"SKILLS FOR COMPLEX PROBLEM SOLVING" Evening Class
Course Description:
Complex problem solving is the most sought-after skill by employers, as noted by the World Economic Forum (WEF). However, complex problem solving is a skill that can only be achieved through persistent and lifelong training of the mind. Any complex problem in this modern world is intricately linked to many issues across multiple countries, fields, and languages. To address these challenges, the three major skills—critical thinking, interdisciplinary analysis, and articulate communication that are conducive towards complex problem solving—will be developed in this 8-week course.
Eligibility:
Anyone who wants to improve his or her skills in complex problem solving should apply. Those who are currently working are especially encouraged to apply. The minimum requirement is intermediate-level English. There is no age limit.
Interested students must come and take our evaluation test on one of the days on June 8, 9, 12, or 13 at 4:00 pm. You must call us to register to take the evaluation test.
Course days and times: Thursday & Friday, 6:30–8:15 pm, starting on June 15 for 8 weeks
Class size: 40 students; this class will be co-taught by Dr. Kyaw Moe Tun and Win Yu.
