Mental illness is like living all the time with a bully that wants to say every minute that he hates you. You cannot choose to mute him, because is inside of you. Some days he can drive you insane, you can't even recognize yourself, you are in total pain and despair, you can barely manage to live.

But you can learn to ignore him, even if its inside your own head like you can also ignore toxic and negative people from your life...you can do it, you can bare it if you have support and good people around you that can understand the struggles you have without even choosing it. You can find hope even in the most dark days, when this bully just take you down to the bottom and you are drowning.....look up, you will find the surface and the light you need to fight, swim like crazy and just breathe again. Dont let this motherfucker win, you are never alone as he makes you think. Dont let his voice put you down forever, just wait an hour/day/week/month before you believe that you dont have the privilege of a bright future and that you dont need to be here anymore to see what this future can give.

This living hell thats inside you, can be temporary if you keep your eyes in the light.
