♥ apple mono diet ♥
starting tomorrow 3 apples a day 2-3 liters of water, unsweetened tea one can of diet soda is allowed (if necessary) black coffee is allowed (hardest one for me, I usually have 100ml of milk with it. I’ll have to see how that works out) 1 hour of exercise at 6pm, burns approximately 560 calories
I am excited how the results will be, I hope I’ll lose at least 1kg
