overgrowth as a concept isnt necessarily bad i just wish it looked better? i think a cat that grows leaves out of its fur should have it look more elegant and natural but the art just looks like you slapped some wet leaves on a cat. the leaves are too shiny and large

updates at first came early in the month usually around the tenth and eventually it started to crawl back to almost the twentieth. theres a lot of talk on saltboroughs basically explaining that with how quiet the discord was for that period, updates getting pushed back for seemingly no reason with complete radio silence from the lead dev was a bit aggravating. for a game still super early in development keeping consistent updates is crucial. in hindsight it was a really short span of just two months but when all there is to do is wait (like, not even playing with the demo is worthwhile at this point since we know its gonna get updated so its not worth getting attached to any designs) it felt pretty bad. and if people didnt complain a whole bunch about it for all we know if could've only gotten worse and worse.

Tell that to saltminerising then. Sure not all of their posts get a lot of likes but a good number of them can hit the double digits. Saltboroughs can't say the same but it sure as hell has regulars who like and reply whenever posts interest them. Hell even lorwolf-salt gets some regular engagement. This blog, despite being immensely visible compared to those other blogs, has zero engagement outside of one person liking every post to be petty.

The idea that nobody is engaging because they're scared of being attacked by supposed PB white knights is absolutely laughable, because it should've already happened on saltboroughs or this blog's predecessor. Though by the demographic your blog seems to be pulling and the insistence on using the main tag, I suppose it is possible! So stay safe, you absolute cowards.

@ that one guy the reason why none of the posts are liked is because of anonymity, if you like a post then everyone can see your blog and you’ll potentially get hate from pb white knights like yourself. notice how other salt blogs also have minimal likes on their posts for this reason
