Cybic

Horizon Guild Sniper

Race: Cat

Pronouns: They/He

Combat: Sniper Rifle / Gunslinger / Back/Middle Combat

Cybic can apply green lightning to amplify a bullet's speed, damage, range, etc. just a major boost to all stats in general as well as applying a nasty shock to the target. While it is possible to shoot using only lightning, it tends to be extremely unstable and hits too large of a range if a specific target needs to be hit. Still needs some training before they can properly use it without shocking allies…

Personality: Cheerful, Energetic, Hyper, Friendly

The other half of the Horizon Guild's chaotic duo, Cybic! He's almost always moving around or talking someone's ear off—perhaps the electricity makes them more energetic than he would normally be. He and Rouge are almost always together, usually sparring, but they seem inseparable and are a deadly combo on the field when they’re serious. With Cybic supporting with sniping or right behind with rifles and pistols while Rouge deals strong blows at the front creates a force great enough to break through defenses quite easily. What a pair!

Weakness/es: Earth, Water

His body generates electricity over time converting his own energy to electricity which powers his body, powers, and even his tail (which can be used as an outlet for charging things) — energy can be recharged by eating, resting, or sleeping. Though he wasn’t always an “electric” cat, he's gotten used to it over the years! The eye mask that he wears changes based on his emotions and is quite expressive. His gloves and boots have rubber lining to prevent burns/shocks that would hinder his mobility or combat.

As long as you’re a decent person and nice to Cybic's friends, you’ll quickly grow close with him as well!

“Hey hey hey!!! I heard you met Rouge! I’m Cybic!! Do you wanna spar with me too?? Huh? Just chatting is fine too!!! What's your name???”

Enno ✧

Python Guild Hacker/Informant

Race: Human

Pronouns: He/They

Combat: Non-combatant

His gloves and boots allow for less gravitational pull letting him jump using his arms and legs as if he were on the moon. He does have a well trained body but it’s not well visible due to the clothing he wears. Sometimes when needed he goes out on recon missions so he needs it. He specializes in hacking and computers.

While he doesn’t typically stand on the fighting field, he does have the ability to defend himself to an extent—not good enough to attack trained fighters though. At least he's quick and light on his feet which makes escaping quite easy for him.

Weakness/es: 1 on 1 combat, Close Quarters Combat, Ice

Personality: Devilish, Teasing, Mischievous, Two-Faced

Be careful... he’s not as cute and cuddly as he portrays himself...

Enno’s nasty double personality landed him in the Python Guild, a strong group well known for both their strength and horrible attitudes.

He often takes advantage of the easy to anger attitudes of the Python Guild members and teases them before running away so he doesn’t get an axe or bullet to the back of the head. He enjoys teasing them and seeing them get a taste of their own medicine—though his unkindness reaches to those outside of the guild as well. While he acts all bubbly and sweet, his words are like poison that can’t easily be masked by a simple smile.

Despite his nature, he actually doesn’t mind his height that much—it gives him easy access to their kneecaps and makes for easy escapes. Two very different yet similar reasons. So, making fun of his height has little to no effect on him. (Shortest member of the guild!)

Don’t make him upset and everything will be fine... probably?

You'll end up getting angrier than him, most likely.

Kallixtus ✧

Discipline Guild Limited Enforcer

Race: Vampire

Pronouns: He/Him

Combat: Silver Rapier / Front Combat

Personality: Teasing, Confident, Outgoing

He’s a playful guy that enjoys messing around with people to an extent, he’s just happy to be around a group that has morals unlike his clan of the past. While he's friendly and cheerful most of the time, it’s best not to push your luck by breaking the laws of the Discipline Guild. Tread the waters carefully.

He's closest with Ozwald as he is the one who saved him from the whole mess way back when. He was a vampire that hated how horrible vampires were and when they found out he had a human friend… They made sure to fix that anomaly. Due to this, he left the clan and joined the Discipline Guild, guided by Ozwald.

Weakness/es: New Moons*, Fire, Earth

*Loses control of himself

Creadeus was wary of a vampire joining the church so in exchange for becoming part of the guild, they placed sealing cuffs on him that limit his natural vampiric powers. He's not allowed to drink blood from any human type being.

The sealing cuffs become highly inactive on new moons so it is best to avoid him if you have any human blood.

“Oh… You've been quite naughty, haven’t you? It seems as though you need to become aware of what you did… Here, I’ll show you…”

Rouge ✧

Horizon Guild Front Fighter

Race: Human

Pronouns: He/Him

Combat: Front/Middle Combat | Overheat

He's able to ignite a fire from his body. The fire burns extremely hot or a very mild heat; he's able to adjust the temperature and size of it. His fire works best when somehow branching off of him rather than using ranged fire such as fireballs so he tends to stick to melee combat if possible.

Depending on the way he utilizes the fire it can even be used as propulsion; this extends to explosives as if he lets it build up enough pressure it can create blasts that send off large heatwaves. Ice wielders' worst nightmare!

Weakness/es: Water, Earth

Personality: Energetic, Rowdy, Enthusiastic, Honest, Straightforward

He may not be the sharpest tool in the shed but he makes it up in his combat ability and friendliness. After a fight, not matter the outcome, he'll gauge a relationship between the two of you with a large grin (of course excluding the cases where the fights are plain dirty but that’s another story). He makes sure to check in on everyone and never passes up the opportunity for a spar! He and Cybic are seen as Horizon Guild's super high energy duo!

Ask him for a spar! And he'll warm up to you right away!

Felt ✧

Python Guild Medic

Race: Rabbit

Pronouns: He/Him

Combat: Non-Combatant

The younger of the two rabbit brothers, Felt and Cotton, well known for their expertise in medicines and healing. Being close beings to nature, they grew a natural affinity to making medicines that are much better than you can receive or buy from an pharmacies in Pandemordia, or so Felt claims. The two have complete polar opposite personalities and mannerisms but they’ll heal you, albeit for something in return.

Weakness/es: Sneak attacks and Ranged Combat

Personality: Sarcastic, Blank, Deadpan, Dispassionate

He joined reluctantly because the place he and his brother had come from wasn’t the best place, as almost anything outside of the higher districts or guilds were. Instead of coming with his brother who was bent further on helping the common people and maintaining neutrality he picked Python Guild. While from the outside the Python Guild looks like a hell-hole full of terrible people (which isn’t very inaccurate), due to his unemotional disposition it never bothered him much and the people weren’t that bad deep down; just takes getting used to. Felt is one of the first members to join and was drawn to the way Viper upheld himself in the old days. He still respects him but it’s become a bit more satirical, or perhaps it hasn’t?

He's required to heal anyone in his guild or anyone that pays him enough money. Make sure not to piss him off, though! While he'll still heal you, he'll make sure to do it in the most painful way possible—not exactly something you’d want.

“You’re hurt? Again? …fine. Come here, I’ll make some new medicine.”

Ozwald ✧

Discipline Guild Information Collector/Proof Tester/Recruiter

Race: ¿? Angel

Pronouns: He/They

Combat: Non-combatant

Personality: Cheerful, Energetic, Crazy, Nonsensical

He’s a bit of a nutcase and speaks as though he were a young child but it all stemmed from a mistake from the beginning of time and he chose this path rather than disappearing from the same void he was summoned.

He likes to stick around another person as he gets lonely easily and Kallixtus usually ends up being the one who keeps him company. The guild members all watch out for him even though he doesn’t necessarily need it.

“Hey hey!! Heeeey! Crab!”

Brahm can only do the prayer once a month to get Creadeus to offer a blessing of a full link of chains, so Ozwald goes through phases throughout the time period:

8-10 he’s fully conscious and aware of his actions, thoughts, and surroundings. This lasts at most, around three days.

5-7 he’s out of it completely, doesn’t talk, eat, or do anything. He often just stands somewhere or sits without moving for a week at the least. (7~10 days)

1-4 he’s crazy but is able to understand and communicate with people, just not in a very thoughtful way. This lasts 2-3 weeks (14~21 days)

0 he runs out of sealing and his powers go haywire causing him to intake a huge amount of information too fast, this often causes internal injuries if in this state for longer than 10 minutes.

A little fun fact: This guy loves crabs, he has the ability to read minds and saw a picture of one inside of an acquaintance's head one time when she was talking about visiting the beach and he thought it was just the funniest thing. He sometimes shows up with random crabs clinging to his clothes, no one knows where he gets them, I don’t think he even knows where he gets them.

Satauro ✧

Horizon Guild Swordsman

Race: Human

Pronouns: He/Him

Combat: Wooden Sword/Cherry Blossoms (Front/Middle Combat)

The branches of the cherry blossoms can be controlled to an extent at his will and they aren’t easy to destroy, it’s better to aim for him instead. The petals also work as a great “petal screen” to mess with visibility.

Weakness/es: Fire, Water

Personality: Sarcastic, Taciturn, Quiet, Determined.

He cares about those that understand what personal space and basic manners are. Due to a personal charm of his, he unintentionally has a disposition that causes others to fall for him for reasons he'll never understand. His main focus is getting the job done and avenging his dojo that was burned to the ground many years ago. He's the second member that joined the Horizon Guild. Though he's very blunt and frankly rude to those he doesn’t like, he's honest that way and is genuinely nice to those that he enjoys the company of being around (albeit a rare case).

Mind your manners and don’t be too forward and you may earn yourself a loyal companion!

Viper ✧

Python Guild Leader

Race: Human

Pronouns: He/Him

Combat: Pistol/Shadow Snakes

Personality: Ticked off nearly 24/7. Constantly annoyed with his guild members (his short temper doesn’t help any) but keeps operations going because someone has to do it. He probably has a heart in there somewhere but being the leader of one of the rudest and most violent guilds takes an iron grip to keep everything from bursting into flames so he's often very stoic and straightforward in order to get things done. Despite his strictness he's surprisingly forgiving (most likely due to Felt's healing capabilities, so bullet wounds of anger aren’t exactly a problem).

His shadow snakes are great for spying but they also can spew poison gas or inject toxins by biting people. He usually has one on his shoulder and the only time he ever doesn’t look like he's about to murder someone is when he is talking with his snakes which can communicate with him telepathically.

Brahm ✧

Discipline Guild Leader

Race: Human

Pronouns: He/Him

Combat: Gun/Axe Cross

Personality: He doesn’t talk much but does genuinely care about his guild members even if he’s bad at showing it. He is extremely faithful and prays everyday to keep a continuous connection with heaven even though Asterios can do that automatically. He typically reads scriptures in his free time or writes down new laws.

"And with the consequences that you ensue, we will change your being and engrave in your mind that it must not be done again, for everything must be within the boundaries of God’s law. Shall you forever continue to amend the actions that you allow to take place. Oro.”

His cross is extremely heavy despite how easily he carries it on his back, it’s not recommended to try and pick it up if you’re not him. It also does have an enchantment on it that doesn’t allow anyone but him to use the axe or gun mechanisms so the best anyone besides him could do with it is swing it around or throw it.

“Follow the rules and all will be well.”

The leader of the Horizon Guild

A rude, troublesome, and frivolous leader.

Race: Human

Pronouns: He/Him

He may joke around too much but when he gets serious he ends up being quite a good leader for the group so no one minds too much…

Combat: Melee (Expandable Mechanical Gloves Crafted by Kain)

He also has the ability to greatly increase his strength, an innate ability that he doesn’t ever provide an explanation to… Perhaps it has something to do with his childhood.
