Only to see Naruto unlocking it. “Come on in!! Quick though.” He said as he poked his head out. “Thank you Kakashi, you’re good to go.” He added as he gave him a big thumbs up.

You turned around and saw Kakashi silently nodding his head. He looked at you, then waved goodbye right before walking out of the window.

“Hi Y/n! Didn’t except you to come without a warning! Not that it’s a bad thing.” He said as he rubbed his neck. “Hello and yes, I planned it at the last minute since yesterday was my birthday. I asked my grandparents if we could move back and they surprisingly said yes.” You told him. “I’m glad you did. Everybody missed you so much!” He said, causing you to smile at him.

“Well anyways, I brought you here to test your strength. I know you just arrived not even thirty minutes ago but I want to get this over with. Come with me outside?” He asked as he stood up from his chair.

“Of course.” You replied. Thank goodness you trained daily when you were gone. You didn’t want to embarrass yourself just incase something like this would happen.

You were both now at a field. The smell of the freshly cut grass filled your nose with a nostalgic aroma. Definitely not where your grandparents lived because it was full of sticks, rocks, old trees and dirt over there.

But it reminded you of when you would always hang out with team seven at night. Your four would sneak out and buy snacks before laying down on the cold grass together. You wondered what they could be doing right now.

“Don’t get scared and give it your all when you fight me! Remember, you can’t defeat or hurt me. So don’t worry about my health. Okay?!” He yelled trying to motivate you.

You nodded your head and got into a fighting position.

“So far everything looks good. I’m glad you trained daily while you were gone. Makes me believe how truly determined you are into becoming a ninja.” He said as he gave you a big smile. “Thanks.” You said as you grasped for some air. “Since you did leave Konoha at an early age and sacrificed your dream, I will rank you up to chuunin level. Pretty much where everybody else from the academy is in right now.

You looked at him surprised. “I know you’re strong like the others. And also, I’m doing this because I don’t want you to go through all those study lessons and hard quizzes that I had to go through back when I was your age. Man that was torture. It was worse than having to wait three minutes for instant ramen to cook!!” He said as he got frustrated from remembering his past.

You started to laugh seeing him twitch up like an angry squirrel. “Thank you Naruto!!!” You said as you went in for a big hug. Looks like you caught him off guard because you almost knocked him down. “You’re welcome!!” He replied as he laughed.

“You can go back home now Y/n. Thank you for your time!”

You said your goodbyes and walked to the direction of your house. “Wait!!!” He yelled, causing you to look back confused. “What is it?” You asked him. “I almost forgot! I’m throwing a party at my house. I wanted to invite you so that you could reunite with the kids!”

“So the people behind me at that sushi restaurant were telling the truth. Didn’t expect it to be today though.” You said in your head.

“Of course!” You replied. “Thank you for inviting me Naruto. See you tonight!”

After that encounter with Lord Seventh, you went straight back home to go spend some time with your family. Also because you needed to ask for some money to go shopping. (You don’t want to use your birthday money.)

“Come in! It’s unlocked!!” You heard your mom yell through the door. “Hi guys!” You said as you walked in.

“How was it?” Asked your grandma.

“Well, Naruto just wanted to see how strong I was to see if I needed any training, or if he should just rank me up.” You replied.

“And what did he say??” Asked your mom.

“He said that I was really great in fighting. And that he was going to rank me up to Chuunin level!” You yelled in happiness. “That’s great!! We’re so happy for you.” Said your mom.

You smiled and nodded.

“Where’s dad?” You asked. “He’s at work right now, taking a shift. I can’t wait to see his reaction when he comes home.” She replied.

“Actually… I won’t be home tonight. Naruto invited me to his party today. He said that he wanted me to reunite with my friends. And that going to the party would be the perfect chance to do that.”

“Oh yeahh, I heard everyone talking about it. They’re acting like he doesn’t throw parties every weekend.” Said your mom.

“Every weekend? How much free time does he even have?” You asked concerned.

“Oh I was being sarcastic, haha!” She replied. “Well anyways, you could go so don’t worry about that. Do you need any money to go shopping? I suggest doing it now because I’m pretty sure he’s about to start it in a few hours. And trust me, I know how long it takes for you to get ready.” said as she dug into her purse.

She pulled out a stack of money. “This should be enough. Whatever is left, bring back to me.”

You nodded your head and walked yourself back out. “Aw man, I wanted to shower first!” You whined as you closed the door behind you.

You decided to go to the closest clothing shop that you trusted because that store for sure has everything you need.

“Welcome in.” Said the security. “Thank you.” You replied as you grabbed a small cart from the corner.

“What am I doing in the purse section?” You asked yourself, realizing you came to the store without having an outfit planned. “Maybe I should just walk around until I find something cute.” You thought.

You looked around the store trying to find the big sign that was labeled, “women’s clothing.”

“There you are.” You said as you pushed the cart to that direction.

You started to look through the shirts first. Immediately sliding the boring ones out of the way to find the one that was worth buying.

You were too focused in trying to find a shirt that you didn’t notice Sarada walking around as well.

She looked at you and stared. Not because she knew who you were but because you looked familiar.

She shrugged her shoulders and walked away, with you still unaware that she was even there.

“Ouuu. This one is cute!�� you said as you took the (shirt of your choice) out of the clothing rack.

“This would look great in (bottoms of your choosing)” you said in your head. You placed the shirt in the cart and pushed it to where the women’s bottoms section was.

“Oh wow! These are perfect.” You said as you grabbed the ones that you were looking for. You expected to take longer like you did with the shirt, but no. It was literally right there rubbing itself on you.

“I don’t think i’m going to buy any (shoes/heels) because mom has a lot of them and I happen to have the same foot size as her.” You said, walking to the checkout.

“Hello! Did you find everything okay?” The cashier asked you as she scanned your things. “Yes I did, thank you.” You replied.

She nodded her head and said, “your total will be 34.56!”

You dug in your pocket, grabbing the money your mom had given you and handed her the right amount. “Thank you.” She said lightly.

She went in the register to grab some change for you but stopped her. “Keep the change.” You said.

She nodded her head, placed the receipt inside the bag and gave it to you. “Have a nice day!”

You parked the cart right where you got it and exited the store.

You couldn’t help but admire the fresh air the moment you stepped outside. This type of weather made you feel sleepy. The temperature was warm, with the air being cold. It reminded you of being wrapped in a blanket in a freezing room. But of course, you couldn’t sleep until coming back from the party. You were excited. After all, this is the first one in years.

“Y/n?” You heard a familiar voice say from behind you. You turned around and copied the same face they had on theirs. A shocked one.

“Boruto?” You replied slowly.

He started to walk closer to you, bringing his right hand to your face. Caressing your left cheek with the back of his fingers. “You’re real. You’re here.”

You backed up (just a little).

“Yeah, I am.” Was all you could say. He didn’t realize he was touching you until he saw how uncomfortable your face was. He didn’t want you to see him as a weirdo, it was just he couldn’t believe you were actually here. “I’m so sorry. I didn’t mean to make you uncomfor-“

“It’s okay silly.” You cut him off, starting to laugh because of how visibly embarrassed he looked.

“How have you been? When did you arrive?” He asked.

“I’ve been great. I hope you have been as well. But um, I arrived today.” You said awkwardly due to the eye contact. “That’s great,” he said with a soft voice. He was so tall and bulky now.

He used to be short and built like a stick bug, (literally). But now, he looked like he was on a carnivore diet. His jaw was defined. His body was toned and it was visible through his clothes. “What am I looking at? His eyes are up there.” You said in your head.

“So uhh, There’s going to be a party at my house. Would you like to come? I promise it’s worth it.” He asked politely.

“Actually, I’ve been invited already,” you replied. “Already? Who else is throwing one?” He asked confused. “Your dad, silly. He invited me. That’s why I was shopping at the store.”

He nodded his head as a response.

He didn’t know what else to say. He was so nervous around you.

“Well, see you there Boruto.” You said as you turned to the direction you were going to.

“Yeah, see you there.” He said quietly.

“I’m home!!”

“For like the third time.” You mumbled

No response. “Hello?” You asked loudly. Still no response, causing you to sigh out of annoyance. You walked to the kitchen first, only to see a note on the table. “Great. I bet they left to go gambling.”

The note read, “Hi! Don’t mind us but we left to go have some fun! Be careful when you’re at that party. Make smart choices. - from dad”

“Are you kidding me? You know what, I hope all their backs start to cramp.”

You weren’t mad they left you home alone. You loved it actually. But you were mad that all these years of nursing went to waste (not really). “Whelp, they better be on wheelchairs.” You said as you walked to your room.

You tried to find your luggage but it was no where to be seen. You threw the bag on the bed and kneeled down to look under it. “Why is it here?” You asked as you pulled it closer to you. It felt empty.

You opened it and saw that nothing was in it, causing you to look over to your drawers. You zipped up the luggage and pushed it back to where it was. You stood up and walked over to the drawers.

“Oh wow, thank you to whoever did this.” You said as you saw how neatly organized your clothes were. “I just need an underwear and a bra.”

You grabbed the ones that matched your outfit. It’s not like anybody was going to see them. You grabbed the bag you threw earlier from your bed and left the room quickly to not waste any time.

“I’m going to have to wash these.” You said as you paused right in front of the washing and drying machine. You turned on the water and set the mode to medium, pouring all the soaps needed to make them cleaner and smell nicer.

“If they don’t dry by the time I get out, I’m going to have to use wind style jutsu.” You said as you walked inside the bathroom, locking the door behind you.

You turned on the shower and quickly stripped naked.

Instead of waisting time waiting for the water to heat up, you brushed your hair to untangle it.

After you were done with that, you walked inside to finally start getting ready for the party.

“Damn it’s so foggy in here! You said as you got out of the shower. You quickly dried yourself and applied some scented lotion onto your soft skin.

You put on your underwear, along with your bra and opened the door to let the fog out because the window wasn’t enough.

As you were waiting for the mirror to clear up, you went to go take the clothes out of the washer and decided to just dry them with wind style.

*knock knock*

“Shit. Shit. Shit.” You muttered as you rushed to your room to find at least some bottoms. You didn’t take extra clothes with you to put them on for now because wind style does the job in less than three minutes. But since someone was at the door, of course you needed to go find those extra clothes you should have gotten.

“This will do.” You said as you grabbed your soft pink pajama pants from the organized drawer. You didn’t care if you were only in a bra because you expected it was your family coming back from wherever they went.

“Coming!” You yelled as you were putting on your pants, balancing from one leg to the other. Once you got done, you ran to the door. Unlocking the locks that were attached to it and swung it open. “Took you guys lo-“ you slammed the door shut. Didn’t even think twice.

“What the hell is he doing here?!” You yelled silently.

You never knew how badly things could escalate quickly in the matter of seconds until now.

“Damn it! Why does it always have to be me!” You silently shouted once more.

In his point of view, his eyes went straight to your breasts, confused as to why you would open a door looking like that.

You took a deep breath and opened the door slightly until you could see him. “What?” You asked.

“Dad wanted me to bring you this.” He replied nervously.

You looked down at his hands and saw what looked to be an invitation. “It’s an invite only party. There will be people at the entrance waiting for you to give them this. Sorry.”

“Thank you,” you said as you opened the door a little wider to reach your hand outside. “What are you sorry for anyways?”

“For looking at your breasts.”

You didn’t even get the chance to say that it was okay. He left in the blink of an eye. Why was he acting as if you were completely topless?

“It’s going to be a hell of an awkward party.”

You closed the door and locked it, walking straight to your room to pick up the moist clothes you had tossed from panicking earlier.

You sighed and started to dry your cloths with a small wind coming out of your palms.

You decided to take a seat on your bed because your feet were starting to hurt from standing too long. Then eventually laid back.

As you were drying your clothes, you tried to distract yourself about who Naruto’s adopted son was in order to get the situation that happened earlier out of your head. “Why am I being so dramatic? He just saw me in a bra.” You said as you switched over to dry your (bottoms of choosing).

You were now done with everything. You loved the way your makeup and hair turned out. The last step was to just find some (shoes/heels) from your mom’s closet, which you are doing right now.

“These ones are great.” You said as you reached in to grab the pair. After putting them on, you stood up and moved over to the mirror, complimenting every angle of your reflection.

“I guess I’m done with everything.” You said as you walked out of your mom’s room to finally go to the party. You grabbed your purse and placed in some things you might need while being there.

Of course the first item you put in there was your lipgloss because you hate dried lips with a passion.

You took your house key and walked out.

“Wait, they moved houses?” You asked yourself, glancing at the invitation’s address.

It wasn’t that far away from yours. You’d say it would take you around seven to eight minutes to arrive. You placed the paper inside your purse to make sure not to lose it.

It was dark outside already. It wasn’t that late either. Maybe it’s because the days are shorter during this time of year. “Damn it, I should have layered my clothes. It’s so cold out here.” You said as you crossed your arms, hoping they would warm you up.

As you were walking, you started to hear loud bass, then eventually the words that were being sung in the music. “I’m here already.” You said, double checking if this was the right address, it was.

You were now in front of his house, it was way, way bigger than the previous one. You started to regret on even coming. You weren’t used to being around a lot of people. Especially growing up living with quiet ones.

As you were walking closer, the entrance guards asked, “wheres your invite?”

“Jeez, at least a hello or something.” You thought as you gave them the paper. “You may enter.”

They moved out of the way for you to walk through. The door was wide open, only for those who were invited. You eyeballed the frame that was in front of you before actually entering. The bass was so loud you felt the party inside your chest, the lighting was dim, the smell of sweaty fragrance coming out of individual’s clothings, everybody holding a cup of whatever was in it. It was wild in there, very cramped as well.

You finally took the courage to enter, already feeling out felt out of place. Nobody was solo but you, at least not until now. “Y/n?!?” A familiar female voice said. You turned around, pinpointing the direction of the voice.

“Sarada,” you replied quietly. “You’re so beautiful what the heck!!” She said as her jaw dropped.

You smiled at her, “Thank you!! So are you!!!” You replied yelling, hoping she heard you through the loud music. She gave you a big smile and bear hugged you. “We missed you so muchhh!!!!” We?

“Hello, Y/n. Such a luxury seeing you here.” You heard Mitsuki say behind you. You let go of Sarada’s embrace and turned around. “Mitsuki, it’s you!!!”

Now it was his turn to receive a hug from you. He caressed your lower back and nuzzled his chin on your shoulders. For some reason he felt clingy and desperate. “I missed you Mitsuki! It’s so nice seeing you here at the party too!!”

“Yo guys! Look what I stole.” You heard Boruto say. He didn’t except to see you here already. You were too busy trying to see what was in the cup he was holding, and he was too busy looking at you. “Boruto, you idiot! You’re going to get in trouble!” Sarada said as she snatched the cup away from his hands.

“Hi Y/n,” he said, stiffening. The image of you opening the door for him earlier ran through his mind again. He remembered how perfectly your breasts sat, shiny skin, bare face, muah. He hated thinking like a weirdo, he couldn’t help himself when it came to you.

“Hello Boruto, again.” You said laughing nervously. You gave him a quick hug. (Really awkward by the way). “Well uh, enjoy the party.” With that, he left the three of you. You followed his steps and saw that he sat next to a boy. Bushy black hair, the sides of his head being shaved, blond in color. His hair looked very familiar. A little too familiar.

The boy that Boruto was sitting next to looked like he was being forced to attend the party. He looked bored out of his mind. “Hey, who is that?” You asked, still staring at the careless boy.

“The one that Boruto is sitting next to?” Sarada replied, stretching her neck to see who you were talking about. “Oh! Thats Kawaki.”

The one from the forest?? Yeah right, That’s impossible. “Kawaki?” You asked trying to keep a straight face. “Ohhh!! Thats right. You weren’t here when that happened. To keep it short, that’s Naruto’s adopted son, who is now known as Kawaki Uzumaki.”

“Kawaki huh..” you said in your mind. “Why’d you ask? You find him cute or something?” Sarada said teasingly. “What? Noo! Just curious is all.” you responded defensively.

“I’m kidding. Well anyways, I’m gonna check out if Naruto needs any help in serving the food. Wanna come?” She asked. You didn’t have anything else to do, so you gladly accepted.

The house was overfilled with people, you couldn’t walk without bumping into someone. You took quick glances around the new house, trying to memorize it for when you visit again. Empty bottles and cups left on tables, sticky floors, hopefully due to people spilling their drinks. “Hinata, do you need any help with serving people food?” You heard Sarada say. She nodded her head, “Yes, please and thank you!” She replied.

“Mistuki, go tell Naruto to come over here, please.” She added. Thankfully the Kitchen was empty or else food would be dropped due to people not knowing how to get out of the way.

“Y/n is that you??” You heard Hinata say with her usual soft voice. “Yes, it is me!” You replied. “What a pleasure seeing you here!! Naruto told me you’d be coming, I couldn’t wait to see how much you’ve grown!” She said loudly in excitement. You gave her a big smile and nodded.

“Here guys,” she said as she handed you and Sarada empty plates to fill them up with her delicious homemade food.

“What’s wrong Hinata?” Naruto asked. “You’re here already? Well um, could you be a dear and tell everyone to go find seats because food is about to be served.”

Sarada looked over to mitsuki and said, “Mitsuki, go find us a table before we can’t find any. You’re not doing anything.” He gently nodded and left the kitchen. “Girls, wait a couple of minutes before serving because it’s going to take a while for everyone to find their own tables. Thank you.” Naruto said, quickly leaving back to where he was.

“Put the plates that have food in them there.” Hinata said pointing at the kitchen island. It was really big, thankfully enough to fit as many plates as we want.

You guys took a while serving at least 75 plates. “That’s it for now. You girls go enjoy yourselves, thank you!!!” Hinata said thankfully.

“Okay!! Just let us know when you need more help, okay??!” Replied Sarada. She then grabbed your hand and dragged you out of the kitchen. Both running back to the party to see where Mitsuki sat you guys. “Where could he have gone…” she said glancing through the loud crowd. “Right there!” You yelled pointing.

It was a round table, enough for all of you guys to fit. “Where’s Boruto and Kawaki?” Sarada asked Mitsuki. “I don’t know, I’m pretty sure they went to go grab food, they didn’t want to wait until it was brought here to the table.” He replied.

“Oh okay.” She replied. Now that nobody eas talking, Mitsuki decided to break the silence. “So Y/n, what have you been doing all these years?”

You looked at him and said, “well… Nothing really to be honest. Time went by too fast, yet so slow. I just trained, went shopping here and there and helped my grandparents with their daily needs. Other than that, nothing else. How about you?” You asked.

“The usual. Missions being assigned to us daily, training, and hanging out with our friends.”

You nodded your head as a response. “I’m going to go get us some drinks. What would you guys like?” Sarada yelled through the music. “No need for that, we have that already.” Boruto interrupted.

Boruto was carrying drinks for everyone on a tray, as for Kawaki, he was holding the food. They both gently placed the cups and plates on the table for everyone to grab. After they were done, Boruto went to go give the trays back to his mom.

Kawaki found his way next to you. As he sat down, you could smell his cologne through his clothes. The air around him was cold, it almost sent shivers down your spine. You could tell he took the time to get ready because he looked well dressed. You could smell shampoo through his hair. He was sweating, just a little though, maybe it was due to the fact that it was so sweaty in here. If you were to describe your first impression of him, you would definitely go for clean and nonchalant.

“Hey, I’m Y/n.” You said, greeting him now before it was too late and everybody starts talking. He looked at you, it may of had been only a second to you, but to him, the eye contact was forever. Something inside him was telling him that you were someone he knew. From a long, long time ago. “Kawaki.” He said firmly, yet soft. He no longer payed attention to you, but to his drink. That reminded you, What did Boruto bring us.

You looked over to your cup and everybody else’s. Everybody had different colors in them. At first you thought it was going to be soda, but soda has a lot of bubbles around the cup due to the gas. You grabbed a hold of it and brought it close to your nose. The pungent odor made you cringe. You swore you heard Kawaki laugh through his nose. You didn’t take a sip, instead you placed it back on the table.

Kawaki was growing impatient. There was something about you that brought warmth to him. But how? He barely even knew you. It was starting to piss him off.

Sarada brought the cup closer to her, still unaware that it was alcohol. “What the hell?!” She yelled quietly. “Sarada, just for todayyy!” Boruto said, trying to get her to change her mimd. “Boruto, we’re all seventeen, well except for you Kawaki because you’re older. But anyways, guess what?” She said with a smirk. Boruto responded with a hum.

“Fuck it.”

Looks like she’s the leader or whatever of the group because she naturally persuaded everyone to drink confidentially, except for you and Kawaki. You were both in your own world.

“You’re older?” You asked Kawaki. “Yeah.” He replied. Was he always this dry?

“The food was really good!!!” Yelled Sarada. She stood up and picked up everyone’s empty plates. “Are you sure? I can go throw them away if you’d like.” You asked her. “Don’t worry, I can do this!” After that, she left with everyone’s plate, leaving the table empty. “Would anyone care for desserts?” Asked Boruto. Jeez how much room does he have left in his stomach…

Everyone agreed, including you. Boruto was now the next one to leave the table, with Mitsuki following behind him. Great. Now you were left with Kawaki. Worst part is that he doesn’t even talk. It’s not that it’s a bad thing, you enjoyed the silence. But not when his body is radiating with tension. You could tell he was also feeling awkward.

You were observing the house once more as you waited for the three to come back. But little did you know, Kawaki was observing you.

“Check it out Y/n.” You heard Boruto say. Everyone had their hands full with all kinds of sweets. Starting from cake, candies, chocolate, donuts, fruits. You name it.

You grabbed a little of everything, taking care of not eating too much or else you will end up with a stomach ache for the next hour.

“Did you eat sweets like these Y/n? When you were at your grandparents?” Mitsuki asked you. “Yeah? You’re acting as if I was living in the middle of nowhere where.” You responded laughing, causing everyone else to laugh at Mitsuki’s dumb question. But of course, Kawaki didn’t. Maybe inside yes, just a little.

It was getting late, people were starting to leave, conversations were getting quieter, mostly everyone looked tired.

“Does anyone know the time?” You asked.

You nodded your head and yawned. “I’m getting tired is all.” Sarada frowned. “Welllll… are you awake enough to dance?”

You were unsure at first because you didn’t want people to look at you. But at the end of the day, you don’t know who half of these people are. Besides, it’s a fucking party.

You both ran to the middle, which was the dance floor. “This song is perfect!!!!” She yelled. The music suddenly started to move both of you like puppets on strings. You never knew how addictive music could be until now. You felt as if your soul will shine so bright through your skin and start to glow.

The vibe you guys brought to the dance floor was so magnetic. So magnetic more and more people started to show up and dance. Eventually filling the middle up with individuals. You were sweating like crazy but not all of it was yours. Everyone was so close.

You and Sarada were twisting, turning, holding hands. Smiling too hard your cheeks start to burn. Your hips swayed to the rythym. You both danced like there was no tomorrow and that no one was watching, but of course, everyone was.

Especially Kawaki, he couldn’t keep his eyes off of you. The way your body swayed to the music. Those hips. That seductive look you brought out naturally. It did something to him. A feeling that brings him to live. How could someone he just met be so magnetic? He was full of confusion. He got out of his seat and walked away from the rest. He needed some time to think.

“Man!! You’re amazing!!!!!” Sarada yelled before chugging Mitsuki’s water (he gave her permission). You laughed out of joy. You wanted water as well but there wasn’t any to be seen. “Do you know where the waters are Boruto?” You asked him. “They should be inside, next to the fridge.” He replied.

“Fridge, fridge, fridge.” You murmured in your head. Ahh there it was. You opened the cooler and dumped your hands inside the icy, cold water to grab a bottle. There you were again, appearing in Kawaki’s peripheral vision. Irritating him once again. He was sitting on the couch, watching your every move. He didn’t even dare take his eyes off of you when you bent down to grab a water. He enjoyed it actually, like a weirdo. But of course, he wouldn’t do this if people were around. The crowd was so small right now that they all migrated outside, leaving you and him alone. Well, only him now because you went back outside with the rest.

After you got done cooling down, meaning no more sweat, you decided it was time to leave. “Guys, I think I’m gonna go now.” You said. “Okay Y/n! Goodnight, and be careful on your way home.” Replied Sarada. “Would you like me to walk you home?” Asked Boruto.

“No it’s fine thank you. It’s not that far away!” You replied. He nodded his head and waved. Your legs were all cramped, you could barely walk. You wobbled each step you took. Barely visible though, don’t worry. You grabbed your purse from the kitchen and walked towards to door. Slowly opening it because you felt a chakra standing by near the door. Shit, you knew he would be there.

You passed by Kawaki quickly, trying to avoid him. Only to be stopped by a firm grab on your arm. The porch lights were dim, causing you to barely see his face. “You’re that girl from the forest, right?” He asked. “Huh?” You replied, hoping he would repeat himself. You had to double check if those words actually came out of his mouth. You weren’t sure if it was because you were still deaf from the music. He smacked his lips and let go of your arm. He thought he was being delusional, making himself look stupid. He was sure it was you because of your hair and your bright spirit. It was like you were both polar opposites.

“Forget I said that.”

After that, he walked inside. Leaving you with nothing but confusion.

The walk home was quiet. You came to the party with intentions of coming back home. But now? You didn’t want to go home at all. At least you left with knowing something new about yourself.

That you liked to party.

Four years later…

Today was the day where you would graduate from the academy. Except, you already did. And now you were packing your things to go live with your grandparents. It’s not like you had a choice. You were doing it for your parents. Your mom and dad would do anything to take your place, but they are needed in the village because your mom works for the hospital, and your dad is a shinobi, specifically one that works night shifts to guard over the village.

You didn’t get it. The reason as to why you had to leave was because your grandma had fallen ill and her back gets cramped easily, making her unable to walk. She needed someone to take care of her at all times. Your grandpa couldn’t, of course, because he was too old.

Why couldn’t they just come over here? You weren’t mad, you were just upset because you had to leave behind the training. You had to become almost like a house nurse.

“Hi honey,” your mom said, closing the door behind her.

She hugged you from behind and started to cry. “Mom it’s okay, don’t cry,” You said, “don’t worry about me, I can take care of myself.”

“It’s not that, well it is, but It’s because you won’t be able to be in a three-man-squad. I wanted you to experience being in missions and stuff like that.”

You turned around and reminded her of the hidden leaf headband that was in your hands. “Look. At least I have this. When I come back, i’ll be stronger than ever, okay?” You said as you went in for a proper hug.

“Dad is still in the meeting, right? I wish I could say goodbye, can you do it for me when you see him mom? I have to go now before the sun goes down.” You said as you opened your room door to walk out. She nodded her head and followed behind all the way until you were at the front door. “I guess this is it for now.” You said as you closed your eyes, admiring the fresh air that was brushing against your skin. “You’ll come back, right?” Your mom asked in a sad tone. You nodded as a response and turned around to give her another tight hug.

You let go of her embrace and picked up your things, walking towards the direction of the exit.

Five minutes into your walk, you heard Boruto, Sarada and Mitsuki stop you. “Guys? What are you doing here?” You asked confused. “We’re here to say goodbye, how dare you leave without notifying us.” Boruto said as he squinted his eyes at you.

“I was in a rush, sorry. I don’t want to arrive when my grandparents are sleeping.” You said nervously, you didn’t want them to think that you were being rude. “Oh if that’s the case then we’ll hurry up! C’mon guys.” Yelled Boruto.

All of a sudden each of them pulled out a gift bag. “Open them when you arrive! We hope you love them!!” Sarada said. “Aww guysss, you didn’t have to!!” You said in an excited tone.

“What do you mean? Of course we had to. We’re your friends.” Mitsuki said in his usual robotic tone. They all circled around you and created a big hug. You wanted to cry because of their affection. “I’m going to miss you guys.” You told them.

“So will we. Be careful when you’re out there.” said Boruto.

Everyone then departed from the hugs and watched you walk out of the village. You turned around and kept waving until their frames faded away.

It reminded you of when you said goodbye to that boy named Kawaki when you were younger. You remember when the week finally came for you to visit your grandparents again and you were out there, like usual, waiting for him. But he never did. To this day, you wonder if he was even real.

Their house was about a 1-2 hour walk. Not that far but you still decided to sprint to get there faster. “I wonder what they got me.”

And now here you were. Right in front of their house. Steps away before leaving everything behind. Mom said you would have to live here for a few years. It’s not easy letting go of something you grew up with.

You knocked of the door and waited until it was opened.

A few seconds later you heard the locks unlocking, with the door slowly opening. “Oh my goodness!! Honey! She’s here!!!” Your grandma yelled in excitement. “Hi grandma!!” You said as you went in for a tight embrace. She always smelt good and clean. Almost like a baby powder.

“Come on in, we were just about to have dinner!” You nodded your head and picked up your things. As you were walking inside, you saw that your grandpa was trying to grab something from the cabinets. He turned around slowly due to his old age. “Oh wow, didn’t expect you to come here so soon. Join us!” He said excitedly as he pointed a bowl at you. “Hi grandpa, how are you doing?! I’m going to leave my stuff in my room first. Be right back,” you said as you quickly walked into the hall that led to your room.

After you were done with that, you sat down on the table waiting to be served. (Your grandma doesn’t let you serve yourself because she loves you.) You looked down at the bowl and saw that it was beef stew. “Oh wow, this looks delicious. Thank you for the food.” You said before digging in.

It was just like you remembered. The delicious taste of childhood. You would always eat this with your parents by your side, but this was going to be the first time where they wouldn’t be here with you. It was just you and your grandparents. And it was going to stay like this for a while. A long, long while.

“We just wanted to thank you for doing so much already for us Y/n, we mean it!” Your grandpa said as he stuffed his mouth with food. You looked up and saw that your grandma was nodding her head in agreement. You smiled at them and said, “it’s no problem. At least I get to spend time with you guys!”

You lied, well, sort of. You liked the idea of spending time with them. But having to stay here for a ling time was draining your soul just by thinking about it.

You took a deep breath quietly and let reality set in. You accepted the fact that this was going to be your life for now. Despite having dreams that couldn’t be fulfilled.

Here you were, running through the forest. Skipping through every log that was on the floor, smashing all of the mushrooms you spotted with your foot, and wiping away any sweat that was streaming down your face. You always did this whenever your parents would take you to go visit your grandma and grandpa but it seemed that it was for them instead. You always found it boring, even though you loved them with all your heart. It just wasn’t the same. They couldn’t run around and play with you. All they could do is share stories, and little you didn’t care about words. You wanted friends.

The fact that there was practically no one that lived nearby made it ten times worse. And the people that live closest to the house don’t even have kids your age.

As you were doing your usual run through the forest, you came across a boy, he looked to be about your age. He was running the same direction that you were going to.

You stopped and quickly climbed on top of a tree’s branch to get a better look.

He kept stopping and then turned around to see his surroundings. He had a worried look on his face. Almost as if he was scared.

“Is he holding… a bottle of liquor?” You asked yourself quietly.

Oh no, he was getting away.

You didn’t want to lose this opportunity, so you jumped off of the branch and landed right behind him. He screamed and quickly turned around out of instinct, he had his arms covering his face as if he was trying to defend himself from your punches. You couldn’t help but notice his black hair, the sides of his head being shaved, blond in color. He still had his arms protecting his face and you understood that it was because he was afraid.

You tapped his arm slightly with your finger, “I’m sorry I scared you. I just wanted to ask what your name was.” It looked like he relaxed a bit after figuring you weren’t a threat.

He slowly put his arms down and held onto the big blue bottle. “It’s okay, my name is..” he stopped and looked around just like he was doing earlier. “Kawaki.”

Your mouth created an “O” shape. “That’s a nice name! mine is Y/n.” He faintly smiled and nodded his head. You noticed he had a big bruise on his lower jaw, like almost next to his ear and wanted to ask him about it. “What happened there?” You said pointing. His smile disappeared, he was sure nobody was able to see it. “that’s… I fell down in the morning.” He said quietly.

“Do you mind if I heal it?” You asked. He looked up at you with a surprised look, “You can do that?” He said. “Of course! My mom is a medical ninja, so she teaches me the basics. It’s helpful because I am in this academy and I want to be strong like everyone else… or at least try to because everyone in there is like really hard to beat. Especially Boruto! I don’t know how he does it.”

“That’s really cool.” He said smiling.

“Yeah it is! Anyways i’m going to start. Ready?” You asked once more just to be sure. He nodded his head. He was scared at first because he was new to this but believed you wouldn’t harm him.

All of a sudden, a green flare appeared. “woaahhh!” He said quietly. You smiled and went back to focus or else it would disappear.

As you were healing him, he noticed your soft pink hair. He found it satisfying seeing how much it danced in the flowing wind.

“Good as new!” you yelled in excitement. “Thank you.” He replied quietly. He then pressed on the spot to see if it would hurt and it didn’t. “Y/n!!! We’re going home now! Let’s go!!” You heard your parents say from afar. Kawaki tensed up again after realizing how much time had gone by. “I have to go now. It was really nice meeting you.” You said.

“Are you going to be here tomorrow?” He asked shyly. “No, but I’ll be back maybe next week, around the same time!” You replied. He nodded his head, smiled, and quickly turned back around to wherever he was going to.

You turned around to see if you could still see him, only to find out he did the same. You both gave each other one last wave and went back to walking opposite ways.

A/N - Hello everyone! I hope you guys are doing well. Okay so before you guys begin I just wanted to thank you guys for reading my stories, it makes me really happy and motivates me to continue on. Ughh I really wanted to finish this because I didn’t want to keep you guys waiting. If only you guys knew how much work I have to do for school right now. “What’s wrong? why are you yelling?!” You said still trying to figure out whatever came out of his mouth. “It’s nothing, I had a bad dream. Sorry for waking you up.” He said yawning as he laid back down in your arms. It was silent for a moment. Your heart was still beating fast from the adrenaline that was rushed into your body. “You okay?” You asked, running your fingers through his hair waiting for a response. “Yeah, it’s just that I sensed unsettling chakra. But once I was aware of my surroundings, it left for some reason.” He said. You only hummed in response and tapped on his shoulder to let him know that you’re going to get out of bed.

You went into your stuff and picked out the clothes that you were going to wear for the day. “Shit, we had sex last night.” You said to yourself as the memories washed over you. You looked back at him and saw that he was also looking back at you. You both gave each other an awkward smile and slowly looked away. You stood up and walked out of the room only to find out that no one else was home. “I wonder where they went.” You thought as you walked to the bathroom. You checked the water temperature to see if it was good enough to walk in. And it was, so you started to strip down. You always thought showering was the best way to start your day and the best way to end your night. You just love being clean.

Once you were done showering you opened the door so the fog could come out. (And also because you couldn’t see anything in the mirror.) In the meantime, you brushed your teeth and your hair. After you were done with that, you opened the drawer and pulled out all the things you needed to make you look perfect for the day. “Hey are you going to take long? I need to take a shit.” Boruto said making you jump. “Yeah give me a few.” You said laughing. It never failed to make you happy knowing Boruto is comfortable enough to tell you things like that without making the situation awkward. You saw him turning around with his arms around his stomach. “Jeez what did he eat yesterday.” You said to yourself.

After you were done, you put everything back in its place to stay organized. You picked up your clothes and put them in your ‘used only’ laundry basket and walked out. “There, you could go in now.” You told Boruto. He then walked out of the room with clothes in his hand because he was also going to shower. Actually, he didn’t walk, he ran. You saw that the room was all clean. “Phew, thank you.” You said sighing out loud knowing you didn’t have to clean the room. You then walked out and into the kitchen to see what there is to eat. You thought to either make sandwiches or go out and buy something. “I’ll just wait until Boruto gets out. I’ll let him decide.” You said closing the cabinets. As soon as you sat down on the couch, you sensed Sarada and Kawaki’s chakra coming your way.

*Knock Knock*

“who’s there?” You said quietly as you opened the door, “hey! What are you guys doing here?” You asked. “Hii! We’re here to inform you that lord eighth ordered us to tell you guys a message. He said that if you guys are going to stay here, you have to be productive. For starters, you guys have to clean up trash around the village. Don’t worry though! Me and Kawaki are here to help you guys.” Sarada said. “Not that we have a choice.” Kawaki interrupted. You looked up at him and saw that he was staring right at you. He broke eye contact and looked to the left trying to hide his black eye. His whole face was bruised up. Compared to Boruto, he had no scratches on his skin. You didn’t say anything to Kawaki and also looked away turning your attention to Sarada. “Well, would you guys like to come in? Boruto is showering at the moment so we have to wait a bit.” You said moving to the side so that they could walk in. “Yeah that’s fine.” Sarada said letting out a giggle. “How’s Himawari?” You asked her. “She’s doing great actually! She’s so strong and independent now.” Sarada replied. “That’s good to hear.” You said smiling. ‘Please hurry up Boruto. It’s so awkward here.’ You said in your head. Kawaki was insanely quiet, you could tell he was still angry about yesterday and the only thing you could do is hope that another fight doesn’t break out.

“What’s up guys, what are you doing here?” Boruto asked. You sighed in relief. “They’re here because Shikamaru sent them. Me and you both have to clean up the village because apperantly he doesn’t want us being lazy.” You said. “When do we start?” Boruto asked Sarada. “As soon as we can.” She replied. On the outside, Boruto seemed unfazed about having to clean a village that he hasn’t even been in for years. But on the inside, he’s screaming, on his knees crying, shaking, and tugging his hair. “Okay, sounds good.” He said, then giving you a ‘we have to run’ look. You only smiled in response.

Kawaki was the first one to walk out. Leaving everybody else behind. Sarada gave you and Boruto a confused look. “What’s up with him?And why is his face all bruised up?” She said. “You don’t know what happened?” You asked her. “Don’t let it get to you, it’s nothing important.” Boruto interrupted trying to stop the conversation from going on. “Umm okay?” Sarada said quietly still having a confused look on her face but listened to Boruto and decided to push those thoughts away and proceeded to walk out the door. “Follow Kawaki since he is heading there already.” Sarada said loudly enough for the both of you guys to hear.

“Here we are. Directly in the middle.” Sarada said placing her hands on her hips. “Okay next step is to get in pairs. Y/n you’re coming with me. As for you both, go work together. Kawaki you know where to go right?” She said. “Like hell i’m working with him” Kawaki said. “And what makes you think that I want to work with you?” Boruto told him. “Alright then go work alone.” He replied. Sarada got in between them and looked at Kawaki, “You can’t let him work alone remember?” then turning her attention to Boruto. “Shikamaru ordered us to look after you guys. Don’t take it the wrong way because it’s not that he doesn’t trust you, it’s because he doesn’t want the village all confused.” She said. Boruto nodded.

“Well then, I guess me and you will work together. Kawaki, you already know what to do.” Sarada said. You and Boruto gave each other a goodbye with only your eyes then proceeded to walk opposite directions. You were following Kawaki and he was following Sarada.

“We’re here.” Kawaki said as he gave you a big trash bag. “I don’t want you picking up trash that’s not yours, so your job is to hold the bag for me.” You looked at him in awe. “Thank you but it’s okay, two better than one am I right?” You said. He stopped to look at you. “Your job is to hold the bag, okay?” He demanded which caused you to sigh.

After a while of looking around for trash, you started to grow hungry. You hoped it wouldn’t start to grumble loudly because the only time it does, it’s somewhere really auiet. *grumble* Speak of the devil. You heard Kawaki laugh from behind you. “You hungry?” He asked. “Yeah..” you said defeatedly. “Okay, just wait until we finish this little section and i’ll go buy you something to eat.” He told you. “Thank you Kawaki.”

You felt bad seeing him all bruised. “Sorry about yesterday, Boruto didn’t have to go all out on you like that.” You said. “It was worth every second though.” He replied with a big smile. “Shikamaru was going to kick both of you guys out because of what he did, but I told him no because it was me that was at fault.”

“How come?” You asked him. “Because that meant you had to leave and I didn’t want that.” “Thank you,” you said letting out a chuckle, “hey look, we’re finally done!” You blurted out. Kawaki looked up at the area and let out a faint smile, “Yeah, let me just tie this bag and throw it away.”

After he came back from wherever he came from he asked you, “What do you have in mind?”

“What do you mean?” You asked. “Like what do you want to eat.” He replied. “Ohhh! I was thinking on getting these big and fluffy pancakes. How about you?” You said. “I asked you what you wanted to eat, not me. Whatever you want i’ll buy and try it with you.” You only nodded. Kawaki admired your face, he found it kind of adorable seeing you all happy about food.

“Wowww so nicee!” You said admiring the cafe from the outside. “I heard they have amazing pancakes here. Hopefully they do make the ones you asked for.” He said as he opened the door for you.

When you walked in, you saw Sarada and Boruto sitting there chatting. Your heart sank when you saw Boruto handing her a tiny white bear with a pink lace tied around its neck. You felt betrayed. It’s not like you weren’t doing the same to him. You felt Kawaki lean in your ear. “Pretend you don’t see them.” He said. You stayed quiet and walked up to the cashier to place your order. “Do you guys make big, fluffy, and spongy pancakes by any chance?” Kawaki asked. “You mean Souffle pankcakes? If so, then yes we do!” The cashier responded. “Okay then, we would like two servings please.” He said. “Alright, anything else?” She asked. And Kawaki shaked his head to the left and right. “Okay, your total will be $18.57.” Kawaki then handed her the money. “Thank you, it will be ready in about 10-14 minutes.” She said as she went to the back.

“Want to wait outside in the meantime?” Kawaki asked. You nodded your head quietly. He started to get angry knowing Boruto knew that you guys were also there. Once you walked out, he sat you in a small round table with only two chairs. “You okay?” He asked. “Not really.” You replied. “Is it because of them?” He asked once more. That question made you look at him in the eye. You didn’t want him to know you loved Boruto because you also had feelings for him. “I’d take that as a yes.” He said. “You’re not mad, are you?” You asked. “Why would I be? As long as you’re here with me and not him, then i’m not mad.” He said smiling at you. You smiled back and looked away because you were growing nervous. Little did you know, he was too. After a while of you guys talking about random things Kawaki said, “I’m going to go check if the order is ready, stay here.”

You dozed off thinking about the scene you had just watched a couple minutes ago. You didn’t want to come to conclusion that Boruto had a thing for Sarada, you didn’t want to believe what you saw. Maybe you were just being dramatic. Maybe the bear was Sarada’s and Boruto was just giving it back. you heard footsteps behind you thinking it was Kawaki with the food. You turned around only to see Himawari coming your way. “y/n!!!!” She said as she gave you a big hug. “Hii! What are you doing out here alone??” You asked her in a happy tone. “I was just trying to find Kawaki. Is he here with you?” She asked. “Yeah, he’s in there actually.” As soon as you said that, Kawaki walked out with the food.

“Big bro! I wanted to ask you a super duper important question.” She told him. He placed the food on the table and turned to look at her. “What is it?” He asked. “Well, I just wanted to ask if Y/n could be invited to the sleepover!” she said. “A sleepover?” You asked. Himawari turned to look at you, “yes, if you’re wondering who’s going to be there, it’s just going to be ChoCho, Shikadai and Inojin.” She said with a big smile on her face. “Would you like me to invite Boruto as well for you?” She asked. “No it’s fine,” you told her. Kawaki looked at you in a surprised expression because you didn’t want Boruto to come.

“So would you like go?” Kawaki asked you. “Why wouldn’t I?” You said giving Himawari another hug. “You just made my day!! See you tonight!” Himawari said as she ran back to where she came from. You suddenly heard her screaming “she’s been invited guys!!” The second she turned the corner. You were shocked, “All of them were stalking on us?!” You asked Kawaki. You found it kind of funny because literally why were they hiding?

“Wait, tonight?” You asked. “Yeah, why?” He said. “No nothing, I just didn’t expect it to be so soon. I don’t even have any cute pajamas.” You said as you both sat down to eat. “Aw man I should’ve asked Himawari if she wanted to try these.” you said. “It’s fine, she comes here all the time.” He told you. He took a piece of his pancake and leaned his chopsticks closer to you. ‘He wants to feed me?’ You asked yourself. “Here, I want you to try mine” he said. “But we ordered the same thing?” You told him. “Shhh. I just want to feed you.” you nodded your head and opened your mouth. “Wait they’re actually so good!! Try mine” You told him, adding in a little humor. He started to laugh. You forgot how easy it is to make him laugh. Well only with people he is comfortable with. ‘His laugh is so attractive’ you thought to yourself. He noticed you staring at him “is there something on my face?” He asked which made you come back to reality, “what? No, Sorry if I was staring.” You said clearly embarrassed. He only smiled and started to eat his food while you did the same.

All of a sudden Boruto and Sarada walked out of the cafe. “What’s up guys!” Sarada said causing Boruto to sigh loudly as if he’s been caught. “Oh hey, how was the cleaning?” You asked her. “Pretty rough, Boruto on the other hand got hungry and took us both here.” Boruto turned around to look at you, then at Kawaki. He was acting childish it almost pissed you off. “Well bye now! See you guys later.” Sarada said as she turned and walked away with Boruto.

You only turned around silently. You didn’t want that to ruin your day so you just brushed it off of your shoulders. Kawaki noticed that both of you guys had already finished eating, so he stacked the plates and stood up to return them. A few seconds later, he walked out digging something out of his pockets. He took out some cash. “Here is some money if you want to go shopping for the sleepover.” He told you smiling. “I wish I could go with you but I have something important to do with Shikamaru. See you later.” He said walking to direction of the Hokage’s office. You looked down to your hands and spread out the money to count. “237$!? Is this pocket change for him or something?!” You said in your head.

You decided to go shopping like right now since you didn’t have anything else to do. You walked around the town to see what was new since it had been so long since you walked in these streets. You smiled at her then proceeded to look around. “There.” you said staring at the pajamas section. There were every types of pajamas like sets, long wear sets, nightgowns, robes, onesies, you name it.

“These are so cute!!” You said looking at the two piece set. It was a perfect shade of lavander, soft and silky. You loved how the shorts had ruffles on the ends. As for the shirt, it was spaghetti strapped, with white lace around the edges. You grabbed the set that was your size and proceeded to walk around and see what else there was to buy. “No freaking way!” You said looking at the cute displays of lingerie. “Hmm. Who’s going to be the lucky guy to see me in these?” You said to yourself laughing mischievously. You just love wearing matching bra and panties. Especially the sexy ones.

You ended up picking out a sky blue laced lingerie, a pastel yellow with colorful laced flowers, and finally, a dark red one. You were going to go check out until you remembered the most important part. Fuzzy socks. “Here you are.” You said looking at the socks section. You didn’t know which ones to choose. It was between either the white ones with pink stripes OR the pastel rainbow socks. “I think these are more cuter.” You said grabbing the ones with more color. “What else am I missing?” You asked yourself trying to remember what else is needed. “Slippers and a blanket!” You thought. So you went to go see where the slippers section was but ended up finding the blankets first and so you grabbed the softest one you could find, which was a pink one. “Okay finally, the slippers.” You said to yourself already tired of walking back and forth.

Once you found the slippers section you looked around to see which ones were worth buying. You smiled after you found the perfect ones. “Perfect.” You said grasping onto the bear design. It literally has arms and legs and when you put your foot in, it’s literally in its stomach. It looked almost like a plushie. “Time to go check out.” you said to yourself.

You ended up spending around 105$. Which surprised you because normally stores that looked modern were more expensive. You had about 3-4 hours to get to the sleepover. So you decided to use those remaining hours to get ready and clean everything you had just bought.

Once you got home you knocked on the door. you heard the locks clicking and then saw that Boruto had opened it for you. “Is my Aunt home?” You asked him. “Yeah, just her though. I think your cousins went out.” He replied. You walked in and decided those were the only words coming out of your mouth unless your aunt spoke to you. You didn’t want to talk to Boruto at all right now. Once you walked inside, you went straight to your room and took everything out your bags happily. “I’m going to hand wash these.” You said to yourself holding all the lingeries. You removed the tags off of the remaining cloths and stood up to go put them in the washer. Once you did that, you walked back to your room to hand wash the lingerie only to see Boruto holding them. “What are you doing weirdo.” You said. “Who bought you these?” He asked. “That’s none of your business.” You told him trying to take them away from him. “Boruto if you don’t give me them back, I’m going to scream and I am being for real.” You said.

“Scream then. I just want to know who bought you these?” He asked once more. “Well who do you think? The only other boy I hang out with is Kawaki, so I don’t know why you’re asking questions that you already know the answers to.” You told him. “No don’t worry, I knew perfectly who. I just wanted it to come out of your mouth.” He said. “Okay then leave me alone.” You said. “You’re going out tonight, right?” He asked. “Again, it’s none of your business. Why don’t you go ask Sarada these questions? You’re bothering me.” You told him walking out of the room to go ask your aunt for a flat iron.

After you came back with the flat iron you saw that he actually left. “What the hell is wrong with him.” It’s like he loves you one day then switches up and acts cold another. You wanted to cry out of anger because literally why was he acting like nothing happened yesterday. Shit, does he even remember or something?

The clothes were finally does washing so you then switched everything to the dryer and set a timer for 40 minutes. You walked to your room and picked the lingerie you were going to wear, which was the light blue one and headed straight to the bathroom. You started to hand wash each piece with laundry soap. Once you were done with that, you rinsed them and dried them with a tiny wind style jutsu on your palms. “The clothes are almost done right now. They’re going to be dry by the time i’m out of the shower.” You said to yourself.

Once out of the shower, you oiled your skin with baby oil and layered it with some lotion. You wrapped your hair in a towel because it kept getting in your way. You then put on your matching bra and panties. It kind of turned you on seeing yourself like this. “I need to go grab the clothes from the dryer. But to do that, I need to walk out looking like this.” You said to yourself. It was only about 10-15 steps away from the bathroom so you quickly sprinted to the laundry room and took the clothes out of the dryer. “So warm…” you said as you put them on. The only thing you didn’t put on were the bear slippers because you didn’t want them to get dirty quickly.

You then rushed to the bathroom to go do your makeup. You grabbed the palette that had the specific lavander shade you wanted. It even had the same shade with glitter. Your makeup came out to be really nice. You liked it. You put everything back to its place and connected the hair dryer to the outlet on your right.

It took you about 20-25 minutes to fully dry your hair. You laughed when you saw how messy and fluffed out it was so you grabbed your hairbrush to untangle it. Once you were done with that, you connected the flat iron to the same outlet you disconnected the hair dryer with. You turned the iron on and waited a couple seconds so that it could heat up. “Am I doing too much?” You asked yourself. “Nah, I don’t think so” you said shrugging. You knew the chances of having moments like this again were low to the ground so you decide to make the most of it.

You were finally finished with your hair and as you were putting everything away, your aunt peeked in and said, “You look so beautiful.” With a soft voice. “You remind me a lot of your mother. You look just like her actually.” She added. “Aww thank you!” You told her going in for a hug. “Wow! You smell so good too!!” She said making you laugh out of joy. You loved it when people compliment how good you smell.

“When are you going?” She asked. “Now actually! I think I won’t be home until tomorrow. Is that okay?” You said. “Of course! Just in case I’m not home just know I left a spare key under the mat outside.” She said moving to the side because she was in your way. “Okay thank you! Just let me go get my stuff and I’m out of here.” You said as you went into your room. You picked up the bear slippers and put them in one of your big purses you decided to bring since it was big enough to fit everything. You had to squish the bear slippers flat because they were too big. You also added in some perfumes, your toothbrush, hairbrush, extra socks, a pair of underwear just in case, some hair ties, makeup wipes, and the warm blanket you had just took out of the dryer. You punched the inside of the bag to push it flat again because the blanket was causing it to overflow. You zipped up the bag and put it around your shoulder then walked out of your room to let your aunt know you were going now. She just told you to be careful and make smart decisions. Wonder what that meant.

You left earlier than you were supposed to just incase Himawari needed help with anything. “Hopefully i’m not the first one there.” You said to yourself. You were nervous. Not because of Kawaki, but because knowing the sleepover is at Naruto’s house. It felt illegal without him being there, or Hinata too because she was always the one to open the door for you.

“What are those for?” You asked him. “Himawari left me in charge of the decorations. Want to help?” He replied. “Sure, what can I do?” You said. “Well for now go bring the mattresses from upstairs. They shouldn’t be heavy so don’t worry.” He said. You nodded your head and placed your stuff down on the couch and walked upstairs. Kawaki turned around and couldn’t take his eyes off of you. You could feel his eyes tearing holes onto your skin so you walked faster upstairs. “Where?!” You yelled so that he could hear you. “In Boruto’s room!” He yelled back.

You walked in Boruto’s room and saw that nothing had changed. You picked up a mattress and headed back downstairs. “You had me thinking they were going to be heavy. Anyways, where did you get these inflatable mattresses?” You asked him. “We’ve been having them. I didn’t know until like last month.” He replied. “Where do I place them?” You said. He looked down at you from the latter “hmm, let’s move the living room around.” He said as he climbed down.

He ended up shrinking everything from the living room except for the TV and placed them in his pocket so that he could put them away later for when he gets the chance. “Enough room?” He said jokingly. You let out a smile and nodded. He grabbed the mattress you were holding and placed it down on the floor. “Three more to go.” He said as he went upstairs to not lose any time and you followed behind to help. “Here,” he said holding out his arms trying to give you something. You held out your hand to catch whatever he was going to drop and saw that you were holding the mattresses. “Cute, right?” He asked. “Yeah it is.” You said looking at him. The idea the you both being alone made you a little nervous. “You should have just shrinked them from the start instead of sending me upstairs to struggle.” You said squinting your eyes at him.

He walked up to you and leaned in your face. You froze up like a statue, not knowing what to do. “I know.” Was all he said. He then brushed his nose against your neck. “Coming!!” Himawari said. When she opened the door you saw Shikadai, Chocho, and Inojin all together with a bunch of snacks in their hands. When they saw that you were in there with her, their smiles disappeared from their faces. Himawari noticed the sudden mood drop and said, “it’s okay guys. Please don’t be mad at me for inviting her. I just missed her so much.” Chocho looked at you and smiled. “It’s fine. If you invited her then I have no problem. Right guys?” Chocho said turning to face Inojin and Shikadai.

“Yes.” They both said at the same time.

When they walked in, Himawari gave them each a task to do. Chocho was in charge of adding bedsheets and pillows to the mattresses, Inojin was in charge of helping Kawaki with hanging the ribbons, Shikadai was in charge of helping you with setting up the lights, and finally, Himawari was in charge of making the desserts. Dinner had already been ordered which was pizza and wings but it was going to take a while since the order was big.

You and Shikadai each opened the box of string lights and took them out. “I thought the lights were going to be separated.” You told him. “No, it’s all in one string. Where do you want to hang them?” He said. You looked around to find a spot. “Want to curl them around the stair rails?” You asked him. He turned around to look at the stairs and nodded his head. You guys began to curl the lights around the rails.

Once you were both finished, you connected them to the closest outlet. “Let’s go help the others.” He told you. You nodded your head and walked downstairs with him. “How does it look?” You asked Himawari from the kitchen. The moment she saw the work you and Shikadai had done she smiled so hard. “I love it!!” She said.

Everyone was finished with their tasks except for Himawari. So you all decided to help her. Everyone was now in the kitchen mixing up a bunch of batters. She told you guys she was going to make brownies, cupcakes and cake.

“Oh and guys, I invited Mitsuki and Sarada on my way back home after buying batter. Hopefully they like the decorations.” She said excitedly. Boruto was most likely going to invite himself in knowing you were also in the sleepover. “Y/n and Kawaki, you guys are in charge of decorating the cake. Once it’s out of the oven you guys can start.” You and Kawaki looked at each other and smiled. “Shikadai and Inojin, you guys are in charge of baking the brownies.” She said as she handed them the batter. “Don’t forget to add chocolate chips on top.��

“As for me and you,” she said turning her attention to Chocho, “our job is to bake the cupcakes and add frosting to them.” Chocho smiled and nodded as a response.

Everyone got into their pairs and waited patiently for the cake batter to be finished so that you and Kawaki could start decorating it. “Hey” you said to him nervously. “Hi” he replied trying to hold in his smile. “Want to go see what else is new around the house in the meantime?” He said trying to find an excuse for both of you guys to be alone. “Wait guys before you go,” Himawari said. “The cake will be finished in about 13 minutes. So make sure to come back before the timer rings.” She said looking at Kawaki. “Yeah we will.” He replied.

You guys then ran upstairs laughing trying not to be loud and obvious. Obviously you guys were, but fuck it. He closed the door behind him and locked it. He had to cover your mouth because you were laughing uncontrollably. “Shhhhhh.” He said still having his hand on your mouth. You nodded your head to let him know you weren’t going to laugh anymore. Once he removed his hand from your face you kissed him getting straight to the point. The kiss was soft and passionate unlike the one from earlier. He gripped onto your hair. Not too soft but also not too rough. You pushed him against the door and decided to heat things up by kissing him harder. He understood the assignment and kissed back with the same speed. The room was silent, the only noises being heard were your lips smacking with his. He began to walk himself towards the bed, still not letting go of you until he turned around to sit himself down. He gave you the look. Oh? He wanted you to sit on him, so you did.

You had both your legs cradling his hips. You took off his shirt and began to kiss on his neck. He started to groan as soon as he felt your touch. No girl has touched him this way. You were the first and he was proud of it. Who would have known that he is a touch starved virgin? A lot of girls would kill to be in your place to take it away. You kissed your way down to his stomach, which meant that you were now on your knees. Things were going too fast. You wish you could stop right now but you couldn’t because of how blind you were by horniness. He loved the sight of you giving him puppy eyes. He knew what was going to happen next so he smiled and nodded. You got up a bit to give him a wet and messy kiss, at this point you guys were now fully making out. You wanted to continue kissing him but you had to hurry and do everything in speed before the timer was up. You’d say you both have about eight minutes left before having to go back downstairs.

You backed up to disconnect your lips with his and got back down on your knees. He lifted himself up so that you could lower down his pajamas. You grabbed the edge of his boxers and slowly pulled them down. As you were doing that, Kawaki was running his fingers through your hair. He was so big you started to question if you could do it. Boruto’s was big but not this big. You gulped hoping nothing goes wrong. “Ready?” You asked him. He only hummed in response. He couldn’t talk because of how desperate he felt for you. You lowered your head and kissed his tip softly. You pushed it back a little to run your tongue on it from the bottom to the top, licking him like a lollipop. You haven’t even started yet but you had him shaking and whining. You grabbed a hold of it and put your whole mouth around it. You began to suck on him, bopping your head up and down. “Fuckk….” Was all he could murmur. You could feel his dick twitching inside your mouth, you loved it when they do that. It made you feel like you were doing a good job. Suddenly he grabbed a hold of your head and started to control it. Shit, you needed to swallow and breathe. You eventually tapped on his thigh to make him to stop.

“What’s wrong?” He asked. He saw you trying to catch your breath answering his own question. “Sorry, I needed to breathe.” You told him smiling. You went back down to finish off what you were doing. This time you had breath so you reached for his hand and brought it to your head. You wanted him to control you, you preferred it actually because you like the idea of him grabbing you like a doll to pleasure himself, moving you around just the way he likes it. The room was full of his whining. He tried to be quiet by gluing his lips shut but he just couldn’t. You could tell him was about to finish so you swatted his hands off of your head and took control. You sucked him even harder out of your own pleasure. Boom. He started to erupt like a volcano. He started to shake uncontrollably once he felt your tongue swirling on his tip. You felt countless drops of liquid shoot to the roof of your mouth, swallowing every drop.

You brought your head up once you stopped feeling him leak. You peeked up to see what he was doing because he was quiet. You thought he had fallen asleep but he was just trying to catch his breath. He sat up and reached down to give you a kiss. He didn’t care if he tasted himself through your mouth. He grabbed onto your jaw tightly to kiss you deeper. You could feel his tongue going all over the place. You felt him pulling you closer to get on him. You got off of the floor and climbed on him. “Fuck I love you so much y/n. You felt his cold fingers brushing against what's between your things causing you to arch your back. He started to rub directly in the spot that made you feel good the most, still having his tongue aggressively exploring your mouth.

Now it was you making the noises. He loved the vibrating sensation your mouth made against his. You could still feel his whole body shaking, it was all because of how horny he was. He spun you around, now having you on your back. He got off of the bed and stood at the edge. He leaned down towards your ear and said, “my turn.” He pecked your mouth and was now on his knees. He grabbed the edge of your shorts trying to pull them down. He stopped.

You heard him sigh loudly. “Cockblocker.” He said as he got up gently to not bump into you. “What’s wrong?” You asked him. “Boruto is coming along with Sarada and Mitsuki. Who the hell does he think he is.” He said trying to walk out but you stopped him. “Let him in. After all, this is his house. Plus this is a special day for Himawari. Don’t ruin it just because Boruto’s presence is around.” You said. He stayed quiet and nodded his head.

Before he walked away he came back to give you one last kiss just incase you guys don’t anymore. He didn’t want to let go of your embrace and still continued to kiss you. It went from being soft and passionate to wet and aggressive. He knew that if Boruto were to come here, you would be by his side and not with him. He hated it. He wanted to claim you but he knew he couldn’t because you were already Boruto’s and he was just a side piece. He wanted to show you that he is better than Boruto and that he could treat you so much better than he can but he just can’t that because he knew that you loved someone else other than him. Possibly even more.

“Im going to miss you.” He said through the kiss. You were confused and didn’t think much of it.

He tried backing up but you grabbed him by his collar, still not letting go. He grabbed you by the waist, gripping on it as he rocked his hips against you. He then grabbed on your jaw and lifted it up making you face the ceiling and ran his tongue along your jawline. He eventually found your lips and kissed you quickly. You could feel vibrations coming out of his mouth. Fuck, you needed him so bad. You felt him walking towards the direction of the door while still having you in his arms. You didn’t want to let go but you had to because Boruto was steps away from knocking on the door.

Kawaki gave you one last peck before walking out and gave you an upset look. One of the timers Himawari had set up started to ring as soon as Sarada knocked on the door. “Himawari, take the cake out. I’ll open the door.” You heard Kawaki say from downstairs. You peaked to see what was going to happen but you just saw Kawaki being calm just like you told him to. Himawari ran towards the door and gave everybody a hug except for Boruto. She looked a little confused so you decided to walk down the stairs to make her think you were the one who invited him in. “Hi Boruto.” Himawari said shyly. He was happy to see her looking healthy and happy. “Hello. It smells really nice in here.” He said. You walked down stairs and he turned around to see you. He noticed how good you looked but you ignored him and walked to the kitchen. “Kawaki, come help me with the cake.” You said and he followed right behind you. He looked back at Boruto and gave him a smirk. “Asshole.” Boruto thought.

Everybody was finally finished cooking and decorating the pastries. Himawari put them in display for everybody to see. “We won’t eat these until dinner arrives, okay guys?” She said. Everybody agreed and continued to chat until the delivery guy arrived. You needed to use the restroom, so you went to the one that was in the basement since it was the closest. You always loved going down here since it was basically an arcade room. You wondered why Himawari didn’t make the sleepover over here. You walked in the bathroom and when you tried closing the door someone stopped you. “What the hell?” You said. You noticed that it was just Boruto. “Boruto get the hell out! Im about to piss myself no joke!!” You yelled causing him to close the door himself.

You flushed the toilet and washed your hands, “You can come in now.” He opened the door and walked in suspiciously. “Sorry for yelling. I was on the verge of pissing myself.” He didn’t say anything, instead he just laughed through his nose. “So.. what do you want?” You asked him. “I just wanted to apologize for being possessive earlier back at the house.” he said. His response made you sigh. “It’s okay, I forgive you.” You said looking down to check out his fit. “Where did you get those pajamas?” You asked. “I went shopping for some.” He replied. “But how did you know I was going to the sleepover if I didn’t tell you?” He let out a faint laugh. “You can’t hide things from me you know?” He said.

You tried opening the door but he stopped you. “So let me ask you this,” he said pausing for a second. “What’s going on between you and Kawaki?” Shit, you’ve been caught. You were going to respond but you stopped when you noticed he was walking towards you. Great, now you were cornered. “I thought you said you were going to stay away from him. Just for me, right?” He said leaning to your face. You looked away closing your eyes. He didn’t like the fact you looked away from him so he grabbed onto your jaw. “Look at me y/n.” You opened your eyes to face him. Shit, it started to hurt like a mother fucker. “Boruto, you’re hurting me.” You said giving him a hurt look. His eyebrows softened along with his grip. You pushed him off of you and ran up the basement stairs. Boruto’s been acting weird ever since you guys came back to the village and you hated it. You knew it wasn’t because of what had happened to Sasuke but because of Kawaki. Boruto knew that if he were to let his guard down, Kawaki would steal you from him. He doesn’t know how to tell you because he doesn’t want you to hate him and think that he is being possessive, so he expresses it with anger and frustration.

“The food is here!!!” Himawari yelled causing everyone to circle around the food. You went to go grab some disposable plates and handed one to everyone. You got two slices of pizza along with five spicy wings and ranch. You sat by yourself trying to act like you don’t see Boruto and Kawaki staring right at you. Right now you didn’t want to talk to neither of them. You thought about what Boruto was telling you earlier. He never acted so harsh on you. Especially after aggressively grabbing onto your jaw like that. He was always patient with you no matter what.

Once you were done eating, you threw away the paper plate and walked outside to go get some fresh air. The only person who saw you walk out was Boruto. You sat on the bench Naruto made for Boruto and Himawari when they were little. It made you a little emotional thinking about them. Knowing they are sealed at the moment, not a clue where they until Kawaki lets them out. You heard someone making noises towards the direction of the door. You turned your head to see who it was. Only to find out it was Boruto once again. You weren’t mad. You were just numb. You had no time to fight. He sat right next to you but didn’t talk. He figured it would be better to not speak at all.

You may be upset at him right now but you needed his presence. just him. You scooted closer to and laid your head on his shoulder. He reached for your hand and held it tight. You then brought your head up to kiss his cheek. His face brightened with a smile. “Want to go for a walk?” He asked you. “Yeah.” You replied.

You both stood up still not letting go of each other’s hands and decided to walk through the woods, just like how you guys did when you were younger.

You guys finally found a good spot after walking for about ten minutes. He laid his coat on the grass so that you both could lay down to star gaze. He sat down first and grabbed your hand gently for you to sit with him. “The coat came in handy.” You said because you didn’t want to accidentally step on a bug that could potentially bite you if it survived under your ass. “yeah, I brought it to star gaze.” He said as he laid down. There wasn’t enough room for you to do the same until you felt one of his hands pulling onto your waist to lay close to him. You were now resting on his chest, with one arm around him and a leg over his. He gently kissed your head and rubbed on your back softly.

You could hear his heart beat through his chest since you had one of your ears against it. You could also hear his lungs filling up with air. It was so relaxing that you could sleep here. You felt him shifting around almost as if he is pulling something. “Here.” You heard him say, causing you to get up. It was a bunch of flowers wrapped in beautiful tissue. You leaned in to smell them. They smelt amazing, “thank you Boruto, wait, where did you get them?? Your hands were empty this whole time.” You asked confusingly. “A magician never reveals his secrets.” He said as he handed you the same bear he was holding at the cafe with Sarada. “Isn’t this Sarada’s?” You asked him. “No, she was just seeing it to tell me if it was a good present to give you.” He answered. “Thank you again Boruto, I love everything.” You said. You never would have guessed Boruto would be giving you presents out of the blue. It was always rare.

He started pecking your face causing you to let out a slight giggle. His kisses kind of tickled because his lips were cold from being out here. He then caught you off guard by tackling you, sending you straight to the floor and attacked you with kisses all over your body. His kisses felt like as if he was pouring his love and affection on you, just the way you like it. It felt almost as if his purpose right now was to heal your spirit. Which worked obviously. You were both now a laughing mess, filling each other with happiness.

You then felt Boruto dig in your neck, he went from pecking, to dragging his tongue against it. You grabbed his head with both of your hands and brought him up to your face. You crashed your lips with his, immediately using your to tonged to fully make out with him. It’s fun seeing how things could escalate quickly. You enjoyed hearing the crickets chirping around you guys because it reminded you of when it was night time with Sasuke, you three would set up the beds and sleep outside. You slept faster when the crickets chirped. It almost felt nostalgic realizing it’s all in the past and you simply couldn’t go back to change the future.

You loved making out, it’s a sensation not even you could describe with words. It felt almost…out of this world? Boruto gave you one last peck before getting up, he brought you with him by pulling onto your back to help you balance since you were on the ground. “Come on, let’s get back before they finish dessert.” He said. You nodded and stood up, you turned around to grab your things from the floor only to find out Boruto had already gotten them for you. You awed in your head smiling. Simple things matter. “Are you ready?” He asked you. “Yes I am, let’s go now.” You said as you dusted the excess dirt off of you.

You guys finally arrived and walked into the house and saw that everybody was still minding their own business, still talking to one another. Himawari turned around and gasped, “These flowers look amazing!!! Aw and look at the bear!!” She said as she touched the bear’s fabric. You and Boruto both smiled at her. She relaxed her face thinking about something. “Wait where did you guys go??” She asked giving you both a suspicious face. “We went for a walk. I wasn’t feeling very well so y/n accompanied me. And I gave her these for her acts of kindness.” Boruto said. “Are you feeling any better?” She asked once more. “Yes I am, thank you for asking.” He replied. “Well, you guys came back just in time. I was just about to pass the desserts!” She said as she ran towards them.

“Everyone!! We can eat desserts now!! We are going to be up all night so make sure not to finish them all at once pretty please!!!” Himawari yelled in excitement. You and Boruto sat on the stairs together while eating brownies. You also grabbed a slice of cake that was decorated by you and Kawaki. Speaking of him, where did he go? He probably went to sleep. You looked around to double check if he was still around. As suspected, he wasn’t. You didn’t think much of it and continued to talk with Boruto. “Are you guys enjoying everything?” Said Himawari, sneaking up on you guys. “Yes I am Himawari, thank you again for inviting us.” You told her. She nodded her head and stopped for a second looking at you and Boruto asking, “are you guys dating?”

Boruto almost blasted the brownies through his nose. You looked at him to make sure if he was okay, then turned back to Himawari. “No, why?” You asked her. “Oh, it’s just I always see you guys together. And also because he bought you flowers.” She said laughing nervously. You gave her a smile, “I’ve always been there for him no matter where, so he is just paying me back with this.” You said as you pointed at the flowers.

She smiled proving her point that Boruto wasn’t a bad person. She didn’t like it when people saw him that way. “Okay then, see you guys later!” She said going back to where she came from. You thought about her question. You and Boruto weren’t dating but sure as hell did activities couples do. You looked at him and he gave you an awkward smile. “Want to go over to the beds? The stairs are getting uncomfortable.” You told him. “Yeah, I was about the say the same thing” he said getting up. You felt Kawaki walking down the stairs with you guys except he was as the top, almost as if he was waiting until you guys stood up to go back down to where everybody else was. “Why are there only four beds?” Boruto asked. “Oh, we all have to sleep in pairs. I mean the beds are pretty big so i’d say around three people could fit.” You told him as you sat down on your bed.

“Okay guys Kawaki is going to put on the movie for me because I needed some help. For now, can anybody help me with the popcorn?” She asked loudly. “I’ll do it!” Said Chocho getting up immediately. “What do you guys want to watch?” Asked Kawaki with the remote clicking through the movie app. “How about a scary movie?” Mitsuki suggested. “Do you guys want that?” Asked Kawaki turning around to hear opinions. “Yeah sure why not?” Answered Shikadai. Kawaki then handed the remote to him so that he could choose. As they were choosing, you got up to go get a glass of water because the sugar from the desserts dehydrated the hell out of your mouth. You opened the cabinet that had all the cups and carefully grabbed one because they were mostly made out of glass. You turned around and filled the cup with water from the dispenser, as you were waiting for it to fill up, you felt someone tap your shoulder. It was Kawaki.

He handed you a bowl of popcorn, “oh, thank you Kawaki.” You told him. “If you want more just ask me.” He said quietly. He then turned around and grabbed more bowls to pass out. He looked and sounded upset. You wanted to ask him what was wrong but he had already left to the living room.

You sat back down with Boruto to watch the movie and noticed that all the lights around you guys were turned off, including the lights that were wrapped around the stair rails. “Oh damn they are serious about movie time.” You told him as you laughed. “Yeah I thought the same thing.” He replied laughing with you. You then heard someone hush loudly. “Who said that?” Boruto asked looking around. Nobody answered. You found it kind of funny but brushed it off so you could focus on the movie. “Hey!! This is the movie we watched with master Sasuke! Remember??” Boruto asked you quietly. “Oh yeahh. It was such a good movie too, I wanted to wanted to know the name of it but I forgot to ask him.” You replied.

The movie had finished, it was pretty long but it went by fast because it was actually interesting. It was currently around 11 in the night, the sleepover already almost coming to an end, and you were starting to fall asleep. Except you couldn’t because Himawari took out the karaoke. But that’s not the worst part, the mic was grabbed by Mitsuki, and everybody knew that he sang horrible but they wouldn’t admit to such thing. You heard Boruto trying to hold in his laugh next to you as soon as the music started to play. “Boruto shut up before he hands you the mic, i’m not even joking.” you said quietly laughing with him.

As you were laughing you felt someone stare are you. You looked to see who it was and saw that It was Kawaki once again, you saw that he was trying to hold in his laugh as well. You both smiled at each other and went back to focus on the singer. Himawari stood up and tapped on Mitsukis shoulder. “You got to let everybody else have a try silly.” She told him. “Oh you’re right. My apologies everyone.” He said scanning to see who’s next. Shit. He was staring right at you. “Not me. Not me. Not me.” You said in your head. “Boruto, come up, you’re next.” You heard Mitsuki say. You started to laugh your ass off knowing Boruto thought he was going to get away with it just because Mitsuki was staring right at you, possibly even your soul. “Aw man, Why me out of all people?” He said standing up. He grabbed the mic and inserted a random song nervously. As soon as the song started to play it said. “Battery low” loudly then turned itself off.

“Fuck yeah.” You heard Boruto say quietly. He stood up happy and dived his big self on the bed. “BORUTO DON’T!!” You yelled but it was too late. You suddenly heard a big pop. “You popped the fucking mattress dumbass!!” You said laughing. Everybody else was surprised by the sudden act, they couldn’t even react. “What the hell? It was an air mattress?! Why didn’t you tell me...” He said clearly overstimulated. “Tell you?? How would I know you were going to dive.” You said getting up to check to see where the pop came from. “Well it’s a good thing only the lid popped open.” You said smiling. Kawaki stood up and walked upstairs. You thought it was just because he got mad but he came back with the mattress air pump in his hands, he then gently sat right next to you, trying to be as close as possible and inserted the pump inside the mattress. “Boruto, get off of the bed real quick.” You told him. He nodded and got off. As Kawaki was doing that, Himawari had put on another movie, this time it wasn’t a horror one, it looked to be more like a comedy.

“There you go.” Kawaki said patting on the mattress, fixing the blankets for you. “Thank you Kawaki.” You told him smiling. He got up and sat back on the chair he was sitting on. It was around that time where everyone was starting to fall asleep because all you could hear were yawns here and there.

“Guys I don’t think I can stand another ten minutes staying awake. I’m sorry.” Chocho spoke out as she got comfortable in the blankets. “That’s okay Chocho, I was also feeling tired as well.” Himawari said. “But before sleeping, do you guys have any room to finish all these desserts?” She added, not caring if we said no because she started to hand them out anyways. “Thank you.” Everyone said once they got one. “Wait, Kawaki where are you going to sleep? And, your room is not an option.” You heard himawari whisper to him. You were an expert at eavesdropping so whispering doesn’t help because you could still hear them.

“Well i’m the odd one out, everyone has their own pairs already, look. So I think the only option for me is to go sleep in my room.” Kawaki said making her turn around to see everyone with their partners getting ready for bed. Chocho was going to share the bed with Mitsuki, Inojin with Shikadai, Sarada with Himawari, and You with Boruto. “Well you’re going to have to share.” Himawari told him. It wasn’t something Kawaki could choose because she was commanding him to. “Okay..” he said looking to see whose bed to choose.

“Is it okay if Kawaki sleeps here with you guys?” Himawari asked you. “What the hell? N-“ “Yeah thats fine.” You said interrupting Boruto. You then scooted closer to Boruto’s side so Kawaki could fit, leaving you in the middle. “Wait, don’t get on the bed yet because I have to go get ready to sleep.” You told Kawaki. You stood up to grab your bag and headed upstairs, you preferred that one because it is more spacious.

You placed your bag on the counter and started to dig your hands in there to take out all the things you needed. Which was your toothbrush, your hairbrush, and makeup wipes. First, you brushed your teeth to get it over with. After you were done with that, you started to untangle your hair because you hate going to sleep without brushing through it. “Noo my curls are gone now.” You said to yourself. You put the hairbrush back in your bag and took out a makeup wipe. “I guess I was over dressed. Or maybe they were the ones that were under dressed?” You thought as you wiped your makeup off.

“Finished!” You said to yourself looking in the mirror. You wondered if letting Kawaki sleep with you and Boruto was a good decision, but oh well, you couldn’t do anything about it anymore. You packed everything inside your bag and headed downstairs with the rest. You saw that the tv was turned off, leaving only the decoration lights on. “All nighter huh...” You said in your head.

You placed your bag right back down where it was and walked over to the beds. You saw that Boruto and Kawaki were facing away from each other as far as possible. You laughed a little and walked in the middle of the bed to lay down. You got in the blanket that both of them were sharing, which was the pink one you had bought earlier today in the store.

You never felt so safe knowing that two of the most strongest males you know were right in between you. It made you feel happy in a way.

You were growing tired of facing the ceiling so you turned your body towards boruto. As you were doing that, Kawaki also did the same, now facing you. You didn’t know what he could possibly be planning right now because your back was facing him, well at least not until now because you felt him hug you from behind. Ugh, his warm embrace never failed to melt you. He must have some real guts to touch you like this right in front of Boruto.

“Hopefully me and Boruto get more days like these.” you said smiling yourself to sleep.

Hiii!! I hope you’re doing well;)

I was wondering if you would write a Kawaki Uzumaki x Fem! reader? Basically, when Kawaki was a kid living with his (abusive dad), reader meets him and heals him. They didn’t properly meet, but Kawaki remembers the reader by their hair color. (This might sound weird, but my OC has unnatural hair color so it’s a little based off of that sorry😭)

(also the reader and Kawaki are the same age)

Years later they meet when Kawaki starts living in Konoha, and in Boruto: Two blue vortex (preferably), reader heals Kawaki again, but then he gets like Deja-vu and remembers the reader?

Also, maybe, since Kawaki is usually harsh with characters, he is harsh with reader too- until he realises that she helped back when they were little.

Part Two!!!

A/n - hey guys i’m back with another chapter! Just before you guys start, there WILL be smut towards the end. Disclaimer, it is my first time writing something like this so please don’t hate on meee! This will also be a Kawaki x reader, just a little though. Enjoy!!!

Summary - You and Boruto end up staying in Kohona for a few days not knowing things would get complicated between you and him because of Kawaki.

Boruto changed into a completely different person. He barely laughs, even at the jokes he would almost piss himself in. He’s not the same person he was months ago, obviously because he almost lost his sensei, but also because he feels guilty of not being able to do anything to help. All he could do was just stand there and hear Sasuke scream for us to run for our lives. You always made sure to reassure Boruto that it’s not his fault and that we were going to lose even if we gave it our all because of the amount of claw grimes Code had summoned.

You and Boruto were taking a break under a shade. He was sitting on a log and you were leaning on a tree drinking water. His back was facing you but you knew he was staring at the ground day dreaming. You walked towards him and hugged him from behind. “Your hair is getting pretty long. Mind if I give you a haircut?” You asked jokingly. “Yeah, if that’s what you’d like.” He replied. You were surprised he said yes. He gave you one of his kunai and sat still so that you wouldn’t mess up. “I’ve been thinking,” he said staying quiet for a bit before continuing. “We should go back to the leaf village to tell Sarada about Master Sasuke. Then come back. I just can’t let her live thinking that he is still ‘alive’ and well with us, you know?” He said. “If that’s what you think, then let’s go. When do you plan on going?” You replied. “As soon as you’re done with my hair. The village is in that direction I think.” Boruto said as he pointed. Once you were done trimming down his hair you patted his shoulder to let him know that it’s time to go. “Alright get your stuff ready. We are going to run the whole way.” He said waiting for you.

“Boruto, let’s take a break, we’ve been running for the past 25 minutes and my lungs feel like they’re about to fall out of my ass.” You told him gasping for air. “Okay then, let’s walk for now.” Nugget was tired too, he didn’t even run at all, you were carrying him the whole time. “Nugget you are being so dramatic. You didn’t even have to run like us! Here, you want some worms?” You asked your duck.

Boruto flinched, “Y/n, I just felt code’s chakra in the village, we have to go now.” He said, then proceeded to run faster than he was before leaving you behind. “Whelp, I know he can take care of Code himself so i’m in no rush,” you sighed. “Here Nugget, i’ll let you fly for now. Chase after me and Boruto okay?” You told Nugget as you set him free to fly. You were tired of holding him when you ran because your arm was getting numb.

You finally pinpointed exactly where Boruto is. Once you arrived, you saw him having his foot shoved on Code’s face mid air then slamming him to the ground. “It’s that kind of sick thinking that creeps girls out…” Boruto said to Code. Code at that moment took advantage of Boruto’s position and tried to slash him with his claws. Unsurprisingly Boruto dodged them landing right in front of Sarada with his back facing her. “I’ve been looking for you, Boruto. I didn’t expect you to show yourself so readily. Makes me regret not coming to Konoha a lot sooner.” Code said.

“Withdraw your monsters, all of them. Do it now, while you’re still able to control them and i’ll let you live.” Boruto replied. “Wait, hold on. What’d you just say? Did you forget how helpless you were against me two years ago? You’ve got some nerve to tell me that you’re going to spare my life!” Code said laughing. “You obviously heard me. So hurry up and do it, or else you’ll lose more than your left eye this time.” Boruto said. “And here I thought i’d heard the worst of your bluffs. What can I do but laugh?” Code said.

“Boruto…” Sarada said quiet enough for only him to hear. “Sarada, there are still lots of folks who haven’t gotten away. Could you help them? Me and y/n will handle Code.” Boruto told her. “Are you sure?” She asked. “We’ll talk later, just stay alive.” He said. Sarada then left leaving You, Boruto and Code alone. You stepped back once you saw boruto touch his sword. Seconds later, all of the claw grimes that were just surrounding us were slaughtered by him alone. “I guess it wasn’t a complete bluff.” Code said.

“If you insist on pressing on, you’ll lose every one of them.” Boruto said. “And you’re being prematurely cocky. These don’t add up to a drop in the bucket. Besides, they’re just tools anyway.” Code replied. “You don’t understand the true horror of ten tails” you said as you jumped back next to Boruto. “I’ll say this one more time Code, i’ll let you live. In return, guide me to where the main body of the ten tails is. I’ll be honest, killing you is easy. So instead of dying in vain, why not do one good act for the world?” Boruto said.

“It’s irrelevant, since you’ll be the one dying.” Code replied. “I guess there’s no cure for idiocy.” Boruto said as he started to walk towards Code creating a Rasengan Uzuhiko. “Rasengan Uzuhiko.” He said. “Rasengan Uzuhiko?” Code asked confused. Code rapidly created claw marks on the floor surrounding you and Boruto. He then went in one and landed right behind him attempting to slash him from behind. Boruto knew what Code was up to but he took advantage of him getting close to him, he quickly turned around and spread his arm out to his face. Code quickly catched it. With Boruto’s free hand, he reached out for his sword but Code also stopped it. “You seem real confident about this jutsu. So it’s a shame you can’t hit me with it.” Code said.

“I told you, killing you is easy. In fact, i’m already halfway there.” Boruto replied. Suddenly visible wind started to coil up around Code’s body. “This is your last warning Code. Take me to where ten tails is. If you refuse, you can die here.” Boruto said. “Very funny. You, kill me? Go ahead and try!” Code shouted as he ran towards Boruto slowly, he didn’t realize he was still being affected with his Rasengan. After many attempts of Code trying to harm Boruto and Boruto easily dodging his attacks, he took action and saw an opening in Code’s body and quickly clenched his stomach. “Rasengan Uzuhiko.”

Code was sent flying to the ground. He quickly stood up to not let his guard down. “I’m surprised. I didn’t except you to still be standing up.” Boruto said. Seconds later Code fell to the ground. “Dammit!! What did you do to me?!” He yelled. “Enjoy. Think of it as a biting counter attack from this planet that you were trying to destroy. The damaging will continue semi-permanently. Semi because your life will run out before the planet stops spinning.” Boruto said.

“You cheekly bastard!” Code said attempting to stand up only to fall back down on his butt again. “Ugh” he groaned crawling backwards until he couldn’t because there’s a tree behind him. “However, there is the option of me stopping this Uzuhiko. Would you rather quietly await death or give me ten tails and live? I think it’s a choice even a fool can make.” Said Boruto.

“Boruto watch out!” You said when you saw Kawaki flying right towards him. Boruto quickly dodged, landing right next to you. “Kawaki!” He said. Everyone else started to arrive including Himiwari. “Boruto!” She said.

“What’re you doing here in Konoha, Boruto?! And what are you discussing with Code?” Shikadai yelled. “We’re trying to make a deal here. Do you mind not interfering?” Boruto said.

Code tried to escape by creating claw marks on the ground only to be stopped by Kawaki destroying them. “Kawaki. Stay away from him and don’t provoke him.” Boruto told him. “Who are you to order me around? If you showed yourself here, you must be prepared to die Boruto!” Kawaki replied. While both Kawaki and Boruto were busy talking, they didn’t realize Code was planning to escape once again. He had summoned a claw grime but kawaki quickly reacted, piercing right through the monster’s chest. That wasn’t enough though, because Code was still able to escape. His chakra was now completely gone. “Shikadai, you all go on agead.” Kawaki said. Then turned to face Boruto. “I’ve got business with this one.”

“It’s been three years. What’s with your outfit? You and Uchiha adoptee now?” Kawaki asked.

“Your smack talk sure hasn’t changed. But im glad to see Himiwari looking well.” Boruto replied. “Why are you guys here? If you’ve come to die at home, i’ll help you, right here, right now.” Kawaki said. “Dying in Konoha doesn’t sound bad, but not today. Butt out of this, kawaki. You’re in my way.” Boruto said. “You’re the only one in anyone’s way, Boruto. Hm? Don’t you think?” Kawaki said. Boruto was going to reply back to him until Koji started talking to him (the little frog). “Infiltration accomplished, Boruto. Code’s returned to base.” You heard him say. “Any signs of ten tails?” He asked. “Not yet, hold on… Confirmed. Ten tails is there.” The frog replied. “Good.” Boruto said disappearing immediately, leaving me and Kawaki alone. You felt awkward because you didn’t know what to say or do. There’s no chance that you can escape because then Kawaki is just going to assume something bad, so instead you decided to pay your aunt a visit. “Wait y/n please.” Kawaki said to you. You turned around to look at him to let him know that you are listening. “I’m sorry. None of this was my intention to make Boruto’s life difficult. It just kind of… happened and I don’t want you to hate me for it.” He said. “Well it’s too late now. I do hate you Kawaki.” You said to him turning back around.

You were almost close to the house. You were nervous meeting her and your cousins again after so long. You suddenly heard quaking. It was just nugget arriving. “You came!! Took you long enough.” You said laughing. “You’re going to have to get used to walking on your feet now Nugget, you’re gaining too much weight that’s why you get tired easily. Even just by watching me walk.” You said placing him down.

You finally arrived. You hesitated on knocking on the door. You took a deep breath and let it out. You knocked on it. You then started to hear the locks unlocking “Mom! She’s back!!” One of your cousin said as they opened the door. “No way! Let me see for myself.” Your aunt said opening the door wider to get out. She quickly gave you a tight hug. “Come on in! We were just about to eat lunch.” She told you as she shut the door behind you. Little did you know, someone was spying on you.

“So how have you been honey? You stopped writing for us a while ago” Your aunt asked you a little sad. “Oh sorry, it’s just things got rough for me and Boruto. Our sensei sacrificed himself in order for him and I to escape and stay alive. We were outnumbered by these monsters called claw grimes. Today people were getting attacked by them. Only two were turned into trees just like Sasuke.” You told them.

“I’m so sorry you had to go through all of that. How can you handle all of this?” Your aunt asked you. “I had Boruto’s company that’s why.” You told her. She then stood up and asked if you wanted anything to eat. “No i’m not that hungry right now. I just want to sleep to be honest. Can I?” You asked her. “Yes! did you forget you also live here silly?” She said laughing. She carried your things to your room. “Thank you. You didn’t have to carry my things all the way here.” You said. “It’s fine, don’t worry. Well, if there’s anything you need, please tell me okay?” She said. “Yeah, thank you.” You replied. She then walked out and closed the door. “Ugh I need a shower before I lay down on the bed.” You told yourself. You went in your bag and pulled out the clothes you were going to wear. You walked to the bathroom and closed the door behind you. You wondered what Boruto could be doing right now. “Why did he have to leave me alone with Kawaki, he could of at least told me where he was going.” You said in your mind. You used to be so close to Kawaki, even liked him too at some point. You wondered if he ever liked you the way you liked him, he was always soft with you but rough on others. He treated you as if you were a delicate flower. People even said they felt uncomfortable with the way he treated you. But there was also Boruto, He was always there for you, and you were always there for him. He was even comfortable enough to talk about personal things.

You knew deep down Kawaki didn’t mean to swap roles with Boruto. He was just expressing his feelings to Eida, and she wasn’t at fault either because she apologized to Boruto afterwards and tried to look forward to undo whatever she did. But oh well, it is what it is. Maybe this happened for a reason. “Damn this shampoo smells so good.” You said.

After you were done showering you brushed your hair and put everything back in its place and went back into your room. The moment you entered, you saw Boruto sitting on your bed. “Hey” he said. “Oh, hey. What are you doing here?” You asked while you put your things on the floor. “Just wanted to tell you some things I learned.” He said. “Yeah, go ahead.” You told him as you sat on the bed next to him. “Okay i’m going to keep it short because it’s just too much. Basically if you get bit or attacked by a claw grime, you turn into a tree. After that happens, a divine tree looking human gets created and uses your chakra to stay alive. And while I was there I saw one that looks just like Master Sasuke. I had to leave as fast as I could because they started to gang up on me. I almost didn’t get away.” He said.

“So they rely on your chakra to stay alive? Do you think in order to kill the divine tree humans we need to remove the human from the actual tree?” You asked. “I think so, but we’re not going to do that.” he replied. “Where are you going now?” You asked when he stood up. “I’m going to see Sarada remember? I’ll be back though don’t worry. Also nugget is outside if you didn’t know.” He said. “Yeah I left him outside. He was going to poop everywhere if I brought him in. And, be careful. I’ll be waiting for you.” You said. He nodded and walked out of your room. You laid back on your bed like a starfish and sighed. You then layed on your side and closed your eyes.

You woke up to noises in your room. You didn’t know where it was coming from because you were still half asleep. You then realized the noises were coming from your window. You stood up to go check and saw that it was kawaki trying to get in. “What the hell are you doing?” You said pushing him out. “Nah, what are you doing here y/n.” He said awkwardly. “What the hell does it look like? I’m at home” you said to him as you locked the window. “I hope Boruto comes here soon” you thought as you got back on the bed and rubbed your eyes. “Y/n! Kawaki is here, he’s coming right your way!” Your aunt says loud enough for you to hear. You let out a scream and covered your mouth. You then stood up quickly trying to shut the door because you saw him twisting the knob.

“get out Kawaki I don’t want to see you.” You yelled. He didn’t listen, instead he opened the door slowly trying not to fling you across the room. “Wheres Boruto?” He asked shutting the door behind him and locking it. “Jeez, not even a hello or something?” You said. “Hello” he replied. “I don’t even care anymore don’t worry. Boruto isn’t here if that’s what you’re here for. So you can find your way out now.” You said pointing at the door. “Don’t worry, I know exactly where he is.” He said. “Then why ask?” He stayed silent. “Let’s go out to eat.” He said looking away. “Are you kidding me? I don’t want to.” You said. “It’s either go out with me or I go after Boruto.” He said. You narrowed your eyes. “Fine, let me get ready, wait for me outside.” You told him. He took a deep breath and walked out. “Why is he so scary now. I could barely recognize him” you thought to yourself as you changed your clothes and quickly did your hair and makeup.

It took you about 15 minutes to finish. Right before you walked out you went to go find your aunt. She was in the backyard with your duck. “Oh hi! Did Kawaki leave?” She asked. “No. Actually, we’re going out to eat. I’ll be back in a few. So don’t worry.” You said smiling. “No wonder you’re dressed so gorgeous. Your duck is so cute!! How does he not fly away? Im surprised.” She asked. “To be honest, I don’t even know so myself.” You laughed. “Okay Im going to go now, bye!” You told her as you went back inside to go out the front door.

When you walked out he was right there leaning on the wall staring at the sky. “Let’s go now mr mysterious.” You said laughing a little, his stance was so cringey. “Where are we going?” You asked. “Hmm…Where would you like to go?” He asked. “I guess lightning burger, man I miss that place.” You said. “Okay then, lightning burger it is.” He replied.

You guys arrived and he payed for everything you ordered. He went to go find a spot to sit while you guys were waiting for the food to be ready. “So.. how have you been y/n?” He asked awkwardly. “I’ve been ehh, it’s not easy being away from home.” You replied. “Why did you leave? There was no reason for you to go with Boruto.” He said. “I don’t know, I guess I just didn’t want him to be alone.” You replied. He only hummed. Our order was ready. You saw that our food was in a bag instead of a tray. “Let’s go somewhere more quiet. Are you okay with it?” He asked. “Yeah, it doesn’t matter.” You replied. He took you to the closest park from your house. “Would you like to eat in the swings with me?” He asked. “Yeah sure.. whats with you acting so formal?” You said. “I just don’t want to dissatisfy you.” He replied in a nervous tone. “Don’t worry” you said as you sat next to him on the swing. He handed you your burger and fries then put your soda on the floor next to his. You unwrapped the burger and took a huge bite. “So gooddd,” you said, “did you know i’ve been having dreams about eating this??” You told him smiling. He smiled back shaking his head. “Are you and Boruto dating?” He asked. You almost started to choke from the food in your mouth. “No, why?” You said nervously. “Nothing, forget I asked.” He said.

“C’mon, now you need to tell me why or else I won’t be able to sleep.” You said. “Sarada and him were acting so close.” He said. “How close?” You asked. “I mean, all I saw was him hugging her a little too hard. Like as if it were the last time they were going to see each other. Her face was all up in his neck too, it was kind of unsettling.” He said. “Oh, I guess they just missed each other.” You laughed. You felt jealous, Just a little though.

“I guess.” He said as he took a bite out of his burger. “If you saw him, why didn’t you just go after him?” You asked. “I wanted to come see you before I did anything. You know, just in case you guys leave because of a fight or something.” He said staring at the floor a little embarrassed.

“Well don’t worry, I don’t think we’re going anywhere yet. I’m not sure though. I’ll see what Boruto says.” You said.

“What Boruto says? Do you need permission to stay or leave or something?” He asked. “No, not really. It’s just, wherever he goes I go, you know.” You said and he just nodded and stayed silent.

“The food was good, thank you Kawaki.” You told him as you threw your trash away. Yeah no problem, if you ever want something from any kind of store store just let me know and i’ll buy it for you, okay? Don’t waste your money when i’m around.” He said. All you could say was thank you. Now that you guys were done eating he decided to take you home.

You heard him scoff and you looked at him confused. You then realized Boruto and Sarada were right behind us. “Let’s go now y/n.” Boruto said. “She can’t, she’s busy.” Kawaki replied. “Stay out of this Kawaki.” Boruto replied.

“You stay out of this, she’s going home with me. If you have a problem with that, then you shouldn’t have had left her alone in the first place.” Kawaki said grabbing your arm and walking to the direction of your house. Leaving Boruto and Sadara behind.

“Thank you Kawaki for walking me home.” You told him as you walked up the porch. “Yeah, see you tomorrow?” He asked. “Maybe” you replied. He smiled and nodded. “Bye now.” You said walking in and closing the door. You sighed knowing Boruto is going to want to talk to you about why you were hanging out with Kawaki. “Hopefully he doesn’t get here yet.” You thought to yourself. You walked in your room and checked around to see if Boruto had arrived. Nope. You placed your things on the bed and grabbed your pjs and underwear to shower.

After you were done showering you started to take out your things to get ready for the night. You rinsed your toothbrush and placed some toothpaste on the bristles then started to brush your teeth. “I hope Boruto doesn’t get upset. None of this would have happened if I declined Kawaki’s invite to go out. But still, if I said no he would have gone to Boruto and create an even bigger scene. Well, it is what it is I guess.” You thought.

After you were done brushing your teeth you brushed your hair because you don’t like sleeping with tangled hair. As you were brushing your hair someone knocked on the door. “It’s occupied!” You said awkwardly. “let me in.” Boruto said. You opened the door and moved to the side so he could walk in. “Jeez couldn’t you have waited outside? What if I was pooping or something?” You said. “If you were, you wouldn’t open the door for me dummy.” He replied. “Hold on, let’s talk in my room i’m finished.” You said as you got your things and walked out of the bathroom and into your room. Boruto followed behind you and closed the door. You heard the lock click but didn’t think much of it. You put your things back in your backpack and set it on the floor. You then walked over to the tv to grab the controller to turn it on. There was nothing good to watch so you just left it on a cooking show and walked to the bed and got under the sheets. You turned around and saw Boruto making a tiny bed on the floor. “Boruto, you know you can sleep on the bed with me right?” You said. “I’m okay here. You can ask Kawaki to sleep next to you, i’m sure he would say yes.” He told you. That reminded you, “hey, what were you going to talk to me about anyways?” You asked. “About him. Why were you guys hanging out together?” He asked. “Because I can.” You told him. “I thought you hated him though.” He said harshly. “I do.” You replied. “But-“ “Boruto, stop it. I can hang out with whoever I want, okay? I hate him for acting selfish and expressing his feelings about wanting to be Naruto’s real son to Eida but he didn’t mean for it to actually happen. It just did. He’s still my friend.” You told him sitting up. “Well it doesn’t look like it.” He said mumbling as he got under the covers with you too. “Why do you care so much? You were with Sadara the whole time and i’m not complaining. To top it off, Kawaki told me you guys were hugging a little too hard. You’re with her but still worry about what I do. Like, what?” You said. “She was the one hugging me like that. I just hugged her back to not seem rude. He told you that to make you jealous.” He said.

“Jealous? As if.” You scoffed. “Then why mention it. Hm?” He said carrying a smirk on his face. “Shut up, i’m going to sleep.” You told him turning your full body around.

You heard him scoff. He got off of the bed to turn off the light. He then grabbed the controller and turned off the Tv. It was pitch black in your room. You felt him get back on the bed and adjust himself to a comfortable position.

You felt eyes pericing holes through your back.

“Stop staring at me Boruto.” You said. Seconds later he turned around. “Y/n” he said. “Yes?” You replied. “I want you to stop hanging out with Kawaki.” He told you. “You say it like as if we’re going to hang out everyday, we’re not even going to stay here for long… Are we?” You said. “Yeah. When I went after Code to find ten tails, I overheard the divine tree humans talking about how they are coming after Sarada, Konohamaru and Eida,” he said still not finished, “we can’t leave knowing what they’re planning. You know?” Boruto said. “Okay that’s fine but you still can’t tell me what to do.” You told him. “Fine do whatever you want.” He said scoffing again.

“Stop scoffing so much!” You said elbowing him right in the ribs. “Ow, you dumb pig!” He said elbowing you back. “Go to sleep or I’ll kick you off my bed.” You told him. “Shut up! I am already!” He replied.

You woke up and felt Boruto big spooning you. You read the clock on the counter next to your bed and it read 9:48 am. It was still a little early so you tried to go back to sleep. Boruto felt you adjusting to a more comfier position in his arms and that made him smile knowing you were awake and okay with the state you guys were in because you would normally push him off. He brought his arms down to hug your waist and got closer to you until there wasn’t any space between you guys. You didn’t know if he was acting bold or if he was still sleeping.

The position was kind of uncomfortable so you turned around fully to hug him. Then put one of your legs between his and brushed your fingers through his hair. His face was still buried in your neck, so you felt him smile against your skin. Boruto felt so happy, it almost reminded him of when his mom would run her fingers through his hair when he couldn’t sleep. “Y/n! Wake up, breakfast is almost ready!” Your aunt told you on the other side of the door. “Okay!” You said in a sleepy voice. You heard Boruto smack his lips. “We can’t have anything nice.” You heard him say. “Says who?!” You yelled tackling him back on the bed. You ended up sitting right on top of him. He looked at you first, then brought his eyes down to where you were sitting. he brought his hands to your waist, then down to your thighs. “It’s not going to end well if you don’t get off.” He said blushing as he leaned his head back on the bed. He liked the way you sat on him. You felt him getting hard on you and it rested against your clit so you grinded on him. He started to moan so you covered his mouth and pecked on his neck. “C’mon, let’s get ready.” You said patting on his chest as you got off of him. He smacked his lips angrily again. “That’s what you get for letting another girl hug you.” You thought to yourself smiling.

“Hey, can I use the shower?” He asked you. “Yeah go ahead. Make it snappy though because i’m going to shower too.” You said rubbing your eyes. “Now i’m going to take longer for sure.” He said walking out with his clothes in his hand. “Since when did you start getting so annoying? I’m going to stop cleaning your clothes watch.” you said loud enough for him to hear. You stood up to go grab your backpack. “Man I need to go shopping, i’m tired of wearing the same cloths.” You said as you pulled out all of the things you needed.

Boruto finally finished showering. “Hurry up, we need to go somewhere.” He told you. “To where?” You asked him. “I’ll tell you once you’re done.” He replied. “Okay.” you said walking out of the room and into the bathroom. You quickly showered, brushed your teeth and did your makeup to not take any of Boruto’s time. It might be important.

“Okay i’m finished, where are we going?” You asked him as you put your things down. “To the Hokage’s Office. Shikamaru summoned the both of us.” He told you. “In a bad way or in a good way?” You asked him. “I’m not sure. But we have to go now.” He told you as he walked out of the room.

“Y/n and Boruto, what are you guys doing here? Do you think it’s okay for you guys to just come back like nothing happened? Are you mocking us or something?!” Shikamaru said harshly. “Lord eighth, I think this is the perfect time for us to explain our sudden appearance, thank you for summoning us.” Boruto said to Shikamaru. “Alright, go ahead.” He said. “Yesterday, me and y/n were planning to come here to Konoha to let Sarada know about what had happened to master Sasuke. And then on our way there we felt Code’s chakra so we ran even faster to get there faster. Once we arrived, I beat his ass so bad he had to retreat. And when he did, I tracked him down and found out where he had the ten tails hidden and teleported right to him. Me and Code got caught up in a terrible situation and saw the victims of the claw grimes already turned into divine tree human looking things. They were discussing on who to come after and I heard each one of them say specific names.” Boruto said. “Well, what were the names?” Shikamaru interrupted impatiently. “All I heard was Sarada Uchiha, Konohamaru Sarutobi, and Eida’s name being called. We decided to stay to come help you guys just incase anything were to happen.” Boruto said finishing with everything he had to say. “Alright thank you. But we don’t need your help. So you guys can find your way out now. And I mean the village.” Shikamaru said pointing a finger towards the door. The second Shikamaru pointed at the door, Kawaki and Sarada bursted in. “Get out! This is private business!” Shikamaru yelled. “We’re not leaving. Let them stay and we do need their help.” Kawaki said making an excuse only for you to stay longer. “But how do we know we can trust them?” Shikamaru asked. “Because it’s coming out of my mouth. If anything were to happen, I could easily stop them. Only I am capable of doing that.” Kawaki explained. “Fine. You’re in custody of them now.” Shikamaru said as he sat back on his chair. “What?! You’ve got to be kidding me!!” Boruto yelled tugging on his hair almost falling to his knees. “You’re excused. Report to me immediately if anything happens Kawaki.” Shikamaru finally said. All of you guys walked out and stayed outside of the room awkwardly. “Hey y/n, it’s been so long!” Sarada said giving you a hug. “Yeah, it has!! How have you been?” You asked. “I’ve been great now that you guys came back!” She replied.

“Y/n, can we talk?” Kawaki asked you. “Privately.” He said as he grabbed your arm and took you out of the building. You felt the furious coming out of Boruto’s body. “What did you want to talk about?” You asked him. “Nothing. I just wanted to make up an excuse so that we could hang out.” He said smiling. “Really?” You said laughing. “I want to spend my money on you. If you’re okay with it of course.” He said. “You don’t have to. But we can walk around the mall.” You told him. “That sounds good, let’s go.” He said. “Not without us though.” Boruto interrupted. “Sure whatever.” Kawaki told Boruto. Then turning around to walk to the direction of the mall.

You guys finally arrived. “Okay get into pairs. Im going with y/n. See you guys around.” Kawaki said leaving Sarada and Boruto behind. You turned around to look at Boruto and gave him a sorry look. Kawaki was doing way too much now. “They could hang out with us too you know.” You told kawaki. “The plan was originally for only us to hang out, not them. Since they wanted to come, they can go shopping too, just not with us.” Kawaki replied. You just nodded. You didn’t like the idea of Boruto and Sarada hanging out together. And Boruto didn’t like the idea of you hanging out with Kawaki either.

“Let’s go in there!” You told kawaki when you saw an arcade store. “I was about to say the same thing.” He said grabbing your arm to lead you inside. Kawaki had bought a 30 minute game card for you guys to play. “Let’s get on these motorcycles” kawaki said as he inserted the card. You and him got on both bikes. “Get ready to eat my dust.” You told him laughing. “We’ll see about that.” He replied in a cocky tone.

Once the game started you were doing good until obstacles started to appear making you have to lean left and right, the bike was too heavy to lean on. Eventually the game finished leaving you at fourth place. “I win! What a loser.” Kawaki told you. “That’s because you got lucky” You said getting off. “Hmm, where to next?” He said looking around. “Great, now you’re here too?” He told Boruto. “Woah, calm down buddy. This store ain’t yours is it?” Boruto said smiling as he walked away with Sarada.

“Let’s go over there Kawaki.” You said pointing at the rows of claw machines. “Yeah sure. I didn’t even see those when we walked in.” He said walking towards them. Some of them didn’t even have cool prizes but you still looked around. “Look at that big ass shark!” You said pointing at one of the machines. “You want it? I’ll get it for you, first try too. Watch.” He said smirking as he scanned the card. He was moving the claw around to a perfect angle and dropped it. “No way you actually got it!!” You said as it went down the hole for you to grab it. “What the hell? I’m even surprised too.” He said laughing. “It’s so big and fluffy! Thank you!” You told him as you gave him a tight hug. Boruto watched the whole thing happen but didn’t react because Sarada was right there. “That should be me winning you that prize y/n.” He thought as he walked over to a fishing game. “Yeah, no problem” Kawaki said smiling. He was happy to see your smile again. “I want to win you something too. Pick something you like and i’ll get it for you.” You told him. “Hmm, this one.” He said pointing at a small little duck. “Aww, did you know I have a real one in my aunt’s back yard?” You told him.

“Yeah, I saw him yesterday when I tried climbing up your window.” He told you. He then scanned the machine for it to start working, you grabbed the knob and moved the claw directly above it. As soon as you were about to click the button Kawaki moved it a little to the right, having his hand on top of yours and pressed on it to drop down the claw. Eventually, you did win him the duck. “Thank you for helping me.” You told him as you stared at him. He stared at you back then smiled. “Thank you too, for winning me this. I wanted it because it reminded me of you.” He said as he squished it. “Let’s go play whack a mole.” You said as you walked over to the game. Boruto saw where you two were heading and quickly ran to the game and scanned it, he turned around and pulled out his tongue in secret to prevent Sarada from seeing him. He grabbed the hammer once he saw the moles starting to pop out. “Watch this.” Kawaki said smiling hard then pulled up next to Boruto and started whacking the moles with his hand to make him mad. “Dude stop it. You’re being annoying.” Boruto said. He then grew tired of kawaki being annoying so he tried to whack him with the hammer. Kawaki caught the hammer pulling it from his hand and hit him with it. Kawaki grabbed your arm and ran out of the store once he saw Boruto running after you guys. He stopped chasing once you two were completely outside to store. “Did you see the way his face looked when he was sprinting?!” You said tugging on your stomach because you felt abs forming from laughing. Kawaki could only nod because he was unable to talk from laughing as well. Everyone was looking at you guys as if you were crazy but you didn’t care. “I need to use the bathroom now, I almost peed myself.” You said as you stood up. “Yeah me too.” He replied.

You guys started to walk through the mall to find the nearest bathrooms. “Right there.” You said pointing at the bathroom sign. You were done using the bathroom and saw that Kawaki was waiting for you right outside. “Do you want to go get something to eat?” He asked you. “Yeah sure! Like what?” You replied. “Let’s walk around, I can’t decide.” He said. You ended up buying a whole rotisserie chicken because of how Juicy it looked on the menu. And Kawaki bought a beef burrito. “You’re going to eat all that?” He asked you worried. “Not really, do you want to share?” You asked him. “Yeah, why not. Take a bite out of my burrito, I want to share with you too.” He said. You leaned in and took a bite out of it. “It’s so good what the hell.” You said. He then cut it and gave you half of his burrito. You ripped the chicken apart and placed it on a plate. You gave him the best pieces and then handed it to him. “If you want more chicken just ask me.” You told him smiling. “The chicken is really good and well marinated. I think I might have to come back here only for the food.” He told you.

“I’m so fulllll.” You said as you threw away the trash. “Yeah so am I, I feel like Im about to pop.” He replied. “Hey I want to go in there.” You told him as you pointed at a clothing store. “Then go in, you don’t have to say anything because i’ll be right behind you.” He told you. As you walked in you saw how beautiful all the clothes were. Kawaki ended up buying you five cute tops and three pants. “Would you like anything else?” He asked you. “No, i’m happy with all of this already, thank you.” You said leaning your head on his shoulder “maybe too quick to be leaning on his shoulder?” You thought to yourself as you removed your head from him. “Hey, let’s go in that candy shop.” He told you. You nodded and followed behind.

“I’ve never seen a candy shop this advanced.” You told him as you looked around. He handed you a bag to put the candies in. “Let’s go to the back corner first.” He said. Kawaki was putting all sorts of candies in his bag and so were you. He placed a chocolate in your mouth quickly to prevent any worker from seeing. You turned to look at him and saw that he was also chewing on one. You slapped his shoulder smiling. “Ouu! These one have juice in them, look.” You said surprised. “Whatt, let me get those.” He told you as he scooped the candies and put them inside his bag. “Hey, I can’t fit any more.” You told him. “Yeah neither can I, let’s go pay now.” He said.

The cashier closed the bags and placed a sticker to keep it closed. “Your total is thirty dollars.” She said. Kawaki handed her the money and gave you your bag. He put his wallet away and grabbed his candy bag and walked out. “I can’t wait to eat these.” You said. “Same, but i’m eating them now.” He told you as he ripped the sticker off. “Try this one.” He said as he pulled out an earth looking candy. You opened your mouth and he fed you it. “Those are really good, I should have gotten those” you said. “Y/n, there you are. I’m leaving with Sarada. Would you like to come with us?” Boruto asked you. “Uh, where are you guys headed to?” You asked him. “To my house! My mom wants to talk to Boruto, but you guys can come along too.” Sadara answered. Honestly, you just wanted to go home. “No it’s okay, you guys can go.” You told them. “Alright then, i’ll see you later y/n.” Boruto said looking at you in a mad expression and left. “What’s his deal?” Kawaki asked. “I don’t know.” You said lying. You knew exactly why Boruto was mad, and it wasn’t about the whack a mole incident, it was because of what he told you last night, to stop hanging out with Kawaki.

You and Kawaki decided to stay longer. “Hey, I heard they have a movie theater in this mall. Want to go check?” He asked you. “Yeah sure why not.” You told him. You both Walked around the mall trying to find the movie theaters. Turns out, it was on the other side of the mall this whole time. Once you guys arrived, you looked at the movies they had available. “How about a horror movie?” He asked you. “Yess” you said excitedly.

Kawaki bought two tickets for the scariest movie they had. “It’s kind of empty in here.” You said. “For me, I prefer for it to be emptier.” He said looking at you. You guys went inside the movie room and sat on your seats, which were the ones all the way in the back. The screen was just playing ads before it began, so it was kind of awkward. “Thank you Kawaki, it was really fun. I never really thought I would find myself being your friend again.” You told him. “Yeah, I had fun too. And sorry again for making you hate me. I really am. Not a day goes by without me regretting what I did to you.” He said grabbing your hand and squeezing it. You looked at his hand holding yours then looked at him. “This is wrong. I can’t do this to Boruto.” You thought to yourself. “Oh it started!” You said adjusting to your seat a little nervous and thankful that it got you out of the situation.

“Man that movie wasn’t even scary.” Kawaki said unimpressed. “Yes it was you lunatic! I don’t think i’ll be able to sleep tonight.” You told him. “Scaredy cat.” He whispered in your ear. You tried smacking him but he dodged. You looked around to find a clock to see what time it is. “Damn, it’s almost 7pm!” You said surprised. “Yeah, the movie was like three hours long.” He told you. “I think it’s time for us to leave. I’m getting a headache from staying here too long.” You said. “Yeah that’s okay.” He said. You guys exited the mall and walked back home. “No way it’s this dark already.” You said surprised. “Yep, winter is almost here that’s why.” Kawaki replied.

You guys finally arrived at your house. He handed you all bags that were yours. The sky was completely dark and you could barely see the steps while walking up the porch. He followed behind. You stopped in front of the door and turned around. “Thank you again Kawaki. It was fun.” You told him. “Yeah no problem, I had fun too. This might be selfish of me to do but…” he said as he leaned towards you. He pecked your lips. It left you speechless, but you kind of liked it. You put your things on the floor in front of the door and went up to face him again. You both slowly leaned in, he put a hand on your waist and with the other, he grabbed on your jaw to get a better grip. You took his hand off of your face and wrapped both your arms around his neck and kissed him. The kiss was soft and passionate. He reached under your shirt to feel closer to you and gripped on your waist. That caused you to make a sound. It hurt so good. You opened your mouth to let him in. The kiss was now hard and rough. He was rougher than Boruto. With Kawaki, you couldn’t be in control. Everything was always his way. Kawaki was taking you against the wall, not taking his mouth away from yours. You pushed him off to catch your breath. It looked like he needed to catch his breath too but he didn’t care. As you were breathing, he went down on your neck and started kissing on it aggressively. then licked his way back up to your mouth. He picked you up and you wrapped your legs around his waist. He listened and placed you back on your feet but went back to your lips. You then started to hear heavy footsteps coming your way. “Shit.” you said.

“Get away from her you idiot!!” Boruto yelled pulling kawaki away from you. “Y/n get inside. Now.” He told you. You picked up your things and went inside. “You think I wouldn’t find out?” Boruto said gripping on Kawakis shirt. “That you could kiss her without ME knowing?!” He said. “Don’t fucking touch me!” Kawaki yelled yanking Boruto’s arm off of his shirt. “You guys aren’t even dating. why make a big deal about it?!” He said. “Oh we’re not dating alright. But she’s mine! So back off. Why don’t you go hang out with Eida or something instead huh?!” Boruto asked. “Go ahead and stop me. I don’t want Eida, I want her.” Kawaki said pointing at the house. “You bastard!” Boruto said as he punched Kawaki right in the face. Kawaki tried doing the same but failed. You walked back outside. “Stop it! Both of you!! You’re going to wake up everyone inside!” You told them. You then softly pushed Boruto inside the house. “Fucker.” Was all Boruto said to Kawaki before you closed the door on him. “Are you serious right now Kawaki?” You said. “I didn’t start it, he did! So don’t start blaming shit on me.” He said. “I know you didn’t start it. You just made it worse. I have to go now, bye” You told him as you walked in and closed the door behind you.

You went inside the room not speaking to Boruto at all. You grabbed clean clothes out of your backpack to go shower. You then took out your toothbrush, toothpaste and hairbrush walking out of the room then to the bathroom. You didn’t even want to think about what had just happened. Your mind was blank and angry.

After you were done with everything you walked out of the bathroom and into your room, sat on the bed and rubbed lotion all over your body. Boruto then walked out with his things to shower as well. You wanted to cry because of all the emotions you have bottled up inside you. You missed Sasuke and missed how things were before he was turned into a tree. You felt so confused and frustrated. You don’t know what to do.

You began to sob uncontrollably, tears started to run down your face like a flowing stream of water. “Of course he has to walk in on me crying.” You said to yourself hiding your face from Boruto. You couldn’t breathe because of your boogers clogging up your nose. “Y/n? What’s wrong!?” Boruto said dropping his things and running straight to you. You didn’t say anything. You just hugged him, crying even more. He hugged you back. His embrace was all you needed. “I’m sorry Boruto.” You told him. “For what silly?” He said. “For everything” you told him. “I’m sorry too.” He told you as he stood up and walked out of your room. He came back with a tissue box. “Here you go.” He said handing you the box. You grabbed a tissue and cleaned the tears off of your face and blew your nose. You were done crying and stood up to throw away the tissues. “Why did you have to punch Kawaki? You know Shikamaru can kick us out for that right?” You told him as you turned off the lights and locked the door. “I got out of control, I couldn’t stand it. Especially after I saw how he was all up on you like that. Like come on, not even a week here in Konoha and you’re already letting him get on you like that. Not even to me! When i’ve been with you longer!” He said as he sat down on the edge of the bed. “I’ll stay away from him now. Just for you.” You told him as you walked up to him. You lifted up his chin and pecked him on the lips. “Scoot back.” You told him as you got on him. “I’m yours.” You said in his ear. You felt him nod. “And you’re mine.” He said. You grabbed his head and lowered it down to your chest. He kissed it passionately and softly and worked his way up to your lips. You put a finger over his lips to stop him. It’s just, it’s my first time you know.” He told you. “Me too.” Was all you said. You pulled on his boxers and gave him a ‘can I?’ Look. He nodded smiling. You then started to pull on them until his dick was fully out. “Dayum!” You said. “What’s wrong?” He asked. “Nothing, it just jump scared me.” You said as you started to laugh leaning your head on his thigh. A/N - Read this information because it’s going to be confusing if you skip through it and go straight to the story please!

Okay so this story obviously takes place in Boruto. Not only that but also in time skip. This story is based off from the manga, so if you haven’t read the manga I suggest do it now before going into the story. This is also my first story!! I hope you like it!! Life had been difficult for Boruto ever since his life got ‘switched’ with kawaki. He couldn’t go to stores anywhere to buy things for himself because people obviously recognized him as the enemy. He had to stay on the low for a few years and you were by his side no matter what, like gum on a sidewalk. Although you practically lived with Boruto and Sasuke, you were still in touch with your Aunt and cousins. They think it’s wrong for you to be with ‘traitors’ because of what Boruto had done to the leaf Village but they told you they would support you no matter what since they had no full authority to make your decisions. You made sure to write letters to them once in a while in order to not make them worry about your safety, even when they know you’re strong enough to defend yourself.

It hit that time of the day where you, Boruto, and Sasuke had to go find shelter to get plenty of rest for the following day. We eventually found a small cave since we were in the woods already. As soon as we entered, we started to unpack our things to set up for the night. You set your backpack on the floor and took out only your sleeping bag, and flashlight (it was going to get pitch black in an hour or so). There weren’t any towns nearby to purchase food, we had no other choice but to go wilderness style. You and Boruto had already finished unpacking so you guys decided to go hunting to not sleep with an empty stomach.

“Bye Sasuke, we are going to find some food to eat. If you have time, please prepare the fire for us to cook whatever we catch. We won’t take long.” You told him.

“Yeah that’s fine, stay safe out there and remember to hide your chakra incase anybody senses it.” He replied.

Boruto brought his Kunais and you brought your bow and arrows including a leather pouch incase you catch anything small like berries or nuts. we knew there was a body of water nearby so we decided we would eat fish for dinner.

“First one to reach the water first isn’t a loser!!!” Boruto said as he started to run.

“WAIT! You didn’t say when to start, you idiot!” You yelled running towards him. Once you caught up to him you tried to trip him, unfortunately he jumped to dodge your attack and elbowed your head. You fell on yours knees and eventually ate shit because you couldn’t balance. You didn’t give up just yet so you stood up. You paused. You couldn’t see him.

“No way he’s there already.” At that exact moment you lost all hope, accepting the fact that you were a loser for life. You walked your way there not interested in the stupid race Boruto created. Wait. Something’s wrong. It’s awfully quiet.

“Boruto?” No response.

You started to get annoyed because you knew this was another one of his tricks.

“Okay I don’t want to play this game anymore. Im a loser and you’re not. You win. Come out now, I’m getting scared.” You weren’t scared of anyone possibly hurting you, you were scared of the fact that you were alone in the woods without Boruto’s company.

You heard noises up above in the trees. You looked up only to see Boruto falling on you with a fat smirk on his face. He laid all his weight on you making it hard to breathe “ahhh I can’t breathe fatty, you’re so heavy!!!”

He was laughing uncontrollably still on you. “You give up? Thats not the y/n I know. Why didn’t you just go straight to the lake? You could have won, you dummy, or were you scared? Little scaredy cat” He said laughing in my ear.

“I mean, since we still aren’t there yet we can still race, you know?” He added.

He got off of you and both stood up. “fine but this time count AND no pushing or shoving, got it?” You told him angrily, dusting the dirt off of your clothes.

“Got it.” He replied still having that annoying smirk on his face.

“Three…Two…One…Go!!!!”

We both ran at the direction of the water without stopping. If anyone could catch how our faces looked, they would describe it as ‘no thoughts behind those eyes, they look like mosquitos racing towards bright lights.’

You got there as fast as you could, not caring if Boruto won or if he was still behind. You couldn’t see anything either way because of all the smoke you had created. You were panting so hard you had to sit down and take a water break. You looked to your right only to see Boruto doing the same thing.

“YOU WERE RIGHT HERE ALL ALONG?!” He screamed, shocked to see me sitting down drinking water. That to him meant that you were there for a bit.

“No way. You were here all along too?” You replied with a faint laugh. “I guess we both won” you said with a smile. He smiled back admiring your face.

You opened your eyes only to see him staring at you. You felt kind of uncomfortable because you don’t like it when people stare at you. So you decided to break the tension by saying, “c’mon we need to catch some fish, we can’t keep Sasuke waiting.”

“Oh, you’re right let’s go.” He started to walk on the water, going more towards the center. “Wait, but how are we going to catch them?” Boruto said.

“Give me one of your kunai, i’ll make a spear. You want one too?” You said.

“Yes please, for now I’m going to try to wiggle my fingers to trick them into thinking it’s a worm” he said confidently.

“Get off of the water, you’re going to scare them away.” You said forgetting how stupid he can get sometimes. You were done making the spears and tossed one to him. “We need to catch at least five. And hurry up because the sun is about to set and we won’t be able to see them”

As always, we were being competitive trying to see who gets the three catches first. “Caught the last one!” He screamed so loudly. “Just in time, I couldn’t see anything in the water anymore.” You told him.

“Yeah same here. I consider this fish the lucky catch.” He laughed. We gathered all our things and headed back to the cave. The way back was originally 10 minutes since we ran almost the entire time. You were both drained from all the running, pushing, shoving and catching so at this point you didn’t care if sasuke had to wait a couple more minutes.

“It’s so dark already, I’m getting scared Boruto.” you said clearly afraid of the dark worried about not being able to see when you’d run into a huge spiderweb with an angry spider on it. “Don’t be such a baby y/n, you have me to protect you!” he said still not convincing you. You didn’t trust him because if he also ran into a web he would be screaming in high notes, even higher than yours.

“Hold my hand.” He said

“Huh? What for?” You replied confused

“So we don’t lose each other.” He said clearly lying. You could barely see his face but you could tell he was also just as scared as you were. “You’re scared aren’t you boruto?” You said smirking. “What?! No way y/n. If anything, you’re the only scardey cat here.” He said with a visible shakey voice. “Wait! I have a flashlight in my backpack can you grab it for me y/n? Just make sure not to drop anything.” You let go of his hand to open the backpack and reach for the flashlight.

“You came in handy bringing your bag Boruto.” You cried happy tears. You closed his backpack and turned on the flash. “Hold it with your left hand.” You didn’t question him and did as he said. He grabbed your right arm and sled down slowly to intertwine his fingers with yours. There was no reason to hold hands anymore since we could already see what was in front of us. No one was speaking, which made it more awkward. On top of that, the woods were silent.

He squeezed your hand to feel closer to you, you did the same to feel even more closer to him. Once in a while he would rub his thumb on the back of your hand. It stayed that way until we saw the fire. I let go of Boruto’s hand so that Sasuke wouldn’t see that we were holding hands.

“Took you idiots long enough.” Sasuke said

“It was only an hour Sasuke. Catching fish isn’t easy when you don’t have a rod” you replied.

“Yeah, besides we were doing everything in fast motion.” Boruto added to the conversation.

“It’s fine, take the fish out so we can cook it quickly to turn off the fire, we wouldn’t want anyone to see the light from afar.”

Boruto nodded and gave Sasuke the bag that carried 5 fish. Sasuke then pierced the fishes with sticks and handed one to Boruto and you. “Here, make sure not to burn it.”

After we were done eating sasuke turned the fire off and headed inside the cave. “Goodnight, i’ll be going to sleep now. Remember to not let your guard down, don’t sleep off too late, i’ll see you in the morning.”

“Yeah, goodnight Sasuke. We’ll see you in the morning” you told him as you set a blanket on the floor just outside of the cave to star gaze. It was always the first thing you did once it got dark outside. I get so hypnotized looking at the stars sparkling.

“Scoot.” You looked up only to see Boruto with two pillows and a blanket.

“What are the pillows for? Im not going to sleep out here.” You said laughing.

“It’s for your head, It looks painful. I can go put it back if you don’t want it.” He replied.

“No it’s fine give it. Thank you”

“Yep” he said as he was getting comfortable next to you, putting the blanket over both of us.

You loved how he is just as hypnotized as you are.

“there goes a shooting star!!!” We both shouted quietly trying not to be loud.

“You can have it Boruto” you said laughing still not looking away from the sky.

“Thank you y/n.” He said as he turned to look at you. “Yeah, no problem.”

“No. I mean it, thank you y/n for being there for me”

“It wasn’t just me, you had others on your side you know? The only reason Sasuke is here is because Sadara sent him. She unlocked her mangekyo Sharigan because she was so afraid of losing you. You were a kill on sight target, I was there and saw everything and I don’t blame her for being so scared.”

“I guess you’re right.” He said

“I always am, Boruto.” You replied

After that, no one spoke a word. It was silent. A comfort silence though. You were getting too tired to stand up and go to your sleeping bags in the cave with sasuke and you could tell he was too but you were waiting for him to stand up and make the first move. It was so comfortable being by his side. It felt safe and warm. Your eyelids were getting heavy and eventually fell asleep, as so did he.

You woke up with the sun beaming its hot rays on your face. You tried to stretch but you couldn’t move. Someone was holding you. You turned around forcefully only to see Boruto big spooning you. You were freaking out because you didn’t want Sasuke to see both of you guys like this.

“Stop moving to much. You’re going to wake me up.” Boruto said digging his face deeper into the crook of your neck.

“Yeah? Well you DO need to wake up, it’s late already. We need to get going.” You told him. He was awake but NOT awake because he still didn’t notice the situation. “Boruto… I can’t get up” you said nervously. He opened his eyes and the first thing he saw was the position you guys were in. He flinched and let go super fast “Oh.. sorry y/n, I didn’t mean to invade your space” he said clearly embarrassed for acting like this with a faint blush on his face.

“How come you guys weren’t sleeping in your sleeping bags with me?” Sasuke said.

You also jumped almost forgetting he was with us the entire time. “I was waiting for y/n get up. It was just too comfortable, trust me Sasuke” Boruto said.

“Whattt!! You didn’t need my permission. And I was also waiting for you to say something last night.” You laughed staring at him waiting for a response back but instead Boruto just stared back at you. Sasuke felt uncomfortable with the whole ‘staring eye contest’ situation so he broke the silence, “Pack up your things, we are going to find a town nearby to wash up.”

“Wait! first I need to brush my teeth,” You grab a water bottle, your toothbrush, toothpaste and some napkins from your backpack and went to go hide so they don’t see you brushing your teeth this way. Once you were done, you put everything away back in its place. Finally, took out your hairbrush and quickly fixed up your messy hair.

“If we do end up finding a town, wouldn’t they recognize me?” Boruto said. “Not really, if we use transformation jutsu to hide our real identities, they wont suspect a thing.” You said excitedly. “She’s right. Let’s get going now,” Sasuke said. “I know just the right place to go to.”

After half an hour or so, we found a place to stay for the day. You and Boruto were fighting to see which room was best the best to choose from. “Move Boruto you’re blocking the doorway!” You yelled. “Yeah, it’s almost as if I’m doing this on purpose! I have to get the best room!” He screamed. “Both of you shut up. There are no rooms, it’s just a two bed hotel room, what more did you expect? If you’re going to shower, I suggest do it now.” Sasuke said breaking the loud fight. “Im going in first.” You said annoyed, walking straight to the bathroom not dropping your stuff down because your soaps and stuff are in your backpack. “First I need to clean these dirty cloths.” You say to yourself stripping down to wash them in the sink. Once you were done, you used a small wind jutsu on your palm to dry the clothes up. You dug in your backpack to take out your soaps for the shower.

“Ahh so fresh and clean. I even had time to do my makeup!” You said looking at yourself in the mirror so happy, until you heard a loud ass knock on the door. “Will you hurry up in there? I need to use the bathroom!!!” Boruto quietly shouted to prevent sasuke from hearing. “Shut up i’m almost done!” You said trying to hold in your laugh because you were lying. “I KNOW YOU’RE LYING IM GOING TO BUST THIS DOOR DOWN!” He did… He pushed you out and kicked your backpack enough for you to grab it. He shut the door super hard. “What’s all that noise? You guys are going to get us kicked out.” Sasuke said clearly irritated now. A few minutes had passed by and Boruto walked out of the bathroom all fresh and clean as well. “You can go in there now sasuke. Also thank you y/n for leaving your soaps in there. I didn’t have any!” Boruto said trying to make you mad for using your things. “You’re welcome. If anything, you really needed them the most.” You said laughing loudly. You can hear Sasuke chuckle as he walked in the bathroom. “Once i’m out of the shower, get ready to leave to go out and train.” He said closing the door behind him. “Train? Aw man I’m going to get all dirty again!” You said whining. “Shut up, besides we get to spend the night here remember? You can take a shower when we get back.” Boruto told you clearly happy we get to sleep on beds after so long. (It had only been 3 days since he slept on a real bed again) “I guess you’re right. Im so hungry, are you hungry too?” You said. “Yeah I am to be honest. Want to go grab something?” He replied

“I thought you’d never ask!” You say putting on your shoes. “Take Sasuke’s wallet with you. Dont forget to transform into the random person you were earlier.” You added.

“So many options! I cant even choose!!” Boruto said drooling. “We need to hurry up, Sasuke is going to be out soon. oooh, let’s get Hamburgers!” You say. “Good idea y/n.” After buying the hamburgers with Sasuke’s money, we headed back to our hotel room to eat our food in there. “You forgot the key you idiot!” You yelled “i’m the idiot? You didn’t even notice either!” Boruto argued back. We were outside of the room knocking for 5 minutes straight. “What were you doing outside?” Sasuke said opening the door and moving aside so we could enter. As we walked in he saw the food in our hands. “Hamburgers? Really? With what money?”

“She stole your money!!”

“He stole your money!!”

We both said pointing at each other. “I don’t care, did you at least get me one?” Sasuke said. “You bet!” Boruto replied.

“Alright. Let’s eat then.”

“Thank you for the food.” We all said in unison “Mmmmh this is so good!! But it’s not better than lighting burger. Man I miss that place.” Boruto said with his mouth full of food. “Dude, shut up we know it’s good, I can see all the chewed up food in your mouth mixed with saliva” you said crying in disgust. “You shut up and mind your own business!” He argued back with food still in his mouth. You rolled your eyes and continued eating your hamburger. Once we were all finished, you volunteered to clean their mess so they could have time to get their stuff ready for training. “Are you guys ready to leave?” Sasuke told us. “Yes, we are! Right y/n?” Boruto said as he put Sasuke’s headband on his forehead. “Yes, let’s go” you say transforming into the random old woman you turned into a while ago

“Okay, this is far enough” Sasuke said as he waited for Boruto to get his things ready to train. “Hey guys? I’m not really in the mood to train today. I just want to see how strong you’ve gotten Boruto!” You said. “Yeah! That’s fine by me y/n!”

You were truly amazed on how fast Boruto had been progressing, “I think he might be stronger than Sasuke.” You thought to yourself. Sasuke gave Boruto his sword so that he could get better at controlling it. He began to slice wood around him, “you’re so good at this Boruto. I wish I was as strong as you.” You said clearly amazed. “You would be if you trained as hard as me, but I don’t see it! Hahaha.” You didn’t respond back to him, instead, you just admired him from afar. His hair was so long now. Kind of like Sasuke’s, the scar in his face suits him so well, it makes him look so cool… “Good, that’s enough for now, time for a break.” Sasuke said. Boruto agreed and sat next to me. “You want anything to drink?” You told him. “Water. Please and thank you” Boruto replied.

“What do you think? Do I still need more training?”

“Are you kidding? You’re perfect already!” You said laughing.

“Really?” He replied expecting you to praise him more. “Hell yeah. I don’t even think you need to carry a sword with you because you’re the weapon yourself!” You bragged.

“Nah don’t over exaggerate y/n! I’m not that good.” he replied, with a big smile and a faint blush on his face. He turned to look at sasuke, “Sasu- I mean, Master! What did you think about my Uchiha style? Ive fully mastered it right?!” Since when did he start calling him master? You thought as you opened a bag of chips. “I suppose I’ve taught you almost all the moves and methods I know.” Sasuke said. “I was just joking around! I know there’s still a lot you can teach me!” Boruto exclaimed.

“Does it look like I’m joking to you? You’ve got talent and you’re also a quick learner, I have nothing left to teach you. But that doesn’t mean slack off. Keep training, master your mind and moves.” Sasuke added. Boruto didn’t know what to respond to so he just nodded at him quietly, Accepting the fact that he doesn’t need Sasuke’s training anymore. “I guess you’re right, master.”

“Jeez, time really passed by so quick! It’s almost 6 o’clock!” You said yawning clearly tired. “You want to head back?” Sasuke asked you.

“Yes, only If you guys aren’t busy anymore.” You said standing up.

“No worries y/n. Let’s head back if you’re tired. In fact I’m tired myself!” Boruto said.

“Alright then, going back it is.” You said walking towards the direction of hotel. Wrinkling the bag of chips into a ball and putting it in one of your backpack’s pocket.

“Home sweet home! Am I right?” Boruto shouted. “Very funny Boruto.” You said as you got your pj’s out of your backpack. “Im going to shower, be right back.” You said already on your way to the bathroom. As soon as you got in, you locked the door. “Im going to wash these pajamas to sleep more comfortable. As a matter of fact im washing everything now that I have the time.” You told yourself. Once you were done, you used wind style to dry them clean. “Finally, now I can shower. If only we had washing machines in this hotel, it would be so much easier.” You said as you walked the shower.

You finally finished cleaning everything up. You felt so squeaky clean. You walked out of the bathroom to grab your backpack because you left it on one of the beds. Quickly grabbing it and walking back to the bathroom trying not take any of Boruto and Sasuke’s time. You eventually finished brushing your teeth and hair, then put everything back in your bag to stay organized. As you walked out, Boruto went in the bathroom to shower as well. You didn’t waste any time and started to take apart the organized bed sheets to cover yourself. It didn’t take you long to fall asleep. You were so tired for no reason.

You woke up, but you weren’t fully awake so the most you did was just open your eyes. It was so dark and quiet. What time is it? You turned your full body around because you got tired of staring at the wall only to see Boruto laying next to you. He wasn’t asleep though, just staring at the ceiling. He noticed your movements.

“You want some candy?” He asked.

“What time is it?” You said not answering his question.

“3 am”

“No way, really?!” You said surprised. He unwrapped the piece of candy and handed it to you, not caring if you didn’t want it.

“Eat some with me.”

“Wait, I’m going to grab some water first, I’m thirsty” You said. As you stood up you saw Sasuke sleeping on the other bed. He looked so comfortable. It almost looked adorable. You grabbed the water bottle that was on the table. It looked like somebody had already drank from it. “Is this your bottle?” You asked him.

“Yeah bring it here, I’m thirsty too.”

You walked towards him and handed it to him while you got on the bed to sit. Once he was done drinking water, he passed it to me. “You can finish the rest.” He said wiping his mouth. And you listened.

“Here.” He said putting a candy in my mouth.

“Where did you get them? They’re really good.” You said.

“Sasuke gave them to me when you were sleeping. He told me to share some with you but I ate most of them already.” He chuckled nervously. He seemed off.

“What’s wrong Boruto?”

“Nothing. Why?” He replied

“Are you sure? You can tell me anything.” You said

“It’s just, this gut feeling in my stomach is keeping me up” he mumbled.

“I hate when that happens, especially when you don’t know the reason why you have it.” you replied “Is there anything I could do to make you feel better? Do you want to go outside for a walk with me?” You asked him

“No it’s okay, thank you for the offer though.” he said as he laid down to stare at the ceiling again.“I know what to do. Lay on your stomach and lift up your shirt. Im going to tickle your back.”

“Huh? Whats that?” He asked confused.

“It’s this super relaxing thing where I drag my nails or fingers on your back. I loved it so much when my aunt would do this to me whenever I felt upset.” You told him smiling. He then turned around to lay on his stomach and you lifted up his shirt. You laid on your side next to him to get comfortable and started dragging your fingers around his back.

“You’re right, this does feel nice.” Boruto admitted.

“Like I said, I’m always right.” You replied.

After you were done doing that ‘tickle’ massage you quietly made sure he was fast asleep, and he was. You were glad because you never liked when he was upset. It just feels so out of place. You would do anything to make sure he’s not feeling down. You got off of the bed quietly to go pee. You reached the bathroom and as soon as you were about to close the door someone stopped it.

“Boruto? What are you doing, I thought you were asleep!” You shouted quietly. “I was. I still don’t feel so good. Can we talk here? I just want to make sure master Sasuke doesn’t hear.”

“Yeah, let me just pee first.”

You opened the door signaling for him to come in after you were done. “Sit down please.” He commanded And you sat on the bathroom floor facing him. “Well, what’s wrong?” You asked him worried.

“It’s Sasuke, I’m worried about him.”

You looked at him confused scanning his face trying to dig for more information. “Why? What’s wrong with Sasuke?” You replied

“Remember earlier when I told you I had this gut feeling? I didn’t want to tell you that it was about him because I was afraid you would look at me like if I was stupid. I can’t hold it in anymore, I have to tell you.”

“Don’t ever think that I would find you stupid I would never. even when you act like such an idiot.” You told him.

He stared at you before starting “I feel like something’s going to happen to him. Im not sure what though. Something bad y/n. And I’m so frustrated because I cant figure it out. It feels like deja vu, like as if i’ve already lived it and my brain isn’t letting me remember, you know?” You wanted to cry because you can feel the heaviness from his chest, you also didn’t know what to respond to him, so instead you brought him in for a hug, rubbing his back. “oh Boruto, everything’s going to be okay. Okay?? Besides Sasuke wouldn’t allow anything bad happen to anyone, including himself. He’s really smart and strong, or have you forgotten huh??” You said trying your best lighten the mood. You broke apart the hug to see if he’s doing okay.

“Boruto?” You said shocked seeing his eyes all watery. “Don’t cry, you’re going to make me cry too.” you said as you rubbed the tears off of his face with your fingers. “Oh, sorry y/n. I didn’t mean to upset you.” He said. “Never mind me, at this moment everything is about you.” You said leaning in to kiss his forehead. He looked shocked. “I’m sorry, did I make you feel uncomfortable?” you told him. “The opposite actually.” There he goes again, staring into your soul. “Why are you looking at me like that?”

“Because you’re beautiful y/n, you’re really cool and also you’ve always been there for me. You never fail to make me feel better, thank you. Till this day I wonder why you didn’t fall for Eida’s omnipotence she casted a while back,” he stopped for a moment to think. “This might ruin our friendship but…” he said leaning closer to you. Everything felt in slow motion. You felt like a mannequin, not knowing what to do. You can feel your heartbeat trying to escape from your throat and your ass.

He grabbed your chin to make you look at him in the eye. They screamed hunger and lust. He reached in and gave you a soft kiss on your mouth. He backed up just a little to breathe because his heart was about to explode, he was so nervous. Him heavy breathing on your face unleashed something in you. You grabbed his hair from the back side of his head and kissed him back softly but a little rough. You kissing him meant to him that you were okay with this. You knew he wanted more so you parted your mouth slightly open allowing him to enter. He grabbed the back of your hair as well tugging on it to get a better grip on you. With the other hand he went under your shirt to feel your smooth silky skin. The kiss went from being soft to rough, now you guys are fully making out. The bathroom was so quiet and the only noises being made were both you and Boruto’s lips smacking. He kept making beautiful clicking noises that would send shivers down your spine. You placed your arms underneath his shirt feeling his muscular physique. He broke the kiss apart and slowly pushed you down on the floor and got on top of you. “You don’t know how long i’ve been wanting this. I craved you y/n. Now I don’t know how i’m going to control myself knowing you taste like this.” He said whispering in your ear.

“Boruto, we can’t do this here, Sasuke will hear us, or worse, he could walk in because you left the door unlocked you idiot.” You said as you grabbed his chin and pulled him in to give him a messy wet kiss. He whimpered in your mouth because the butterflies in his stomach were fluttering a little too much causing a strong tingle sensation in there. You put your hands underneath his shirt to feel him again. He liked that. So he took off his shirt to make you touch him more. He loves when you touch him, he’s so touch starved. He broke apart the kiss to go down on your neck. It felt so good yet so wrong because of how risky the situation was. You never thought you’d be into risky things like this until now. You can feel him sucking on your neck and your first instinct was to smack his head. He looked up confused. “Don’t suck on my neck you idiotic vampire.” You said worried he might leave a hickey. “As much as I want to keep going at this, we have to go back to sleep.” You said as you sat up while him being trapped with his legs. You grabbed the shirt he tossed on the other side of the bathroom and proceeded to put it on him. “Just one more kiss.” He said with puppy eyes. “Your wish is my command.” You laughed quietly and leaned in closer to his face. He didn’t waste no time. This man was HUNGRY. It was a hard, rough make out session all over again, the sloppy and wet kisses happening again as well with so much tension. He didn’t want to let go. He was going to miss your lips.

But you had to stop this no matter how hard it was, if you didn’t make this decision, something else would of happened. Let’s just say both of your clothes would be completely off. He stood up and pulled his arm out to pick you up. Before opening the door he turned around and quickly pecked your lips several times. He knew this wouldn’t happen again for a while, so he took advantage of this precious moment. He cupped your face then kissed your forehead before opening the door quietly. You both successfully made it back to the beds without waking Sasuke up. Once you were both in the covers you cuddled real close while holding hands. You and him both never wanted this moment to end.

It was morning all over again. The bed was so comfortable and fresh. You didn’t want to wake up. You stretched your body and it caused you to start glitching. You loved those type of stretches, ESPECIALLY in the mornings. All the memories of last night started to wash over you and you felt embarrassed because that version of you wasn’t like you at all. “Boruto craved me?” You thought to yourself remembering what he was whispering in your ear last night. You stood up only to see both Boruto and Sasuke still knocked out. You looked at the clock on the wall and it read 11:36 am. It was late, but also still early so you decided to lay back down without making noise to prevent them from waking up. They needed rest. You were pretty tired yourself because you fell back asleep in no time.

You woke up feeling like you had been hibernating for a long time, with plenty of rest. You saw Boruto chilling on the bed next to you watching tv while eating chips. He noticed you moving so he knew you were finally awake. As soon as your eyes locked in with his, you once again remembered what had happened last night. He was thinking the same and wanted to talk about it but he couldn’t because Sasuke was right there. And you both knew how much of a big eavesdropper he is. So he decided not to open his mouth and turn his attention back to the tv.

You got off the bed to go take a shower. You grabbed your backpack and quickly walked to the bathroom. Of course Sasuke had to be in there, now you had to wait outside of the bathroom awkwardly. You waited out there about a minute or so. When Sasuke opened the door he gave you a look that said ‘why do you need to use the bathroom as soon as im out’ and ‘don’t go in there’ look. You were confused at first but then you realized he was pooping. “Damn it stinks” you thought to yourself. Whelp there is no other choice, it’s either go back there with Boruto OR shower and get ready for the day.

You walked out of the shower all fresh and clean then proceeded to take out your toothbrush and toothpaste. “Oh man, this is the spot we kissed in. Can I ever escape?” You thought to yourself while you brushed your teeth.

You were finally done with everything including your makeup, you put everything back in its place and closed up your backpack. “Man I carry this thing everywhere.” You said clearly grateful for it. You walked out of the bathroom, set your bag on the bed and sat on the table with Sasuke. “Hey Sasuke, when are we leaving?” You told him. “We have till six to leave.” He replied. “Oh um and when is that?” You leaned back on the chair to read the clock because he was in your way, it read 4:57pm “What the hell? I slept till four?!” You screamed in shock. “I didn’t want to wake you up because I figured you needed rest, besides if you were awake this whole time you’d be bored, there’s nothing to do here. So I preferred for you to sleep instead of having nothing to do.” He replied softly. “I guess you’re right, thank you Sasuke.” You told him.

“So technically we need about an hour to leave” you thought to yourself. You knew once it was time to go we wouldn’t be sleeping in nice hotels like these for a while so you decided to go out for shopping. “Sasuke i’m going to walk around the town. I’ll be back in time okay?” You said standing up to leave. “Yeah sure just be careful. Remember, hide your chakra and make smart decisions. You need any money?” He asked you. “Yes please.” You replied happy. He gave you about 60 bucks. “Really? It didn’t have to be so much!” You said amazed. “Take it, in fact keep it. You need it more than I do. I rarely spend any money on myself, unless it’s for you guys.” He said smiling. You gave him a quick hug. You love it when people do small things that make you happy. You’ll cherish this moment forever. “Aw man I love Sasuke so much.” You thought to yourself wanting to cry happy tears. It was so cute when Sasuke showed affection. “Okay im going to head out now, bye” you said as you transformed into another person.

Boruto couldn’t keep his eyes off of you the whole time, even when you were sleeping. You tried your best to ignore him, but it was so hard because you practically felt his eyeballs on your back. Well good thing you weren’t there anymore, it was so awkward, You didn’t regret or hate what happened last night, it’s just you don’t know what to say to someone after you kissed them in secret. In fact you couldn’t even talk about it, not even for a second because Sasuke will notice strange behaviors like whispering and fast heartbeats. Well anyways, You get to shop at stores you like in silence without a rat in your ear ranting about wanting to leave the store because you’ve been there for way ‘too long’. You entered a pet shop first to go see cute animals. “Oh wow! They even have baby ducks!” You said out loud. “You can hold one if you’d like!” A coworker told you. “Really? That would be nice.” You replied back to her. “Yes, only because you remind me of my grandma. You look just like her! Man I miss her so much” She told you. “You kind soul!” You told her trying to act a little old. She handed you a baby duck. It was so soft and yellow. “You know what, let me buy it!! It’s just so cute.” You told her. “Awesome! They’re 15 dollars each.” You handed her the right amount of money. “Oh! And you’re going to need this.” She gave you a bag full of mealworms. “Here, take it for free, it’s on me! You don’t have to pay anything for the worms.” She said smiling at you. “Thank you so much. You made my day, actually my whole year!” You told her. “I’m glad to hear that. Have a nice day!” She replied.

You didn’t waste any time on going to other shops. This baby duck you had in your hand was enough. “Im going to name you, hmm. Nugget!” You told it. “Wait, I don’t even know your gender. Damn it, I should of asked the coworker earlier.” You said knocking on the door. Boruto opened it for you. “Look! Meet our new friend.” You told him. That was the first thing you said to him since last night. “It’s adorable. Where did you get it?” He told you. “Hmm I don’t know, a food shop. Obviously a pet shop, here carry this.” You said as you gave him the meal worm bag. “Eww, it has to eat worms?” He said. “Sasuke look! A duckling! Wait, I wanted to asked you if you could check if it’s a girl or a boy.” You told him as you handed it over. He flipped it carefully and checked its private spot. “Hm, it appears to be a boy.” He said flipping it back around petting it. “Get your stuff, we have to go now” he told you.

“Wait out here, I have to return the key.” Sasuke said leaving me and Boruto alone. “What did you name him?” He asked. “Nugget, do you like it?” You replied. “It’s ironically funny.” He said.

“About yesterday, i’m sorry if Imade you feel uncomfortable, I couldn’t control myself. I’m sorry again for not apologizing earlier. Sasuke was there and I didn’t want him to hear me.” He said. “There’s nothing to worry about besides I don’t regret anything at all. I liked it. And I also didn’t say anything for the same reason, Sasuke is such a big eavesdropper.” You told Boruto.

“Sasuke is a big what?” Sasuke said

“Nothing!!” You yelled.

“Nothing!!” Boruto yelled.

“Calm down, it’s not like I’m going to arrest you for talking about me. Let’s go now.” he said.

“We’ve been walking for hours, can we get a break at least?” Boruto whined. “Shut up, we’re almost there.” Sasuke replied. “Here have a drink of my water” you told Boruto as you gave him a waterfall. “Thank you, I really needed that.” He said wiping his mouth.

“Guys stay alert! Code is here, stay calm and prepare to fight!” Sasuke said. “Stupid bastard! Always ruining the moment! Where are you huh?! You little scaredy cat!” Boruto yelled.

“Im right here you idiot.” Code said above us. “Damn it, we couldn’t see him because of how dark it is out here.” You said. “Relax pretty girl, I’m not here for you. Im here for your little boyfriend, he’s kind of in the menu for today and I need him.” Code said loud enough for everybody to hear. “Yeah? Well you’re going to have to get through me first!” You yelled at him. You created a shadow clone to protect Nugget and also to hold your things. Your shadow clone handed you your bow and arrow. “Thank you, protect nugget and my things, go and hide.” You told your shadow clone. You grabbed an arrow and set it on the bow, you filled it with poisonous chakra that’s able to numb flesh. You pointed it and launched it on code’s shoulder. It was the best you could do since he was super high in mid air.

“You little brat! What did you do to me!” He landed on the floor and started to release a lot of claw grimes. “Damn it! We’re outnumbered!” Boruto said frustrated. Sasuke saw that Code was weakened with the poison you had darted him with and quickly took action. He grabbed his sword and slashed his left eye.

“Uchiha!! You, how dare you take my left eye!!!”

“Boruto! Y/n! What are you doing?! Hurry up and run!!” Sasuke yelled. “How can you say that master?! I won’t abandon you!!” Boruto shouted back at him. “Listen closely, there is absolutely no way we can win against him, so escape for now!! Survive at all cost and become stronger so then, there wont be anyone who’ll be able to stop you!! Watch over Sadara for me, Boruto.” Sasuke said. “DIE!!” Code yelled as he watched all the claw grimes go after Sasuke.

“Master!!” Boruto yelled trying to help Sasuke. “Boruto!! Sasuke is sacrificing himself for us to escape! He told us to live no matter what! We can’t let this go to waste. You think I don’t want to help him? I want to do anything possible to help Sasuke, We’re outnumbered!! We have to listen to what he told us to do! Run!!” You said ignoring all the heavy tears in your face. Your shadow clone ran with you guys because obviously you couldn’t leave Nugget and your stuff behind. Code left as well. He was practically useless, a slashed left eye and a body going numb, you’d run away too if you were him.

You and Boruto ran as far as you could. “We have to go back y/n. Please! I want to make sure he’s okay!” Boruto cried. “I agree Boruto. We have to go back.” You replied. You were shaking so bad, you wanted to throw up from all the shock. You didn’t give a shit if code was still there or not. All you cared about was if Sasuke was okay.

You guys arrived to the spot where it all happened in. You saw claw grimes dead on the floor. “A tree? That wasn’t there.” You said. “Master Sasuke? Are you there?” Boruto asked. “BORUTO!!!” You cried out. Boruto ran towards you confused to why you screamed until he turned around to see the tree. Only to find out, Sasuke was in it. “He’s not dead is he?” You asked. He quickly checked his pulse. “His heart is still beating y/n. Don’t cry, He’s still alive!” Boruto told you.

“Let’s take him out Boruto.” You said bawling with tears. “Wait, not yet. What if he dies if we take him out? We have to find code to undo this crap.” He said turning to you. “Look at me.” He grabbed your face. “It’s all going to be okay. Okay? His pulse still beats at normal speeds. This tells us that he’s still alive.” He said wiping the tears off your face. He stood up and grabbed the sword from Sasuke’s hand. “I’ve got this old man Sas- I mean, Master.”
