In this series filmed in 2014, I reflect on the degradation of memories due to the passage of time and the influence of imagination. Focusing in particular on a different stage of my life, I express through these shots the wistfulness of an ending time, with some expectations and the fantasies I created afterward.

This collection shows in detail Andalusian composition and sources of inspiration. Being nature and geometrical figures a constant design, vivid colors enhance the impact of tiles at floors and facades. All this ties into the architecture of the city.

Decorating your own place is one of those things that’s hard to engage with if you’re into trends. On the one hand, all you see is trendy and you try to be under the tide but on the other, you also need to find your own identity.

Given the way things are, it´s difficult to imagine a different Paris in which Tour Eiffel is absent at any picture. I am telling this after going through my library and see how recurrent is this tower in my trips to the French capital.

Paris´ true lifeblood can be found pumping through its architecture, event scenes, fashion, and neighborhoods´life. All we would agree on old Paris has to be the most beautiful city in Europe. Unfortunately, an epic blizzard with heavy snow collapsed the whole town the first time I visited it.

Antwerp is the most shamefully overlooked fashion capital. And not matter what Milan or Paris have to say about it. Antwerp is chok-a-block with outfits that don’t mess around with old façades and buildings falling down in pieces. Van Gogh studied at the University here and the art scene is fittingly fantastic. Easily reached on two wheels, the city has a striking underground scene totally recommended.

Ghent is an environment that has become a magnet for young creatives who want to experiment and make their own urban paradise. In a way that probably isn’t possible in the less-affordable and more-busy likes of Brussels and Antwerp.

Before confronting its old-fashioned buildings, it’s important to know that Cadiz is known as the Spanish Habana for its yellowish maritime walk and its relaxing life-style. The views from rooftops draw a white façade houses mixed with narrows streets, palm trees and impressive monument squares. Easily reached on foot, its tinny centre reflects all Andalusian costumes and traditions.

Maybe summertime is not the best season to visit my hometown. Wandering at certain hours (from 12h to 20h) is not such a smart idea when it's reaching 40 degrees. However, on top of the obvious reasons to travel to the South of Spain, you can experience these stunning sunsets at Sevilla and see how the city turns into a different town when it gets dark!
