The Cold Never Bothered Me Anyway! | Warm Up Your Muse

“ You’re cold? Are you sure? ”

Daisy blinked in disbelief. She highly doubted that Madeline, of all people, was cold at the time. Her winters were far more harsh than the ones Daisy experienced back home. Winter was mild, but still enough to make Daisy complain for hours on end over how cold it was.

Canada was far more harsh than an average of 11°C.

Daisy actually found it quite unbearable there.

However, despite her lack of belief that the woman was cold, Daisy instinctively unwrapped the scarf from around her neck. The scarf itself was clearly homemade, something Daisy had knit in her free time because she was bored. Perhaps not the most beautiful looking scarf, seeing as though it was her first time knitting anything, but it certainly was a very warm scarf.

She gently placed it over Madeline’s head, going to carefully wrap the scarf around her neck with a smile. there! She looked so much warmer already, bundled up in her green scarf. It was actually kind of adorable, seeing as though the scarf was already too big for Daisy. It was a near perfect fit for Madeline instead.

“ Well, I can’t have you freezing to death now, can I?! You can keep it! I can always make another one later. Maybe we should get some hot chocolate while we’re at it; I know how to make some of the best after all! ”
